This study aims to analyze how organizational commitment formed by organizational culture and work motivation with intervention variable which is job satisfaction. Population of this study were employees of the production division of PT. Primayudha Mandiri Jaya, with sample size was 100 respondents. This study used explanatory research where interpretation about the path of constructed model with questionnaire as techniques to collect data (Likert scale). This study used quantitative descriptive statistics as analysis technique. Summary result, indicated all variable had significant effect on organizational commitment. Moreover, it is difficult and challenging to wash the car in unfavorable weather. Of course, this will make the organizational climate not controlled directly, and employees need servant leadership so that their performance is achieved correctly. This influences the effectiveness and performance of the corporation's goal corporation withinside the future. The overall populace Liaison Bureau of Lampung Province in Jakarta turned 124 people. The estimation version used saturated sampling, so the variety of samples used on this look turned into seventy-four respondents (Civil Servants). Quantitative evaluation techniques have been utilized by using SEM analysis software and SmartPLS 3.3 software. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires using google from which were distributed to students of the Islamic economics and business faculty of (FEBI) IAIN Langsa who have shopped at the online shop application and know how to use the online shop application. The sampling technique used in this research is the purposive sampling method, the number of samples that the authors use 94 samples. This study concluded that the online customer review rating tested jointly did not have a positive effect but significantly influenced purchasing decisions on the online shop application with several 2,419 < 2,630, vlogger reviews had a positive and significant influence on buyer decisions with the number 3,620 > 2,630. In this study, 88 people were randomly selected from the 2017 and 2018 Stambuks utilizing a non-probability, incidental sampling technique, and criteria for financial management focus. The data in this study was gathered using interview techniques and questionnaires/questionnaires. To evaluate the data in this study, descriptive statistical analysis and partial least squares path analysis were used (PLS). According to the findings of this study, financial literacy has a favorable and significant impact on financial behavior in students at the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra's Faculty of Economics and Business. Therefore, students and undergraduates should be able to overcome this problem by becoming entrepreneurs and even creating the employement. In other words, students should have intention in entrepreneurship or interest in starting business. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of several contexts that influence entrepreneurial intentions. This research is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study was 68 people who came from students majoring in Islamic Economics, UIN North Sumatra. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS Version 23.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive but insignificant influence between the family context variables on entrepreneurial intentions and a positive and significant influence between the educational context variables on entrepreneurial intentions, while the constraints context variable in starting a business does not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Simultaneously, the context of the family, education, and the barriers to starting a business have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions as indicated by the significant value of F <α (0.001 <0.05). The data conducted is monthly data from January 2013 to December 2020 with a sample of 96 time series data for each free and bound variable. The analysis shows that BI Rate, FED Rate, and Inflation simultaneously have a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index. As the results of the analysis describe the first, BI Rate partially shows the negative influence on the Composite Stock Price Index; second, the FED Rate has no effect on the Composite Stock Price Index; third, inflation represents a negative influence on the Composite Stock Price Index. In the end, variables that affect the dominant potential of the Composite Stock Price Index are variables of Rupiah Exchange Rate.
