Unfortunately, the research of the relationship between the inertial sensor errors and the navigation performances is not sufficient yet. In this case, the mathematical relationship between the sensor quality and the INS (Inertial Navigation System) performance is firstly derived in details based on a 6 DOF (Degree of Freedom) model. Since the INS is a part of the GNSS/INS system, the influence of the sensor errors on the total performance is further analyzed. For the optimization problem of \"multi-day tourism\" it proposes a novel strategy based on heuristic algorithm. It adopts Monte Carlo improved simulated annealing algorithm, to provide optimized design of local tourist route in a certain area, with the object of shortest path and smallest cost. It also establishes the mathematical model of \"multi-day\" tourism route. By multiple experiments and computation, it is founded that the application of simulated annealing in tourism route design can effectively acquire the optimal solution or approximate optimal solution. This paper, based on the value chain, proposes the optimization scheme for Material Forming and Control Engineering Specialty core curriculum. First of all, this paper discusses the problems existing in the core courses, then explains the value chain, finally optimizes the core curriculum with the value chain theory. A Content-Based Multi-Feature Comprehensively Weighting Video-Image Retrieval Algorithm is proposed to settle the problem. The essence of the algorithm is, set an appropriate threshold value and calculate the similarity of the color feature between the target image and each retrieval image to determine whether the calculation of shape feature is necessary, and similarly, determine whether the calculation of texture feature is necessary. Finally, compare the similarity distance of chosen image to get the final result.
