After the displacement of frame reached to the dynamic balance, the von Mises stress distribution was analyzed. The results indicated that the maximum values were less than the permissible stress. 摘要

为了研究动力载荷对新能源客车CNG气瓶框架的影响,采用三维逆向工程和有限元方法建立了CNG气瓶和框架的有限元模型。按照ECE R110法规要求,采用正向加载6.6g加速度,水平加载5g加速度的方法进行强度分析。在框架位移达到动平衡后,分析了von Mises应力分布。结果表明,最大应力值小于允许应力值。本文采用有限元法对CNG气瓶框架进行强度分析,降低新能源客车的开发成本,为新能源客车的研究设计提供重要参考。
