Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian kualitatif atau dengan penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data, teori dan metode. Analisis data menggunakan interaktif tiga model yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta menmggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas layanan atau pelayanan merupakan bentuk pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pengguna sesuai dengan standar layanan yang telah dilakukan sebagai pedoman dalam pemberian layanan. Semakin baik kualitas pelayanan yang diterapkan oleh perpustakaan atau pustakawan maka akan semakin banyak pula pemustaka yang akan berkunjung ke perpustakaan tersebut. Kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan A-Syafa’ah meliputi: 1) Fasilitas; 2) Koleksi; 3) Pustakawan; 4) Pemakai. Strategi manajemen yang digunakan yaitu: 1) Perencanaan; 2) Pengorganisasian; 3) Pelaksanaan; 4) Pengawasan. Perpustakaan As-Syafa’ah sudah menggunakan sistem otmasi perpustakaan yaitu aplikasi SLIMS. Kemampuan kognitif yang dimiliki setiap individu yaitu kecerdasan, bakat pembelajaran bahasa, atau kapasitas atau kecepatan mengingat. Selaian itu, kemampuan afektif seperti rasa takut, motivasi, dan emosi dari satu individu. Penelitian perbedaan individual dapat dilihat dari interaksi atau hubungan dari kedua aspek tersebut di dalam diri manusia dan juga terhadap konteks pembelajaran pemahaman individu secara alami terhadap suatu instruksi dapat diidentifikasi dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis studi pustaka. Adapun teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini berupa data-data atau informasi yang disesuikan dengan literatur, baik dalam bentuk buku, majalah, dan catatan-catatan. Setiap pembelajar memiliki cara yang berbeda untuk beradaptasi dan memahami petunjuk khususnya dalam pembelajaran bahasa. Pertama, perbedaan individual terdiri atas dua faktor, yaitu faktor personal dan faktor umum. Faktor personal meliputi (1) dinamika kelompok, (2) sikap terhadap pengajar dan bahan ajar, dan (3) teknik belajar individual, sedangkan faktor umum meliputi (1) umur, (2) kecerdasan dan ketangkasan, (4) cognitive-style, (5) sikap dan (6) motivasi, dan (7) kepribadian. Kedua, konsekuensi perbedaan individual bagi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dalam pembahasan ini berkaitan dengan cara pendidik dalam mengajar. Dengan adanya persaingan yang semakin ketat diantara lembaga pendidikan, maka setiap lembaga pendidikan berlomba-lomba menggunakan bermacam-macam metode agar produk atau layanan jasanya dapat diterima oleh pelanggan dengan baik. SMA Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi karena domisili siswanya tidak hanya disekitar sekolah saja, melainkan dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia dengan diterapkannya teori Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pemasaran pendidikan, maka sangat berdampak terhadap loyalitas pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implementasi Customer Relationship Management  (CRM) pemasaran pendidikan di SMA Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan datanya melalui Analisis data menggunakan teori Miles & Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dan teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Setelah melaksanakan wawancara dan observasi, ditemukan bahwa implementasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pemasaran pendidikan di SMA Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi menggunakan konsep fungsi manajemen yang dimulai dari tahap : perencanaan, yakni  dengan menyiapkan beberapa pihak yang terkait dalam program kegiatan, menyusun perangkat pemasaran pendidikan dan menyiapkan pemasaran pendidikan yang sesuai dengan visi, misi serta tujuan sekolah. Pelaksanaan dalam imlpementasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pemasaran pendidikan yang dilakukan adalah memanfaatkan alat teknologi canggih yaitu internet sebagai penunjang untuk mempromosikan sekolah, penyebaran brosur, mendatangi sekolah-sekolah tingkat SLTP terutama sekolah intern (dalam satu yayasan) dan melakukan  kunjungan terhadap  masyarakat-masyarakat kurang mampu. Data collection using questionnaires and tests, then using the K-Means Cluster data analysis technique, with three clusters (groups) followed by crosstab and graph analysis, using SPSS IBM 22 and followed by the RASH model. the results obtained are that (a) cognitive aspects in the form of student thinking, followed by sociological aspects and psychological aspects related to students' internal factors (b) cognitive results are tested more deeply with the Expended Score Graph. The ICC is in accordance with the RASH Model, the difficult questions to work on are questions 10 and 13 are in the analysis (C4), the Outfit MNSQ value is between 0.5-0.15 and then from the Probability graph of Student Cognitive Ability is well distributed, thus the difficulty in the cognitive aspect lies in the questions presented. These results are very useful for identifying students' cognitive limitations in chemistry learning. The method of this research was a quantitative survey method. We collected the data from a sample of the college of economic lecturers numbered 34 people using the research instrument of questionnaires. Analysis of the questionnaire used a 5-points Likert scale and a multiple linear regressions test. Research findings reported a significant influence on the leadership perception, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy of the lecturers' performing partially and simultaneously. This study contributed to head building participatory and communicative leadership in improving the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning to get the expected teaching competence. We suggest that higher education leaders always pay attention to the needs of their subordinates. The Zoom Meeting application policy is used to support the implementation of effective learning in the pandemic period. The purpose of this study was to describe online learning based on Zoom Meeting at the Amaliah Elementary School as a school policy that chose the zoom meeting application as a learning media during a pandemic. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design—the respondents used by teachers in the Elementary School of Amaliah. Data collection procedures use interviews, observation, and documentation for data analysis using triangulation. The study results imposed that teachers, students, and parents' support very quickly received the selection of zoom meeting applications. Zoom meeting-based online learning implementation can be used on online learning planning aspects, methods and strategies, and online learning assessment. Although the school provides supporting facilities, there are still obstacles to online learning-based zoom meetings. Online learning is a learning process conducted in a network that utilizes the internet, without face-to-faceinteractions. In practice, online learning has many obstacles which affect the success of students in the courses. Creating a sense of place in online learning can be done by improving communication between lecturers and students: humanization of students, the socialization process related to online learning, the importance of the role of lecturers in online learning, the contribution of students in online learning, learning media, guidelines and learning targets. With a conducive learning atmosphere, optimizing the role of lecturers and student contributions, can meet the desired learning targets.Efforts are made to achieve effective communication.
