The Qur'an is a perfect reading that was revealed through the Angel Gabriel by using Arabic to be used as a law (guideline) for mankind as well as a guide and a form of worship for those who carry it out. While learning to read the Qur'an is a process of interaction between educators and students in an activity of assembling letters or words by seeing, recognizing and understanding the guidelines of life, namely the Qur'an to obtain information contained in writing so as to provide benefits for students. . The main capital for the success of students in understanding the lessons of reading the Qur'an are as follows: 1. Students have a high level of intelligence, 2. Students have motivation in learning, 3. Students are interested in learning, 4. Students attend school , 5. Students are always healthy, 6. Students behave well, 7. Students receive attention from their parents, 8. Teachers use appropriate methods for students, and 9. Learning at the early elementary level (grades 1, 2 and 3) students are required to be able to even read fluently, whereas before entering elementary school students have not been taught much to read so that most of the early elementary school students cannot read fluently. This study aims to describe the feasibility of literacy-based worksheets in terms of the criteria for the components of material, presentation, and language; feasibility in terms of expert judgment and student responses. This research refers to the 4D development model but only reaches the Develop stage. The research analysis was carried out in a quantitative descriptive manner, which showed that literacy-based worksheets were appropriate for use in learning in terms of all aspects covering material with a percentage of 88.88%, presentation of 88.88%, and language of 85.00%. In addition, feasibility is also reviewed from student responses which include the feasibility of presentation in learning by 93.42%, the criteria for presenting worksheets by 80.26%, and language by 75.43%. The Explicit Instruction learning model is a learning model designed to support the student learning process, or also known as the direct teaching model. Explicit Instruction can also be in the form of lectures, demonstrations, training or practice and group work so that students will not feel bored during the lesson because they use a variety of learning models. It is hoped that through the Explicit Instruction learning model it can make it easier for students to study Islamic religious education so that they can achieve satisfactory learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of the Explicit Instruction learning model and to determine student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects, and to determine whether there is a significant influence on the Explicit Instruction learning model in improving learning outcomes in Islamic religious education. This study used a quantitative approach with a total of 55 respondents, using sample data, collecting data using pre-test and post-test questions. The collected data were then analyzed by validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, correlation test, and significant test. Based on the calculation results, the data values obtained through the SPSS program version 23.0 for windows. In calculating the hypothesis, the researcher used the product moment correlation test and showed that there was a significant influence on the Explicit Instruction learning model in improving student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects, obtained a value of rxy = 0.736, and for a significant test obtained a value of t = 7.926 at the level significant 5% is 2.005. PAI teachers have a big role in fostering student morals in the digitalization era.The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of PAI teachers in fostering student morals in the digitalization era at SDN Mayangan 2. Based on the methods and types of facts used, this research was conducted with qualitative research methods so that it would produce descriptive information in word structure. The statistics analyzed in it are in a descriptive structure, no longer numbers as is the case in quantitative research. The result of this research is that the role of PAI teachers in moral development is very important for the moral development of students at SDN Mayangan 2. The efforts that have been made by PAI teachers at SDN Mayangan 2 are to provide an understanding of morality by providing examples and also by strengthening faith. by getting closer to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala by diligently praying and also diligently reading the Koran. Morals are very important in the era of digitalization so that students can control themselves so they don't easily fall into the negative impacts resulting from technological developments and also improve students' morals on the use of social media such as Tik Tok and also self-control so that students take advantage of social media more . Supervision of a teacher to his students in the use of developmental technology is very important. The lecturer profession is increasingly competitive, and the difficulty in raising the competence of lecturers who are partly in the Islamic boarding school environment determines whether Islamic tertiary institutions survive. This study examines the influence of Islamic Leadership, organizational culture, and self-efficacy on lecturer performance mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). \u0000Design/methods/approach – This research was conducted on 202 lecturers at an Islamic religious university in West Kalimantan, Indonesia. This type of correlational research with survey techniques using the SmartPLS 3.3.7 application. \u0000Findings – From the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant influence of Islamic Leadership on OCB; there is a significant influence of organizational culture on OCB; there is a significant effect of self-efficacy on OCB; there is no significant effect of Islamic Leadership on performance; there is no significant effect of organizational culture on performance; there is a significant effect of self-efficacy on performance; there is a significant effect of OCB on performance; and there is a significant effect of Islamic Leadership, organizational culture, and self-efficacy on OCB-mediated performance. The research aims to investigate efforts to foster students’ ethical critical thinking at pesantren (Islamic boarding school) in Kediri, East Java. This study uses a qualitative approach and sociological-phenemonological methods. Data obtained through observation and interviews. The research findings show that the patron-client pattern a pattern of relations between kiai and santri at pesantren can have both positive and negative impacts. The positive impact can be seen from the form of good relations and mutual respect between the kiai and students. Meanwhile, the negative impact refers to students’ fatalistic attitude towards life and an uncritical scientific view. Critical education in pesantren has practically been implemented even though partially.
