Thedevelopment of learning device is done by using 4-D Thiagarajan model, which has been modifiedwhich include Define, Design, and Develop. The types of learning devices which developed aresyllabus, lesson plans, worksheets, and Multimedia. The validity of the learning device isdetermined based on the expert validation. The Practicality of learning device can be seen fromthe response of the students, teachers' responses and management teacher learning in theclassroom. This is evidenced only 7 students from 21 students who meetKKM (65). The subject of this research is class student of SDN Babadan VA 2015/2016 school yearsome 21 people. Results of research on (a) Interests studied before action is taken by 38%,increasing to 85% in cycle 1, and by 90% in cycle 2. That means there is an increased influencesignificantly by 52%. (B) Results prasiklus study gained an average of 54.75%, increased to78.40% in cycle 1, and 84.17% in cycle 2. That means there is an increased influence significantlyby 29.42%. Furthermore, to complete learn at prasiklus obtained figures by 47% increasing to81% the first cycle and 100% duty cycle II. This means there is an increased influence significantlyby 53%. The teaching materials as supporting lectures statistics in order to improvelearning in the classroom so that students have an understanding and skills in statistical skillsindependently. Textbook development procedure consists of four phases: planning, organizing,implementation and evaluation. Textbook material in accordance with the lesson plans thestatistics shown by the example and the same practice with SPSS. Results of the assessment of thereviewer obtained both categories with an average score of 38.41 as seen from all aspects, namely,the aspect of the writing approach, the concept of truth, the depth and breadth of the concept,clarity sentence, linguistic, evaluation, feasibility, structure handouts, physical penampila bookinstructional and reference library. This textbook memeiliki high criteria in truth the concept andstructure of the handout. The development of this textbook in accordance with the syllabus,suitability tests (sample) describing the material, the components of a complete book compiled.Practicability test is done so that the student can pass judgment textbooks with material tailored toability. The media that can help students in communicating their findings were Powerpointmedia. The purpose of this study is to produce and test the validity, practicality, and effectivenesson DL learning tools assisted TPI. The Research used design research and development (R & D).The results showed that the DL learning tools assisted TPI valid, practical, and effective. The toolswere declared valid with good and best categories. The tools were declared practical by gettingpositive response of students, and teacher gave a good response. The tools were declared effectiveby the student activity on both small and wide scale testing class are in the good and bestcategories. There is the influence of DL activity on knowledge. Classical achievement of small andwide scale testing class reach KKM (2,66). This study uses research and development. The research was conducted in three schools in the district Pati there are SDN Blaru 02, SDN Sukoharjo 01 and SDN Bakaran Wetan 01. The research was conducted starting with a preliminary study at all schools and then proceed to the stage of media development. Media developed in three schools tested in the study. The results of trials in the analysis are then based on the analysis of media and instrument repair. Media that has been fixed into the final media back then implemented in three schools of learning in the study.
