Remaja adalah generasi bangsa yang akan mengalami perkembangan dari masanya menuju masa dewasa hingga lansia Fenomena yang terjadi pada siswa di Mts Nur Ilahi Siswa yang memiliki konsep diri negatif yang menjadi penghambat siswa tersebut tidak bergairah untuk belajar di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan maupun pengaruh antara Dukungan Sosial Teman Sebaya dan Dukungan Guru terhadap Konsep Diri di Mts Nur Ilahi Malang. penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII MTs Nur Illahi yang berjumlah 128 orang Berdasarkan Kategorisasi dan tingkat dukungan sosial teman sebaya diketahui bahwa terdapat 33 orang atau siswa yang memiliki tingkat pergaulan teman sebaya yang rendah, 66 orang yang sedang serta 27 orang lainnya memiliki kecenderungan yang tinggi. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa MTs Nur Illahi Malang cenderung memiliki pergaulan teman sebaya yang sedang. hasil uji regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa nilai F hitung = 107,461 dengan tingkat nilai signnifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.01, maka dapat diambil pemahaman bahwaterdapat pengaruh antara dukungan teman sebaya dan dukungan guru secara simultan terhadap konsep diri. This can be seen from the activities carried out by students in making concept maps that have met expectations, namely students have been able to convey subject matter using mind mapping with their own variations, and students have been able to summarise long material into the form of concept maps that are varied by theme, the method used is a pre experimental design method with a one group pretest-posttest design research design, the subject group in this study is class viii students of mtsn 8 Banyuwangi as many as 35 students, and the results of the research show that there is a significant difference between cognitive learning outcomes before treatment and after treatment, between groups of students using the maind mapping method and groups of students using image media. this is evidenced by the acquisition of the t-h value. To simplify and overcome this, it is necessary to use the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model and learning media, Problem In this study, the method used was the Pre-Experimental Design method with the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design, where in this design a causal relationship will be revealed by viewing one group of subjects. The data analysis used in this study used descriptive statistics. and inferential statistics. Analysis of data on test results for students' vocabulary comprehension abilities was carried out quantitatively. The statistical test used in this study is the inferential test of the independent t test. Daa analysis using SPSS version 24. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of the use of picture story books on the speaking ability and English vocabulary of junior high school students. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui manifestasi tindakan sosial Max Weber yang dilakukan Kiai Hafidin terhadap mentoring poligami. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) yang menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi hukum yaitu menggunakan teori tindakan sosial Max Weber. Sumber data primer berasal dari wawancara dan buku Kiai Hafidin yang berjudul 45 Hari Sukses Poligami. The research method used is the Pre Experimental Design method with the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. Playdough improves children's fine motor skills and creativity. This figure is only a handful of the many cases of sexual violence because in reality there are still many women victims of sexual violence who do not report it to the police or service agencies such as the National Commission on Violence Against Women. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how effective the handling of cases of sexual violence against women is, to find out what are the inhibiting factors and find out the solutions that can be used to prevent cases of sexual violence against women and to find out the effectiveness of handling sexual violence against women from the maqasid Asy-Syariah perspective. The method used in this study was a field search method. In this study, the researcher obtained information from the field and signed various informants in order to obtain correct results. The subjects of this research were the Demak Resort Police and the Women's and Children's Services Unit in providing explanations about women who were victims of sexual violence. The data analysis process was carried out by analyzing the effectiveness of the handling of cases of sexual violence against women by the Demak Resort Police in reducing the number of sexual violence against women in the city of Demak, analyzing the inhibiting factors and providing solutions in handling cases of sexual violence against women as well as the effectiveness of handling cases of sexual violence towards women from the maqasid asy-shariah perspective. Based on the findings and results of the analysis, it was found that the Demak Resort Police had made every effort to reduce the number of sexual violence against women. there are obstacles in dealing with cases of sexual violence against women such as limited funds, lack of human resources, limited facilities, and the presence of victims' families who do not want to report incidents of violence experienced by victims. The handling of the Demak Resort Police in dealing with cases of sexual violence from the maqasid asy-shari'ah perspective must be in line with the objectives of Islamic law, namely the protection of life, mind, lineage and property. In Islam, women must be treated special and get protection from a man. The results of this study are that the policies made by the government, namely the minister of religion, have the possibility of Islamophobia. In addition, they have their methods that they have used from generation to generation. This relationship is essential to explore, as it provides insights into how cultural traditions can intersect with religious beliefs and practices. By examining the Bajo marital practices in the context of Islamic law, this study aims to shed light on the compatibility of these practices with Islamic principles. However, when these procedures are considered from the perspective of religious teachings, it raises several issues about whether they align with these teachings. This paper investigates the traditional Bajo marital practices in light of Islamic law. The methods of observation, interviews, and documentation will all be managed to utilize a qualitative methodology system using procedures to acquire accurate and comprehensive data and information supporting this writing. MK Decision No. 69/PUU-XIII/2015 becomes a forum for positive law, and the Compilation of Islamic Law becomes an interpretation that makes it easier for people to understand marriage agreements in accordance with Islamic law. The purpose of this study was to determine the relevance and legal consequences of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 69/PUU-XIII/2015 and the Compilation of Islamic Law regarding marriage agreements. This research method uses normative juridical, with a traditional review approach to analyze data. The results of this study indicate, 1) The relevance of the two rules, namely the Constitutional Court Decision Number 69/PUU-XIII/2015 and the Compilation of Islamic Law have the same goal, namely to have a positive impact on households. The agreement was also made as an effort to respond to negative impacts if a bad possibility occurs, namely divorce in the household. 2) Separation of assets that are part of the marriage agreement is permissible as long as it does not conflict with applicable law.
