The general objective of this study is to analyze the k nowledge produced and published related to the assessment of depression symptoms in burn patie nts. The study is a literature review, adopted the integrative modality, which is consider e the broadest methodological approach regarding reviews and provide a broad understanding of the phenomenon analyzed. Eight articles indexed in the PubMed database were analyz ed. The sample consisted of adolescents to elderly, aged between 12 and 80 years. The instr uments most used to assess depression are the Hamilton Depression Scale HDS and Beck Depres sion Inventory BDI. No que tange ao auxílio financeiro oferecido aos Estados, Municípios e Distrito Federal, foram enviados R$ 60 bilhões de reais como parte do Programa Federal de Enfrentamento ao Coronavírus (Covid-19). Sabendo disso, o objetivo deste trabalho consistiu em realizar uma revisão de escopo acerca da produção científica sobre a Covid-19 e gastos públicos com saúde, durante o ano de 2020. Para tanto, contou-se com a bibliometria como ferramenta de análise léxica. Adicionalmente à utilização da bibliometria, utilizou-se também da aplicação de técnicas da estatística descritiva que auxiliaram na consecução do mote desta pesquisa. Para mapeamento dos dados, efetuou-se uma pesquisa na base de dados da Web of Science, por meio da ferramenta de software VOSviewer , a fim de averiguar sobre a quantidade de publicações por área de pesquisa, citação entre autores, publicações por país e/ou instituições, acoplamento bibliográfico etc. As principais evidências revelaram que os países que mais apresentaram publicações estão entre EUA, China e alguns países da Europa (Inglaterra, Austrália e Itália), enquanto o Brasil apresentou ínfima participação no número de publicações, apenas 6,61%, ficando à frente apenas da Alemanha, com aproximadamente 5%. Os três primeiros periódicos que constituem cerca de 23,97% dos artigos publicados possuem uma classificação de Qualis, variando entre A1 e B1 em suas áreas de atuação, demonstrando a importância dessas publicações entre os estudiosos e cientistas. Regarding the financial assistance offered to the states, municipalities and the Federal District were sent R$ 60 billion as part of the Federal Program for Confronting Coronavirus (COVID-19). Knowing this, the objective of this work was to conduct a scoping review of scientific production on COVID-19 and public health spending during the year 2020. To this end, bibliometry was used as a tool for lexical analysis. In addition to the use of bibliometrics, we also used the application of descriptive statistical techniques that helped in the achievement of the motto of this research. Essa análise será feita por meio da exposição e entendimento dos conceitos e variações dos temas envolvidos, sendo eles a evolução da família, a alienação parental e a justiça restaurativa. Após essa pontuação, será feita uma análise das causas e consequências dos casos de abandono afetivo e de algum método da justiça restaurativa, mais especificamente, do círculo de construção de paz por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica. Ademais, será demonstrado que a aplicabilidade da Justiça Restaurativa, como Método Consensual de Solução de Conflitos utilizado para responder aos anseios das partes, possibilita o uso da palavra a todos os envolvidos no conflito para que possam dar vasão aos próprios sentimentos, pensamentos, inclusive podendo falar de seus traumas, como forma de amenizá-los e até curá-los. Desse modo, com o resultado deste artigo, será possível entender e pensar em uma nova forma de solucionar os lamentáveis casos de abandono afetivo. Palavras-chave: Justiça Restaurativa. ABSTRACT The present work has the objective of analyzing the compatibility and possibility of application of the methods brought by Restorative Justice, in cases of affective abandonment, in addition to demonstrating the importance that these methods have for the parties to be able to resolve conflicts of interest, without the need for state interference. This analysis will be done through the exposition and understanding of the concepts and variations of the themes involved, being the evolution of the family, parental alienation, and restorative justice. After this score, an analysis will be made of the causes and consequences of cases of emotional abandonment and of some restorative justice method, more specifically the peacebuilding circle. Furthermore, it will be demonstrated that the applicability of Restorative Justice as a Consensual Method of Conflict Resolution used to respond to the wishes of the parties, giving the possibility of using the word to all those involved in the conflict so that they can give vent to their own feelings, thoughts, including being able to talk about their traumas, as a way of alleviating them and even curing them. In this way, with the result of this article it will be possible to understand and think of a new way to solve the regrettable cases of affective abandonment. Keywords : Restorative Justice. Este estudo objetivou identificar como o orçamento pode ser implementado em uma organização desse Setor. Classifica-se como pesquisa descritiva, com relação ao seu objetivo; qualitativa, quanto à abordagem do problema; e estudo de caso, quanto aos procedimentos utilizados. A instituição analisada foi a Organização Líder e os dados foram coletados por meio da análise de seu fluxo de caixa, observação simples durante visitas à instituição e questionário realizado com seus diretores. A forma de orçamento implementada foi o rolling budget e o modelo utilizado foi o orçamento de caixa. Os principais resultados apontam superávit de caixa ao final do período analisado. Concluiu-se que houve melhorias na sustentabilidade financeira da organização com percepções positivas dos gestores da Organização pela implementação da forma de orçamento selecionada, sendo rolling budget a ferramenta mais adequada. A contribuição deste estudo está no fato de o Terceiro Setor ter crescido em representatividade no país, mas a sustentabilidade financeira é considerada um desafio à gestão das entidades que o compõem. ABSTRACT Even if profit is not one of the purposes of the Third Sector, non-profit entities need to raise financial resources to maintain their activities and to meet their social goals. This study aimed to identify how the budget can be implemented in a Third Sector organization. It is classified as descriptive research with respect to its purpose; qualitative as regards the problem approach; and case study in relation to the procedures. Organização Líder was the institution analyzed and the data was collected by way of an analysis of its cash flow, a simple observation during visits to the institution and a questionnaire carried out with its directors. The applied budget form was rolling budget and the model used was the cash budget. The main results point to cash surplus at the end of the period under review. It was concluded that there were improvements in the organization financial sustainability with positive perceptions of its managers by the implementation of the selected budget form, being the rolling budget the appropriate tool for the entity. The contribution of this study is that the Third Sector has grown in representativeness in the country, but financial sustainability is considered a challenge to the management of its entities. O método utilizado para tal foi uma análise crítica do Plano Diretor de Teresina - Lei nº 3558/2006 e do Plano de Ordenamento Territorial de Teresina – Lei nº 5.481 / 2019 Minuta do PDOT – Teresina, enfocando as diretrizes constantes nesses planos, à luz da relevância do planejamento ambiental na esfera urbana. Foi possível observar que os processos de planejamento urbano em Teresina, à luz dos dois Planos Diretores vigentes no período, refletem uma distância ainda significativa para uma efetiva quebra do paradigma voltado a dar mais relevância ao sistema de riachos e seu papel multifuncional nas áreas urbanas. O estudo desenvolvido aponta a urgência de planejamentos orientados à conservação dos riachos urbanos. Tal urgência é reforçada pelos problemas socioambientais nos períodos de chuva em Teresina, estabelecendo-se como fundamental para a construção de uma cidade resiliente e sustentável. Assim, este estudo torna-se um instrumento de incentivo à sociedade civil, de forma que ela se envolva nas discussões sobre planejamento e gestão que promovam cidades resilientes e sustentáveis. ABSTRACT The objective of this work is to analyze the importance given to urban streams, in the city of Teresina - PI, in the conception of master plans, in the period between 2006 and 2021, focusing on the guidelines aimed at the protection of these environmental systems. The method used for this was a critical analysis of the Master Plan of Teresina - Law No. 3558/2006 and the Territorial Planning Plan of Teresina - Law No. 5.481 / 2019 Draft of the PDOT - Teresina, focusing on the guidelines contained in these plans, to light of the relevance of environmental planning in the urban sphere. It was possible to observe that the urban planning processes in Teresina, in the light of the two Master Plans in force in the period, reflect a still significant distance for an effective break in the paradigm aimed at giving more relevance to the stream system and its multifunctional role in urban areas. The study carried out points to the urgency of planning oriented to the conservation of urban streams. Such urgency is reinforced by socio-environmental problems during rainy periods in Teresina, establishing itself as fundamental for building a resilient and sustainable city. Thus, this study becomes an instrument to encourage civil society, so that it becomes involved in discussions about planning and management that promote resilient and sustainable cities. Utilizou-se o software VOSviewer , com dados extraídos em setembro de 2022, buscando-se os termos “university”, “innovation”, “regional development”, presentes no tópico. A fim de refinar a busca pelos artigos, foi utilizado o operador booleano: AND. A busca retornou 260 artigos. Por conseguinte, após a leitura do título e resumo dos artigos científicos, identificaram-se 93 artigos que se encaixavam no escopo do estudo de acordo com o seu conteúdo. Considerando Zupic & Cater (2014), analisaram-se citação, cocitação, acoplamento bibliográfico, coocorrência de palavras-chave, além dos 10 artigos mais citados no lapso temporal de 2018 a 2022. Cai e Etzkowitz (2020), FINI et al. (2018), Zhang, Chen e Fu (2019) e WAKKEE et al. (2019) estão entre os autores mais referenciados dos artigos selecionados. Os resultados evidenciam o caráter interdisciplinar do campo estudado, representado por estudos nas temáticas Gestão, Estudos Ambientais, Economia, Geografia, Planejamento Urbano Regional, Tecnologia de Ciência Sustentável Verde, Ciência Ambiental, Negócio, Engenharia Industrial e Ciências Sociais Interdisciplinares. Como contribuição, este artigo apresenta as contribuições que a universidade oferece para a inovação e o desenvolvimento regional e sua influência no desempenho científico. Palavras-chave : Inovação. In order to refine the search for articles, the Boolean operator: AND was used. The search returned 260 articles. Therefore, after reading the title and abstract of the scientific articles, 93 articles were identified that fit the scope of the study according to their content. Considering Zupic & Cater (2014), citation, co-citation, bibliographic coupling, co-occurrence of keywords were analyzed, in addition to the 10 most cited articles in the time period from 2018 to 2022. Esse trabalho possui abordagem qualitativa e natureza aplicada, descritiva-exploratória. Os resultados apresentados revelaram a utilização de conhecimento informal dos coordenadores de curso para executar os processos, e também que eles executam as atividades acadêmicas de maneiras distintas. As principais contribuições deste trabalho estão relacionadas ao compartilhamento do conhecimento informal adquirido pelos coordenadores para a execução dos processos das coordenações, assim como a padronização dos mapeamentos visando a processos mais eficientes e contribuindo para a memória institucional. ABSTRACT This research aimed to identify knowledge management practices that facilitate the refinement of administrative management processes in the coordination of Degree courses at DAEF/CMC/IFAM. This work has a qualitative approach and an applied, descriptive-exploratory nature. The presented results revealed the use of informal knowledge of the course coordinators to execute the processes and that they perform the academic activities in different ways.
