Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif-deskriptif. Dimana pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, dan peninjauan dokumen. Analisis data melalui tahap reduksi, tampilan, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penerapan peraturan sekolah merupakan langkah strategis yang dilakukan sebagai pedoman bagi warga sekolah dalam berperilaku di lingkungan sekolah; 2) Kedisiplinan siswa di SMP N 5 Pematang Siantar menunjukkan kecenderungan yang berbeda-beda, disebabkan oleh kondisi lingkungan sekolah dan variasi latar belakang siswa; 3) Strategi penerapan peraturan sekolah dilakukan dengan sosialisasi kepada orang tua siswa dan masyarakat, dengan melibatkan organisasi siswa intra sekolah (OSIS), gerakan pramuka, juga. Kepercayaan diri merupakan salah satu unsur kepribadian yang memegang peranan penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Mendidik moral dan mental anak berarti mendidik anak untuk membiasakannya kepada perbuatan-perbuatan baik. Karena perbuatan baik atau buruk yang dilakukan anak merupakan ukuran standart moral dan mental. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Untuk mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan peneliti menggunakan angket tertutup, dan observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SMP Negeri 1 Panei Kab.Simalungun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Terdapat ada hubungan dan berkaitan erat antara kepercayaan diri terhadap perilaku moral peserta didik SMP Negeri 1 Panei; Adapun perilaku moral yang dihasilkan dari adanya penanaman rasa kepercayaan diri dari guru kepada peserta didik dapat dilihat sebagai berikut: a. Tanggung jawab, mandiri, disiplin dapat dilihat dari kebiasaan menghargai, menghormati guru maupun orang lain. b. We need to think about civic education and the study of citizenship in the scope of culture, identity, and the arts. However, strangely, there has been no effort made by academic actors to study culture, identity, and art in certain areas in the aspect of forming civic culture. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan budaya Wedi Ruha (injak telur): study proses dan pelaksanaan dalam perkawinan masyarakat Manggarai. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, interview mendalam dan dokumentasi, kemudian selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi/penarikan kesimpulan, dan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Wedi Ruha (injak telur) dalam masyarakat manggarai memiliki tahapan yaitu proses negosiasi kedua pihak, melaksanakan akad nikah, melaksanakan budaya Wedi Ruha (injak telur), mendengarkan nasehat perkawinan dari tokoh agama dan tokoh adat dan pemberian ucapan selamat kepada mempelai. Pelaksanaan budaya Wedi Ruha (injak telur) dapat memberikan rasa solidaritas, kekeluargaan untuk melestarikan tradisi budaya yang telah lama berkembang di masyarakat manggarai.Traditional marriage is an inheritance from the ancestors, passed down from generation to generation. It must exist and be carried out in a marriage to become a culture in the Manggarai community. This study aims to explain the culture of Wedi Ruha (step on the egg) by analysing the process and implementation of marriages in the Manggarai community. The research method uses qualitative research with a literature and case study approach. Data collection used observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation, and then data analysis used the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification/conclusion, and data validity. The results showed that the culture of Wedi Ruha (stamped eggs) in the Manggarai community had stages, namely the process of negotiating the two parties, carrying out the marriage contract, carrying out the culture of Wedi Ruha (stepping eggs), listening to marriage advice from religious leaders and traditional leaders and congratulating the bride and groom. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan peran guru PPKn melalui pembimbingan intensif sebagai upaya pencegahan bullying di Sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitia kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sebyek penlitian yang terlibat adalah siswa SMP Negeri 1 Bolo Kabupaten Bima sebanyak 12 orang siswa dan 3 orang PPKn dan 1 orang guru Bimbingan Konseling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru sangat berperan aktif disekolah yaitu mulai dari perencaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi seluruh kegiatan yang terjadi disekolah. Terkait perilaku bullying, guru tentu memiliki andil dalam mengatasinya dengan cara guru dalam mengatasi sikap atau perilaku bullying ialah dengan membimbing, menasehati, mengarahkan, membina, dan memberikan contoh sikap yang baik disekolah baik bullying verbal maupun non verbal.The development of bullying cases still occurs among high school students with various forms of bullying, which impact loss of self-confidence, loneliness, depression, and suicide. This study aims to explain the role of Civics teachers through intensive mentoring to prevent bullying in schools. The research method used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research subjects involved were 12 students of SMP Negeri, 1 Bolo, Bima Regency, 3 PPKn students, and 1 Counseling Guidance teacher. The methods of data collection used were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The study results show that teachers play an active role in schools, starting with planning, implementing, and evaluating all activities that occur in schools. Regarding bullying behaviour, the teacher certainly has a hand in overcoming it. Risalah kenabian pada diri Nabi Muhammad saw sebagaian besar berisi tentang kemanusian yang berkaitan dengan akhlak. Hal ini, senada dengan hadis bahwa Nabi diutus untuk penyempurna akhlak. Oleh karena itu, kajian tentang akhlak menjadi penting dalam rangka menjalankan kehidupan di dunia. Mengingat pentingnya akhlak ini, maka bisa melihat korelasi akhlak dengan hadis-hadis menghormati tamu. Pada hadis itu, adanya relasi kemuasiaan yang erat dikarenakan hubungan antar sesama manusia. Kajian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Peneliti melakukan kajian literatur tentang akhlak dan hadis-hadis yang berkaitan dengan tamu kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan akhlak. Hasil kajian hadis tentang tamu, adanya pendididikan akhlak yang dapat diambil dalam kasus tamu dan bertamu dalam Islam seperti melatih kesabaran, berbuat jujur dan bersikap baik. Perbuatan tersebut sebagai pelaksanaan ajaran Islam dalam menghormati sesama muslim yang bertamu sebagai manifestasi pelaksanaan ajaran agama. The Qur'an is the holy book of Muslims which attached great importance to the human dimension, especially morality, because there are about 1500 verses discussed it. Prophetic treatises on the Muhammad mostly contain humanity related to morals. This is in line with the hadith that the Prophet was sent to perfect morals. Therefore, the study of morality is important in order to carry out life in the world. Given the importance of this morality, one can see a correlation between morality and the traditions of respecting guests. In that hadith, there is a close relationship of satisfaction due to the relationship between human beings. This study used qualitative research by using a descriptive approach. The researcher conducted a literature study on morals and hadiths related to guests and then analyzed them using a moral approach. The results of the study of hadith about guests, there is moral education that can be taken in the case of guests and visitors in Islam such as practicing patience, being honest and being kind. Tujuan penelitian untuk menjelaskan upaya yang ditempuh untuk menghindari terjadinya marginalisasi hak-hak masyarakat lokal dalam pengelolaan sumberdaya hutan di Pulau Lombok Nusa Tenggara Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan secara intensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya yang ditempuh untuk menghindari terjadinya marginalisasi hak-hak masyarakat lokal dalam pengelolaan sumber daya hutan di Pulau Lombok Nusa Tenggara Barat sebagai berikut: (1) pemerintah harus merangkul masyarakat lokal. Mereka sangat membutuhkan komunikasi dengan pemerintah. (2) pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal dalam pengelolaan sumberdaya hutan. Dampak pemberdayaan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat lokal ditunjukkan oleh keterlibatan dan aktivitas masyarakat lokal sekitar hutan dalam bergotong-royong menjaga hutan, dan pengamanan wilayah hutan (3) Memberikan pengakuan dan perlindungan terhadap masyarakat lokal. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan dan hak-hak masyarakat hukum ada telah diterima dalam kerangka hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia. UUD 1945 mengatur keberadaan masyarakat hukum adat sebagai subyek hukum yang berbeda dengan subyek hukum lainnya. Natural resource conflicts, often covered up for various reasons; and when there is conflict, the strong side always beats the weak, and the weak never dares to fight the strong. The research objective is to explain the efforts taken to avoid the marginalization of the rights of local communities in the management of forest resources on the island of Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study and descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using observation, in-depth interviews and documents. Data analysis was carried out intensively. The results of the study show that the efforts taken to avoid the marginalization of the rights of local communities in the management of forest resources on Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara are as follows: (1) the government must embrace local communities. They really need communication with the government. (2) empowering local communities in managing forest resources. The impact of empowerment on local community participation is shown by the involvement and activities of local communities around the forest in working together to protect the forest and safeguard forest areas (3) Provide recognition and protection for local communities. This shows that the existence and rights of existing legal communities have been accepted within the legal framework in force in Indonesia. This research is a mix method research with data collection by observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as distributing questionnaires. Participants in this study on qualitative data were lecturers and for quantitative data were 53 students who contracted Civics Learning courses in elementary schools in the Elementary School Teacher Education study program at Esa Unggul University. The results of this study indicate that lecturers provide strengthening of civics skills in Civics Learning courses in Elementary Schools through a project-based learning model, then open space at each meeting for students to be active in the learning process. Tujuan artikel ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh media pembelajaran wordwall terhadap hasil belajar PKn pada materi keberagaman dalam masyarakat Indonesia kelas VII MTs. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimen. Sampel penelitian yang dilibatkan sebanyak 58 orang 29 kelompok eksperimen dan 29 kelompok control. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan statistic deskripsi dan uji-tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh media wordwall terhadap hasil belajar PKn pada materi materi keberagaman dalam masyarakat Indonesia kelas VII MTs berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan nilai t-test lebih besar 0.156 dibandingkan nilai t-tabel < 0.005%. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada hasil belajar PKn setelah perlakuan pembelajaran media wordwall pada materi keberagaman dalam masyarakat Indonesia kelas VII MTs. Jadi hipotesis H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima dengan hipotesisnya abhwa hasil belajar PKn sebelum dan setelah mengikuti pembelajaran media wordwall pada materi keberagaman dalam masyarakat Indonesia kelas VII MTs berbeda signifikan. The learning media available on social media are very diverse, but educators have yet to utilize them in learning. The limited facilities and infrastructure that support the learning process cause a decrease in student learning outcomes. The purpose of this article is to explain the effect of word wall learning media on Civics learning outcomes on diverse material in Indonesian society for class VII MTs. This research method is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental approach. The research sample was 58 people, including 29 experimental and 29 control groups. They are collecting data through observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive statistics and uji-t-tests. The results showed that the effect of word wall media on Civics learning outcomes on diversity material in Indonesian society class VII MTs has a significant impact, with the t-test value being 0.156 more remarkable than the t-table value <0.005%. Thus, it was concluded that there was no significant effect on Civics learning outcomes after the word wall media learning treatment on diverse material in Indonesian society in class VII MTs.
