It represents the individual’s general as well as personal feelings diagonally the time and context. It pertains to the personnel evaluation regarding their potential, worth, capabilities and norms. Therefore, this research was carried out to analyze the HEXACO (conscientiousness, openness, honesty-humility, extraversion, neuroticism and agreeableness) in association with the self-esteem of university students. For this purpose, 300 participants of different ages, gender, education level and residence were included in the study. The data was collected on a predesigned questionnaire and was analyzed using statistical tools. It was found that openness, conscientiousness, and self-esteem, were substantially higher (p<0.05) in males, but extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism were significantly higher in females (p<0.05). Honesty-humility was also higher in female students. Further evaluations revealed that openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and honesty-humility were significant positive predictors (p<0.05) of self-esteem in university students, whereas neuroticism served as a significant (p<0.05) negative interpreter of self-esteem. Hence, it was concluded from this research that personality traits affect all elements of university students and are strongly associated with their self-esteem.","PeriodicalId":320360,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Sciences Review","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115366572","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This immutable realism is a natural phenomenon to comprehend societal goals. Domestic violence (IPV) is a problem that has had a long history and has evolved along with humanity. Despite several legal and punitive efforts, the issue persists and must be addressed to accomplish the intended consequences for societal cohesion by protecting the importance of women's rights. In addition to mental illness and women's depression brought on by domestic violence, society is also experiencing negative impacts that, in the end, prevent the achievement of sustainable development objectives by destroying the countries. Intimate partner violence (IPV) seems to be linked to the victims' personalities, yet its negative ramifications affect the whole community. This study will look at a situational analysis to see whether the present legislative framework is suitable by fixing flaws or in some other manner to accomplish the conditions for sustainable development goals.","PeriodicalId":320360,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Sciences Review","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123307774","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Unquestionably, this is a recent worldwide development that has raised questions about sovereignty and impunity. Since the horrors committed by the Nazis and the Nuremberg trials, war crimes legislation has expanded its definition to include several offenses that are now referred to as \"international crimes\" and \"crimes of genocide.\" Although it was created to combat the politics of punishment for those who commit these crimes, some member states are unwilling to prosecute people who commit these recognized international crimes. In fact, the Rome Statute for the International Criminal Court (ICC) was drafted due to the jurisprudence established by these Special Tribunals. More precisely, it has been maintained that Act of war crimes and Act of crimes against humanity are perpetrated by individuals and not by impersonal forces, and that international law can only be upheld and implemented by punishing those responsible for such horrible crimes. Nevertheless, a convincing argument could be made that the establishment of these tribunals heralds a revolutionary change in international law. Furthermore, a survey of literature on comprehensive quality management in the education sector was conducted. The primary goal of this article is to analyse the extent of TQM practises in Malaysian and Pakistani universities, as well as to compare and contrast the institutions. The population consisted of teaching instructors from public institutions, and 346 responses were selected as a sample using a stratified random selection procedure. The data was gathered using a survey approach. The data were analysed with SPSS-25. To establish the extent of TQM procedures, descriptive analysis was used, ANOVA analysis was used to compare the universities, and an independent sample t-test was used for SWOT analysis. The findings indicated that public institutions in Malaysia and Pakistan prioritise the implementation of TQM strategies that increase educational quality. Furthermore, the study determined that Malaysian higher education institutions use overall quality management techniques better than Pakistani universities.","PeriodicalId":320360,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Sciences Review","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131066833","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An online survey was conducted, and five hundred and twenty-three parents participated in the survey. Findings indicate that majority of the parents had the knowledge of the vaccination campaign for the children. They got this information through television and social media platforms. Overall, parents’ attitudes towards their children's vaccination against COVI-19 were positive, and they were willing to vaccinate their children. Most of the parents rejected the stereotypical reasons for not vaccinating their children. There is a need to expand this vaccination campaign all over the country.","PeriodicalId":320360,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Sciences Review","volume":"207 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125737066","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
