In this paper, a simple and fast segmentation approach is proposed for on-road object in ITS. Firstly, a simple method is applied to detect the interest pixels in the transportation scene images by the defined interest pixels function and a single strategy is applied to reduce the redundant computation in the process of computation gray mean of pixels in squared window; Secondly, all the detected interest pixels neighbored each other are grouped to object interest region; after that, the non-interest pixels enclosed by interest region are changed as interest pixels; Lastly, the binarized images can be easily segmented applying simple edge detection algorithms or contour tracing approaches. When the learning based on random games of team CGA has multiple equilibriums, the equilibrium selection problem of every member in team must be solved. This paper gives a learning method for team CGA called TCCLA. It divides the learning into two levels: managerial member learning and non-managerial member learning. Every member in team selects its optimization actions according to its preference. Non-managerial member learns the optimization equilibrium under the direction of managerial member, so the problem of equilibrium selection has been solved. The IPL algorithm has been improved. It has several advantages as the following. Firstly, the differential bomb problem is avoided because of the no time derivative design concept. So the control law is simplified and the system becomes more stable and robust. Secondly, a quantitative analysis about the convergence time of each step is discussed by adopting the global terminal control rule based on the popular backstepping design method. At last, the high gain problem and input saturation problem are solved successfully by adopting the soft function and intelligent rule of regulation for parameters of controller. The control law intelligently regulate the convergence time to make the control as small as possible to avoid the saturation of input. So the method is meaningful because it is able to solve the constrained input problem, differential bomb problem and high gain feedback problem successfully. Considering the vulnerability of traditional architecture for robot cooperated sensor networks deployment and perception with respect to adaptability and expandability, an original concept of HEDPA, which means hierarchical expanding deployment and perception architecture, is proposed. HEDPA is fulfilled with three-level structure, including mother robots, child robots, and sensor nodes. The basic concept, the graphical description scheme and the task classification under HEDPA are provided. Some key issues of HEDPA, including basic hardware platform, robot path planning optimal model and optimizing procedure are discussed. Using Player/Stage and NS2, simulation studies are fulfilled. The primary application verifies that HEDPA has the predominance of context-aware progressive expandability, and can supplement mutually with traditional architecture to solve more extensive deployment and perception issues. In this paper, the model of a piezoelectric smart structure is built by the application of ANSYS software, extracts the required modes according to the method of model reduction based on the truncation criterion of modal cost, then, both the optimal location and the size of piezoelectric actuators can be ascertained by these extracted modes. Finally, the paper takes a piezoelectric smart simply supported beam affixed with sensors and actuators as an example and gives the impulse response curve of the system. Drawing on our econometric analysis, we argue that model, closed with interest rate feedback rule comes closer to the data. It can be concluded that the synchronization can achieved successfully with the assumption that the sign of uncertain parameter of input is known. And the parameters can be estimated accurately when the number of parameters satisfies some conditions, otherwise the synchronization can achieved but the parameters can’t be estimated effectively. Neural network related algorithms are difficult to be implemented in distributed measurement and control based on fieldbus. A kind of adaptive predicative identification control algorithm based on single neuron was proposed in this paper. A single neuron was used to implement the dynamic identification of controlled object. Tapped delay links (TDL) were used to input information to neuron. Former information was used to correct the predicted output values of predictor to improve prediction precision. Another neuron was used to implement intelligent adaptive control. Three inputs were constructed similarly to PID control. Gradient descent algorithm was used in modifying weights in the neuron. WorldFIP distributed intelligent measurement and control network based on the proposed algorithm was designed. Architecture and construction of the designed system were expounded. Hardware and software design for measurement node, control node and supervisory node were presented. Simulation research and site practice were done. A dual-resource (machines and moulds) constrained job shop scheduling problem model was established in this paper, according to the actual factors of mass injection molding processing job shop scheduling. A heuristic active algorithm combined with priority rules is employed to give the solution.
