Products development included lecture syllabus, guide and course site. The objectives of this study were computer-based study lecturers and first year of educational technology students. This research development is used as a rapid prototype development model that has five stages, namely, assess needs & analyze content, set objectives, construct prototype, utilize prototype, install and maintain system. The evaluation in this study was carried out through expert reviews, namely learning design experts, material experts, and media experts. The average value obtained form learning design expert is 3.7. The average value obtained from material experts is 3.8. The average value obtained form of media experts is 3.3. Evaluation is needed to determine the level of implementation or success of a program by knowing the effectiveness of its component. This research used formative summative evaluation model by Michael Scriven's that focused on formative research programs. Formative evaluation is used when the program is being implemented with the aim of making improvements to the program. One of the implementations of the formative evaluation is to evaluate the Legal Aspects knowledge sharing at Perumda Pasar Jaya. Formative evaluation was used to assess the implementation of the Legal Aspects knowledge sharing program at Perumda Pasar Jaya. The method of this research is survey technique which consists of distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents participants sharing Legal Aspects and interviewing the organizers of sharing activities, the Pasar Jaya Training Center. Sasaran pengguna buku ini ialah para pelaku usaha pemula. Penelitian dikembangkan berdasarkan model ADDIE yang memiliki 5 tahapan yaitu; analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui expert review dan one to one tryouts, evaluasi tersebut melibatkan 1 orang ahli materi, 1 orang ahli media, dan 4 orang pengguna. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari tahap expert review oleh ahli materi ialah 3.53 dan menunjukan kategori sangat baik. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari tahap expert review oleh ahli media ialah 3.12 dan menunjukan kategori baik. Video tutorial disusun berdasakan setiap tahapan dasar membuat halaman website. Sasaran video tutorial tersebut ialah pengguna dengan usia 18 tahun hingga 30 tahun. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan model Rapid Prototyping.  Dalam Model tersebut  memiliki beberapa tahapan diantaranya Asses Needs dan Analyze Content, Set Objective, Construct Prototype, Utilize Prototype, serta Install and Maintain System. Ujicoba pada penelitian pengembangan ini melalui beberapa tahapan diantaranya Expert review, one to one, serta small group. Pada evaluasi expert review yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi serta media mendapatkan nilai rata rata 3.64. Pada tahap one to one didapatkan hasil rata rata 3.52, tahap small group mendapatkan nilai rata rata 3.38. Secara keseluruhan video tutorial yang peneliti kembangkan untuk membuat halaman website dapat dikatakan layak untuk digunakaan. Penggunaan buku panduan kredit pemilikan rumah subsidi ini diharapkan mampu membantu konsumen dalam melalui tahapan pengajuan kredit dari tahap booking fee, melengkapi formulir persyaratan, wawancara, observasi/survei sampai dengan proses akad kredit. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan dari Rowntree yang melalui tiga tahapan yaitu (1) Tahap Perencanaan (2) Tahap Penulisan (3) Tahapan Penulisan dan Penyuntingan. Produk dievaluasi dengan menggunakan evaluasi formatif. Evaluasi formatif yaitu melalui uji coba ahli materi dan ahli media. Hasil yang diperoleh dari uji coba ahli materi adalah 3,7 sedangkan hasil uji coba ahli media adalah 3,37.  Evaluasi juga dilakukan kepada konsumen melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu uji coba one to one yang memperoleh hasil 3,56. Kemudian uji coba Small Group Evaluation memperoleh hasil 3,64. Hasil keseluruhan dari semua tahapan uji coba adalah pengembangan buku panduan kredit pemilikan rumah subsidi sudah sangat baik. Buku panduan ini dapat membantu konsumen. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000The purpose of this developmental research is to produce mortgage subsidy guide books that can be studied independently by consumers in PT. Tata Bangun Sarana. The use of mortgage subsidy guide books expected to assist in filing stage through credit, from the stage of  the booking fee, complete the requirement forms, obervation/survey, until the process of the contract credit. The research uses development model from Rowntree through three stage: (1) Planing Stage (2) Stages of Writing (3) Stages of Writing and Editing. Product are evaluated using formative. Formative evaluation is through the trial of material experts and media experts. The results obtained from a material expert trial is 3,7 while the trial results a media expert is 3,37. Evaluation is also conducted for consumer through several stages of one-to-one trial results 3,56. Then small group evaluation trial result is 3,54. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati proses pelaksanaan pelatihan, kuesioner disebarkan kepada peserta pelatihan PPJ sebagai responden yang terlibat aktif dalam pelatihan, serta wawancara dilakukan kepada penyelenggara pelatihan yaitu pihak BPTP Sofyan Hadi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi pelatihan PPJ di BPTP Sofyan Hadi dapat dikategorikan “baik” pada komponen instruktur pelatihan, alat dan bahan pelatihan dan fasilitas pelatihan, sedangkan pada komponen media pelatihan dikategorikan “sangat baik”. Sasaran pengguna  bahan ajar online ini ialah mahasiswa semester baru di TP UNJ. Penelitian  pengembangan  ini  dilakukan berdasarkan  model  Rapid Prototyping yang   memiliki lima tahapan yaitu tahap assess needs and analyze content (penilaian kebutuhan dan analisis konten), set objectives (menetapkan tujuan pembelajaran), constructing a prototype (mengembangkan prototype), utilizing the prototype (memanfaatkan prototipe (research/penelitian), dan installing the final system (memasang sistem). Dalam Evaluas itersebut  melibatkan  1  orang  ahli  materi,  1  orang  ahli  media,  dan 22 orang  pengguna. Nilai  rata-rata  yang diperoleh  dari  tahap expert review oleh  ahli  materi ialah  3,36 dan menunjukkan  kategori baik.  Nilai  rata-rata  yang  diperoleh  dari  tahap expert review oleh  ahli desain pembelajaran ialah  3,4. Nilai  rata-rata  yang  diperoleh  dari  tahap expert review oleh  ahli media ialah  3,4  dan menunjukkan  kategori  baik. Pada  tahap penggunaan face-to-face diperoleh  nilai  rata-rata 3,05 yang  menandakan  secara  keseluruhan panduan   ini cukup baik.
