Salah satu penyebab siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam pemahaman terhadap HOTS  selama belajar adalah model pembelajaran yang diterapkan masih kurang sesuai dengan pembelajaran HOTS dan tidak disertai  literasi sains. Penelitian peningkatan HOTS dengan penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Higher Order Thinking Skills siswa kelas IX SMP Budi Murni 4 Medan pada materi Listrik Dinamis melalui penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian quasi-experiment dan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Adapun, sampel penelitian ini yaitu 31 siswa yang diambil secara cluster random sampling. Kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa diukur dengan menggunakan instrumen  test hasil belajar siswa berbasis HOTS pada materi listrik dinamis dalam bentuk essay.Soal essay berbasis HOTS sebanyak dari 10 bentuk soal pretest dan 10 bentuk soal posttest dengan tingkatan level kognitif C4, C5, dan C6.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, siswa kelas IX SMP Budi Murni 4 mengalami peningkatan kemampuan HOTS dengan nilai gain sebesar 0,70, yaitu merupakan kategori tinggi. This study aims to determine the effect of the scientific literacy approach using the discovery learning model on students' understanding of physics concepts. The method of this research is a true experimental research using post-tests only control group design. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Watubangga. The sample of this study consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class, which was taught with scientific literacy approach using the discovery learning model, and the control class which was taught by using the direct learning model. Sampling was carried out using a random sampling technique so that class X1 was chosen as the experimental class and X2 as the control class. The data analysis technique used was descriptive and inferential analysis. The results showed that students' understanding of physics concepts in the experimental class is in a good category while in the control class is in the medium category. The inferential test shows t-count t-table (6.85 1.98). This means that there is a significant difference in understanding of physics concept between the experimental and control group. This research aims to provide a historical overview of TPACK-related studies for pre-service teachers, particularly those in the science department. The databases held 143 papers from 2012 to 2022, which were reviewed in four steps: identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion, yielding 44 noteworthy articles on TPACK research. The meta-analysis design was utilized in the study, with the parameters of the study's purpose, method/design, sample, data collection, and location. According to the data, most studies measure pre-service teachers' TPACK using a variety of techniques and samples. And recently, the quantitative method has grabbed the lead. TPACK studies have grown in quantity over time, with the emphasis on measuring and enhancing pre-service teachers' TPACK. This study aims to analyze whether there are differences in students' learning outcomes of physics taught by problem-solving and probing prompting methods and which method is more effective in improving physics learning outcomes. This type of research is experimental, with a post-test only control group design. The population in this study were all students of class X MAN 2 Model Makassar, which consisted of six classes with a total of 252 students, while the sample was taken using a random class technique. Class X MIA 2 and class X MIA 3 were selected as samples, with a total of 42 students in each class. The results showed that in the cognitive domain, the physics learning outcomes average score of students who were taught using the problem-solving method was 77.08; meanwhile, that of the students taught by the probing prompting method was 81.00. In the psychomotor domain, the learning outcomes average score obtained by the class taught by problem-solving method and probing prompting method were almost equal, that was 98.32 and 98.28, respectively. Finally, in the affective domain, the students’ learning outcomes after using the problem-solving method was 84.20, and that after using the probing prompting method was 83.90. Therefore, it can be concluded that there are differences in physics learning outcomes between students who are taught using problem-solving and probing prompting methods. Employing a research and development method with the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation), this research involved 35 students of class X MIPA 8 at SMAN 2 Bangkalan in the academic year of 2021/2022 as the research subjects. This HOTS-based e-module development research includes a pre-experimental design type that used the one-group pre-test post-test method. The obtained data from this study were the results of HOTS-based e-module validation, pre-test results, post-test results, and students’ response data to the use of HOTS-based e-modules. In this study, it was found that the results of HOTS-based e-module validation using the Sigil application on circular motion material were 4,556 in the material aspect and 4,498 in the media aspect; both are categorized as very good. The average results of the students' pre-test and post-test were 6.46 and 70.83, respectively. The average n-gain value is 0.69, which indicates that the effectiveness of using HOTS-based e-modules using Sigil applications on circular motion material was in the medium category. The result of the students’ response questionnaire was 4.05 (good category), which indicates that the HOTS-based e-module using the Sigil application is practical. In the PBL model, students are encouraged to ask and answer questions to improve their problem-solving skills. This study aims to analyze whether the PBL model with the hybrid method can improve students' problem-solving abilities in learning physics. This research is pre-experimental research. The research sample is class X MIPA 1 at SMAN 17 Surabaya, taken by using the purposive sampling technique. The research was conducted in a hybrid learning (offline and online) using a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data were collected through observation and tests in the form of pre-test and post-test. The data were then analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. The results showed that the n-gain value obtained was 0.31 (medium category). The paired t-test results obtained have a sig value. (2-tails) of 0.000, which is smaller than sig. 0.05. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the beginning formation of the universe according to astrophysics and the Qur’an, astrophysics discoveries about extraterrestrial life, and letters in the Qur’an that hint at extraterrestrial life, as well as analyzing the relationship between astrophysics and letters in the Qur’an related to extraterrestrial life. This research is qualitative research with a method consisting of library research and interviews. The primary data of this research comes from scientific articles of previous research, relevant books, and interpretations of Qur’an verses. The secondary data were obtained through the results of interviews with experts. The data analysis technique in this study was adapted from the analysis technique of Miles Huberman, while the verses of the Qur’an used the Kemenag interpretation with a scientific interpretation style. The results show that in line with the astrophysical discoveries, the creation of the universe and the existence of extraterrestrial life are also hinted at in the Qur'an. In addition, the alleged presence of water on other planets also supports the signs in the Qur'an. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the discovery learning model based on class level, learning materials, student learning competencies, and learning media used. This type of research is a meta-analysis by calculating the value of effect size (ES). The data collection technique in this study is using documentation techniques. The analytical techniques used are quantitative analysis for value and qualitative analysis to analyze research data. The study used 26 articles consisting of 21 national articles and 5 international articles. The results of this study indicate that, first, the discovery learning model is more effectively applied to class X with an ES of 1.38, which is in the high category. Second, the discovery learning model is more effectively applied to measurement material with an ES of 3.24, which is in the high category. Third, the discovery learning model is more effective for increasing learning competence in the form of mastery of concepts and critical thinking skills of students with an ES of 1.70, which is in the high category. Finally, the tracker software media is more effective in learning physics with ES 2.32, which is in the high category. The study explores the inconsistencies and difficulties in the students' understanding of image formation by mirrors and lenses. The primary researcher analyzed data on students' performance on a 20-item test consisting of verbal, mathematical, and ray diagram representation items. Two hundred thirty-one (231) grade 10 students took the test after 52-hour instructions on light reflection and refraction. The test results reveal a recognition of the concepts of image formation better in verbal representation by the students. In addition, chi-square results implied that students had drawn the rays in their ray diagrams of spherical mirrors based on their equivalent understanding of the situation in verbal representation. Inconsistencies in their knowledge of reflection by mirrors and refraction by lenses were identified by the differences in the students' responses to verbal and ray diagram representations and supported by the number of students who correctly answered the same items in these two representations. Inconsistencies with the mirror or lens equation were also determined by comparing the results of the items in mathematical representation. Students are found to have difficulties applying the mirror or lens equation and ray-tracing method in problem situations. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study includes high school students and physics education students have studied vector material physics in East Java. Sampling was done by random sampling for high school students and physics education students in East Java. The instrument used to obtain the data is a conceptual understanding test in the form of 10 multiple choice questions. The results showed that the percentage level of conceptual understanding in high school students was 24% and physics education students 35%. So that students are included in the low category or do not understand while students are included in the medium category or understand. Thus it can be concluded that there are differences in conceptual understanding between high school students and physics education students.
