This exploratory qualitative study uses a literature review perspective with various sources taken from journals, online information, books to the previous research findings. This subject search only focused on the words job satisfaction, job engagement, and job performance as the search keywords. This study found that teachers can produce good learning because of the satisfaction of the results of the process that has been carried out. The satisfaction obtained also cannot be separated from a solid inner bond to the organization. 摘要

本研究从工作满意度和工作投入两方面考察教师绩效。本探索性质的研究采用文献综述的观点,从期刊、在线信息、书籍到以前的研究结果等各种来源。本次主题搜索仅关注工作满意度、工作投入和工作绩效作为搜索关键词。本研究发现,教师之所以能够产生良好的学习效果,是因为对所进行的过程的结果感到满意。获得的满足感也离不开与组织的牢固的内在联系。因此,三者之间的关系是非常密切的,以产生良好的素质教育
