The live streaming application that is now popular in Indonesia is Uplive. Uplive is one of the best applications that can easily broadcast live events or content as well as the opportunity to earn income by becoming a host or broadcaster on the application. During the live streaming, a host can interact with viewers via live chat in the Uplive application. The purpose of this study is that researchers want to know the meaning of live streaming interactions for hosts in the Uplive application. The method used in this research is using qualitative research methods. This research data is in the form of data from interviews with the hosts of the Uplive application and the audience. The results of the study show that the interactions carried out when the host is broadcasting live are not only limited to commenting via live chat, but the audience can also give virtual gifts such as diamonds which can then be exchanged for money. Live streaming interaction for hosts on Uplive is very important because an interaction that exists between the host and viewer can increase user engagement with the host itself. {"title":"KEBIJAKAN INDONESIA MENOLAK MENGGUNAKAN MEKANISME AATHP JOINT EMERGENCY RESPONSE DALAM MENGATASI KEBAKARAN HUTAN DAN LAHAN 2015","authors":"Luerdi Luerdi","doi":"10.31219/osf.io/652jf","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31219/osf.io/652jf","url":null,"abstract":"This paper aims to explain Indonesia’s rejection to resolve its 2015 forest and land fire disaster under the mechanism of Joint Emergency Response provided in the ASEAN Agreement on Transboundary Haze Pollution. The haze caused by forest and land fires in Indonesia raised threats to not only itself but also states in the region of Southeast Asia. As it was declared as a regional problem, ASEAN then responded by creating a common framework called the ASEAN Agreement on Transboundary Haze Pollution in 2002 and Indonesia was the last ratifying the agreement in 2014; more than a decade after its inception. Indonesia, however, refused to pick the AATHP Joint Emergency Response to tackle the 2015 disaster within its territory despite its most serious recurring disaster since 1997. This research applied the qualitative method with a causal correlation analysis. The research applied Charles O. Lerche and Abdul A. Said’s national interest theory. The research found that Indonesia’s rejection was driven by its national interests such as image, economy and politics which were much more important than others. Instead, Indonesia preferred the domestic efforts and bilateral cooperation to respond to it. The method used is the Survey research method, through questionnaires to the people who came to the West Java Provincial Government Public Relations. The testing techniques carried out are frequency distribution tabulation, score ranking and correlation test. The results of the study illustrate that the Public Relations Government of West Java Province has communication and managerial skills in the Very good category, with the ability to foster relationships, credibility and creativity in the category of Good, Whereas the assessment of Standardization of Services to the Community is measured through Accessibility, reliability, response time and resolution in the category of Satisfaction. From the results of testing the correlation data, it can be concluded that There is a strong, unidirectional and significant relationship between PR competencies in West Java Province with the standardization of services to the public.
