This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. In the process of collecting data, researchers used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the overall implementation of the productive Banpres program has been running effectively. This can be seen from the achievement of the variables in analyzing the implementation, namely (1) the communication variable indicates that the transmission, clarity, and consistency of the program has been running optimally, (2) the source variable indicates that human resources, information, authority, and supporting facilities have been fulfilled, (3) the attitude and disposition variables of the implementers show that cognition, direction, and response show optimal results, although the responses given by policy actors are not very solution-driven because of the limited authority given, and (4) the bureaucratic structure variable also shows results. optimal, because of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the implementation of the program. The supporting factors consist of a) rapidly developing technology so that it can be used as a means of support in communication and socialization, b) a high commitment from implementing actors, c) public support, and d) technical guidelines for the implementation of Banpres. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are: 1) the Banpres recipient community has low awareness in reporting the use of the budget, 2) not all micro-business actors who have proposed can be accepted as Banpres recipients, and 3) the authority to determine Banpres recipients is not delegated to the sub-district or village, making it difficult to monitor the use of the budget.","PeriodicalId":31645,"journal":{"name":"Publisia Jurnal Ilmu Administrasi Publik","volume":"32 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83696850","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The case chosen was a collaboration between PT Astra International, the sub-district government, and the people of the East Keputih Tegal Sub district, Surabaya City which is a CSR fund management program. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using primary data collection techniques (interviews, observation and documentation). The theory used in this research is collaborative governance skills according to (Donahue Zeckhauser, 2011). The results show that the success of Collaborative Governance that occurs between the Government, PT. ASTRA and the community can run optimally because they are able to collaborate in 4 types, namely, a) Collaboration for Productivity, b) Collaboration for Information; c) Collaboration for Legitimacy Collaborative governance; and d) Collaboration for Resources. From the 4 types of collaboration that the researcher analyzed, all collaboration skills that occur are in accordance with the 8 skills proposed by (Donahue Zeckhauser, 2011). The success of this collaboration is because the sub-district government is able to delegate several functions to PT ASTRA and the community. In addition, community participation can be facilitated from the beginning of the program to implementation. PT ASTRA is very professional in carrying out the delegation function given by the sub-district government and the Surabaya City Government.","PeriodicalId":31645,"journal":{"name":"Publisia Jurnal Ilmu Administrasi Publik","volume":"20 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81280409","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study uses a systematic literature review method, articles taken from the publications of various publishers using the SCOPUS database and given restrictions on the year of publication from 2019 to 2021. The results of this study indicate that CBT is one of the most important approaches in realizing sustainable development. CBT has a very close relationship with sustainable development, where CBT is considered a very effective strategy for realizing sustainable development, because CBT focuses on local communities where local people play an active role as the owner of the resource as well as the main actor in the development of their natural resources. . So in this CBT concept, the community is empowered to develop their skills, culture, and natural potential without destroying it at all, because one of the indicators of the success of sustainable development is environmental preservation. The limitation in this study is that the researcher only focuses on the relationship between sustainable development and CBT and has not discussed the relationship between sustainable development and other indicators and in this study the researcher only used a limited number of previous studies, namely only 266 articles. So that the suggestion for future researchers who are interested in researching sustainable development is to study the relationship of sustainable development with other indicators and to use more previous research so that it can be generalized in a broader discussion.","PeriodicalId":31645,"journal":{"name":"Publisia Jurnal Ilmu Administrasi Publik","volume":"8 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90744989","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
