The results are compared with the outcomes of several studies from abroad. The first part of the paper consists of a brief introduction to the topic and present the results of studies with a similar design. The second part describes the research, which was part of Zuzana Kalousovaʼs thesis in 2017. It is a qualitative research conducted via half-structured interviews with 22 respondents who have been in a satisfactory relationship for over ten years. To analyze the data, we used grounded theory. The results were ten categories that contributed to satisfaction in relationships: overcoming of differences and obstacles, doing things together, communication, endurance, not trying to solve everything, harmony, safety, good choice of spouse, stable financial situation, family.","PeriodicalId":31843,"journal":{"name":"Psychologie pro Praxi","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47439094","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Our complex applied creativity construct involves imagination, idea creation, openness, flexibility, and features like braveness, analytical skills, assertiveness, and even empathy, which are all necessary to transform a new idea into practical application beneficial for a company or society. We first gained data from 125 respondents and analyzed the structure of the first version of the questionnaire (reduction from 80 to 77 items had to be done based on correlation analysis). Then we undertook a series of exploratory factor analyses. After the iterative process of eliminating all the items with low loadings or problematic cross-loadings, we suggested the six-factor solution for the new, second version of the Creatixo inventory consisting of 47 items. On the new sample of 106 respondents confirmatory factor analysis supported the six-factor structure of the inventory (GOF indices: CFI = .990, GFI = .909, RMSEA = .025, SRMR = 0.101). The Creatixo tool has shown good results in internal consistency measures – e.g., McDonald's omega of all individual factors varies from .740 to .887. Now we are about to gather the bigger sample of the quota-representative population and cross-validate the psychometric analysis current outputs. We discuss the further validation studies and some limits of the self-reporting inventory approach to assessing creativity, innovativeness, and productivity.","PeriodicalId":31843,"journal":{"name":"Psychologie pro Praxi","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44575224","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A considerable amount of research dealing with these families can be found in foreign literature. In the Czech environment, however, the issue of these families is neglected in research and very little is known about the specifics and dynamics of relationships between individual members of reunited families. Relationships within these families are quite intricately intertwined, especially from the point of view of a child who acquires a stepparent, a new sibling or other relatives. Exploring these relationships is not an easy task. Nevertheless, these families should not be neglected, as the disintegration of the original biological family is a stressful situation for all its members and affects the formation of a new family and, to a large extent, the development of children in these families. The following text presents an overview of the findings of mostly foreign research studies dealing with reconstituted families and the relationships between individual members of these families.","PeriodicalId":31843,"journal":{"name":"Psychologie pro Praxi","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44864311","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main objective is to present forensic psychology research, especially the research focused on the perception of justice in legally regulated decision-making procedures. Due to the absence of domestic sources, the main attention is focused on foreign research. Finally, it is the ambition of the presented paper to contribute to the professional discussion on the relevant topic within the Czech psychological community. The empirical part presents the newly developed Questionnaire of Perceived Justice in Mediation (DVSM), it’s creating stages and limitations. Also, another research activity of the authors is presented, in which the limitation of DVSM are addressed.","PeriodicalId":31843,"journal":{"name":"Psychologie pro Praxi","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42223571","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The aim of the research was to specify students’ personal prerequisites for fulfilling the role of general nurse. The researched group consisted of students of General Nurse program in the period 2013–2018. The test tools included the MBTI® (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) test and Belbin’s team role test. The basic findings showed that in the group of 53% of respondents the so-called temperament of the Guardian was identified (SJ), which is suitable for the work of general nurses. The second large group consisted of Idealists, for whom the temperament of Diplomat – NF – 35.8% is common, whose characteristics also strongly correspond to the requirements of nursing practice. The Implementer and Team Worker represented the team role with the highest affinity in 54% of respondents. It is thus possible to assume that the chosen work will be satisfactory for those individuals and there is a presumption to be successful in their future work.","PeriodicalId":31843,"journal":{"name":"Psychologie pro Praxi","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45942074","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
