Therefore, methods of three-dimensional (3D) reconstructions were employed to visualize the surface morphology of developing structures and to help appreciate the complexity of early tooth morphogenesis. The authors introduce in the paper the principle of MCalgorithm, and present a simplified algorithm based on optimized grid model. The simplified algorithm selects points as close tooriginal grid as possible, usually using the subset selection method or the optimized selection method. The rudiments can rescue their suppressed development and revitalize, and then their subsequent autonomous development can give rise to oral pathologies. This shows that tooth-forming potential in mammals can be greater than that observed from their functional dentitions. The strength analysis was performed by loading 6.6g acceleration in the forward direction and 5g acceleration in horizontal direction according to ECE R110 regulations requirements. After the displacement of frame reached to the dynamic balance, the von Mises stress distribution was analyzed. The results indicated that the maximum values were less than the permissible stress. At the practice of site fire investigation, most are using notebook to recording describe information as official document, such process is obviously lacking for carrying convenience and recording instantaneity. Meanwhile, after causing of fire, the investigation work utilizes, building information captions to return the original fire scene and identify the ignition point. In traditional, it is using two dimensions floor plans in paper, but that will be limited to provide architectural spaces information, because it usually can't represent the actual appearance of the building. If can use three-dimensional characteristics of building information modeling (BIM) which can assist investigators produced concept of space and visualization. In recent years, smart handheld devices becoming more and more popular, these devices are light and convenience as well as humanity operation interface, compatible with matured software and hardware communications technology. The mathematical model of the growing interface was solved by multiple scale method. Through the solution of the mathematical model, we showed that there is an initial inward growth of the interface if the anisotropic interface kinetics coefficient is large enough. By dispersing the structure finite elements, the mechanical and fatigue behavior were discussed by APDL language following JB4732, and the result about stress evaluation and fatigue analysis are given, from the result, we can conclude that high first plus second stress and stress concentration may be formed at the intersection between nozzle and cylinder. The emphasis of this study lies in traffic flow characteristics and the design optimization for buffer lane, which restrict traffic flow of the three-merge-one road that become a congested traffic bottleneck in urban traffic. This study presents traffic flow model with cellular automaton. It is based on operating mechanism and driving characteristics in three-merge-one road. Simulation shows the spatio-temporal patterns with the different length of buffer lane, which present the length can affect the traffic capacity of bottleneck. The result indicates that compulsory lane-changing and waiting vehicles are focused on the bottleneck zone. The capacity is decreasing with shorter buffer lane. Furthermore, lane-changing vehicles are mainly in the adjustment zone and the capacity hold the line with longer buffer lane.
