The face contains such features as identity, gender, race, mood, attention and emotions. Face recognition is critical for some services, while recent research shows that people recognition can be very different from person to person.In the past few years, a new type of algorithm Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) has appeared that allows you to generate artificial faces that are identical to real faces. This algorithm is currently widely used in the generation of new faces for marketing campaigns, video processing, increasing the resolution of images, as well as in entertainment applications.This study focuses on the effectiveness of recognizing, distinguishing and memorizing real and fake faces. In the introduction, a literature review is presented. It covers issues of decision-making by people, face recognition, and factors affecting the memorization of faces. The second part contains a description of research methodology - data collection, research design, concerns the work (collection, analysis) with data and procedures. By analyzing posts on social networks, the nature of the topic, the manner of writing and other details, it can draw many ideas about a person’s mood, predict his or her subsequent actions and prevent a possible crime. Kazakhstan ranks third in terms of the number of suicides in the world. To prevent suicide, it was decided to use sentiment analysis as a technique in Natural Language Processing to identify the positive or negative implication. In order to create a database, it is necessary to collect data from social networks popular in Kazakhstan. Monitoring systems built on virtual devices have many advantages over systems whose architecture is mostly technical. In relation to technical means of monitoring, due to the use of a computer for virtual devices, they have a much greater value of memory for storing and processing data, which in turn provides the ability to calculate a large number of indicators and increase calculation accuracy. This article discusses a virtual instrument for determining the main characteristics of a three-phase network voltage, current and total harmonic distortion. Based on the preprocessed discrete data array of three current signals and three voltage signals, a calculating values procedure based on the IEEE 1459-2010 standard was developed, and LabVIEW is used as a development platform. Using operations with data arrays, procedures for calculating the RMS values of the basic component and higher harmonics are implemented for voltage and current. This article shows the result of an experimental study of the developed system, showing an increase in the quality of education and efficiency due to the semantic representation of resources, also creates conditions for the digitalization of the educational process. The work also used methods to prove a hypothesis by experiment. Having considered the results, one has developed tools for stakeholders’ interaction in seafarers’ training market due to the endowment fund functioning. The process includes stakeholders’ involvement in key processes of establishment of higher education that is people, who are interested in improving the quality of seafarers’ training. One has presented the process in the form of a scheme.One has transformed stakeholder interaction scheme into a homogeneous Markov chain. One has carried out the modeling of stakeholder relations, which allowed considering the correctness of our proposed scheme. The model developed by us is a ready-made tool that allows managing stakeholders’ interaction. Dostoevsky compared to other authors (M. M. Dostoevsky, N. N. Strakhov, I. N. Shill, A. A. Golovachev, A. Grigoriev, Y. P. Polonsky) based on articles in the magazines \"Time\" and \"Epoch\" in the period 1861-1865 in pre-revolutionary spelling. Using the distribution of parts of speech and other features of text fragments (the length of such non-intersecting fragments is 1000 words), decision trees with different classification parameters and quality were constructed. Decision trees are easily interpreted as opposed to neural networks. The analysis of these graph-theoretic models has shown good results for works in Russian. But it's not often that you see video games being used in this area. Video games and their development are an integral part of the IT sphere. The technologies that exist now allow us to create our own game products, which can then be implemented in other processes. This research is aimed at studying the term of \"gamification\", its impact on rehabilitation processes, and the study of gamification tools and game products used in the field of medicine. In this research we propose a gamified solution for hand rehabilitation process which include 3D game that work in conjunction with the VR tool called Leap Motion. Since video games attract people with reward systems, goals and many other factors, why not to use it as a key element in process of rehabilitation?
