This exploratory qualitative study uses a literature review perspective with various sources taken from journals, online information, books to the previous research findings. This subject search only focused on the words job satisfaction, job engagement, and job performance as the search keywords. This study found that teachers can produce good learning because of the satisfaction of the results of the process that has been carried out. The satisfaction obtained also cannot be separated from a solid inner bond to the organization. The research variable was IPA learning outcomes. Data analysis used was parametric statistical techniques paired sampel t-test. The research subject were 15 students class IV SD Muhammadiyah Jetis Salaman Magelang. The data collection methods used test questions. The results of this study indicated that NHT learning model using box puzzle media effective to increased student learning outcomes on IPA subjects class IV SD Muhammadiyah Jetis Salaman Magelang. The increase student learning outcomes was evidenced by the result of test analysis paired sampel t-test with the probability of the sign value (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,005, that mean was significant difference between before and after being given treatment with HT learning model using box puzzle media. However, the Bani Umayan administration had advantages in various fields, especially in administration and an established economy. The filing of the Bani Umayah was more orderly, and the balance sheets began to be compiled in Arabic after the translation efforts of various documents started. This was done because the Bani Umayah area was extensive, starting from France, Italy, Sicily, Spain, North Africa to China and Russia's borders. The author conducted a literature study, collected verification documents, and reinterpreted them. The author rewrote the Umayah Bani economy's historical development, which had unique features, especially in the financial administration midwives. This was a descriptive qualitative research which focused on the indicators that must be achieved by the school and students. The main sources of this research were the school principal, the teachers and students of second and fifth grades. The data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation with the researcher himself as the instrument. The data were then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The data validity in this research used triangulation technique which was  source  triangulation.  The  results  showed  that  the  implementation  of character education on environmental care was done based on the school curriculum in regular activities, spontaneous activity, exemplary, and conditioning; the applying process of character education during learning in the class and at school;  the  implementation  of character education  could  be  seen  from  eight indicators which had been achieved by the school, six indicators which had been done by low and high-class students. The supporting factors were also found at school in the form of infrastructure and the role of school environment. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode pengambilan data berupa wawancara yang dilakukan kepada kepala sekolah, guru, siswa dan orang tua, observasi kepada kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua, serta pencermatan beberapa dokumen pendukung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Triangulasi yang digunakan merupakan triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu didapatkan analisis metode pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru di MI Muhammadiyah Paremono pada mata pelajaran IPA di masa pandemi corona/covid-19. The aims of this study are to determine the effect of: participatory leadership, toward teachers’ work motivation partially and simultaneously. This study used quantitative approach. Among 287 populations of public junior high school teachers in Pemalang district, 167 respondents were chosen using the proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis, classic assumption test and regression test using SPSS version 17 for Windows. This tradition is a celebration / gratitude for the success of children in completing their recitation of the Koran (khatam). Usually this activity is held once a year, to be precise during school holidays. This tradition is a tradition that is ingrained in the life of the Tilatang Kamang community. This Quranic tradition of khatam is also found in several other areas in Minangkabau, but each region has its own uniqueness. In Tilatang Kamang this ceremony is enlivened by barracks around the village, the aim is to inform the crowd that there are several children in this area who have successfully finished reading the Qur'an (finished their studies) and can read the Koran properly and correctly. . The ceremony ended with the announcement of the winners of the khatam participants in the recitation of the Qur'an. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The data collection technique was done by interview and observation, while the data analysis technique used data reduction, reflection, and conclusion. It discusses the relationship between two sister-disciplines, i.e. ?ad?th and History, their likenesses, many problems which the historians of Early Islam have to face in their research and the possibility of employing unique methodology of the study of ?ad?th on the study of Early Islamic History. The paper benefits from a plethora of monographs written by contemporary scholars of Islamic Studies. I conclude that Isn?d-cum-Matn Analysis developed separately by Gregor Schoeler and Harald Motzki seems promising for the study of Early Islam.This paper attempts to discuss the proper methodology in search for the authentic Islamic History. It discusses the relationship between two sister-disciplines, i.e. ?ad?th and History, their likenesses, many problems which the historians of Early Islam have to face in their research and the possibility of employing unique methodology of the study of ?ad?th on the study of Early Islamic History. The research findings succeeded in revealing that Raya Magazine was present in the midst of strengthening colonial political pressure and the weakening of the national movement in the 1930s. The political movement was one of the themes of the national movement which was of special note and attention to the Islamic College Students Association. This theme was encountered in several articles during publication, mainly related to the weakening of non-cooperative parties in carrying out movements. The background of this article is the socio-religious phenomenon seen in the Ulama of Palembang City showing different variants and expressions in addressing the term of Islam in Nusantara. A qualitative descriptive approach is used to answer the two questions raised in this article. First, what is the motive for the rejection of Nusantara Islam among the ulama of Palembang City, and second, what is the motive for the acceptance of Nusantara Islam among the ulama of Palembang City? The author found that knowledge, experience, and interests were motives for the rejection of Nusantara Islam among the old Palembang.
