The decline in moral values ​​in students has now become a challenge and warning for all parties, especially educational institutions, the role of teachers and parents. Many cases happen to young people, ranging from cases of intolerance, bullying, promiscuity and other deviant acts. Various multidimensional crises in Indonesia, whether recognized or not are part of the cultural problems one of the causes is the diversity of cultures that exist in our society. Cultural diversity should not be a cause of discrimination, injustice, suspicion and various human rights violations, but rather a force to build togetherness. The teacher has an important role in the transmission of science, information, character education, research, recreation, and cultural understanding. The thought of multicultural Islamic education in Indonesia is based on Islamic teachings as a source of thought. Multiculturality is a sunnatullah that can not be avoided in it contains important values ​​for the development of faith and social life the role of the teacher plays an important role in rectifying the understanding of Islam that deviates from the understanding of Islam which is \"Rahmatan lil allamin\". This study includes the study of library research using an empirical-based qualitative approach. In this study the study of literature was used in collecting data. While the data analysis technique uses content analysis by sorting the data then grouping similar data and then analyzing the contents according to the purpose of the study. The result is that it takes the role and role model of the teacher about mutual respect by acting fairly, objectively, giving feedback and reflection in learning , use polite language and not touch sensitive issues related to religious and ethnic differences.  The need to emphasize multicultural values ​​in the curriculum of Islamic religious education, and integrate teaching models and methods so that learning objectives can be achieved. The development of multicultural Islamic education is felt to be able to become a means in building a more substantive, contextual, positive and constructive national civilization. Nahdlatul Ulama sebagai organisasi kemasyarakat juga memiliki kewajiban untuk ikut serta mencerdasakan kehidupan bangsa melalui lembaga pendidikan. Adapun pendidikan karakter yang di hadirkan NU KeIslaman, Ahlus sunnah wal jama’ah, Nasionalisme dan Kemanusiaan. Sehingga karakter  pendidikan ini dibangun oleh NU melalui lembaga pendidikan sesuai dengan apa yang dicita-cita dalam undang-undang Nomor 20 tahun 2003. Adapun penulis melihat karakteristik pendidikan NU adalah pendidikan yang mampu melahirkan peserta didik yang memiliki karakter  ash-shidqu (benar), tidak berdusta, al-wafa bil ‘ahd  (menepati janji) dan at-ta’awun (tolong-menolong). Memberi perhatian khusus pada anak sejak awal kelahiran, ketika bayi, sampai cara mendidik sesuai dengan yang disyariatkan Allah adalah mutlak dilakukan umat Islam. Islam tidak membiarkan manusia saat turun ke bumi kehidupan ini melaikan telah menetapkan aturan dan hukum baginya. Oleh karenanya, bagi mereka yang dikarunia anak wajib menerapkan hukum-hukum tersebut. Islam adalah pengembangan pikiran manusia dan penataan tingkah laku yang berdasarkan pada agama Islam, dengan maksud mewujudkan ajaran Islam di dalam kehidupan individu dan masyarakat yakni dalam seluruh lapangan kehidupan. Pembiasaan dan pengajaran merupakan salah satu sarana atau metode pendidikan anak. Jika anak selalu dibiasakan dan diajarkan untuk berbuat baik maka ia akan memiliki kecenderungan untuk berbuat baik sampai ia dewasa atau bahkan sampai tua. Hal itu terjadi karena nilai-nilai kebaikan telah meresap dalam dirinya dan telah menjadi pola pikir, sikap dan perilaku. Jika anak dapat memenuhi tugas-tugas perkembangannya maka berarti akan dapat mengembangkan potensi-potensi yang ia miliki baik jasmani maupun rohani. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian pustaka (library research) yaitu suatu kegiatan mendalami, mencermati, menelaah dan mengidentifikasi hal-hal yang telah ada. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif  yakni menggambarkan secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat sesuai dengan subyek atau obyek yang ada. This study aims to discuss learning strategies, implementation of learning strategies, analysis of learning strategies in the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School (SIKL) based on Blended Learning with the TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, Content knowledge) approach in the new normal era. This research uses descriptive qualitative research and content analysis techniques. The collection techniques used are the opinion (interview), analysis, and documentation. The data analysis technique is carried out using the data collection stages, data analysis, and conclusions. The results of study 1) The education strategy at Kuala Lumpur Indonesian Schools is written on the syllabus and lesson plans (lesson planning design) made by the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School teacher unit (SIKL). 2) Implementing the Blended learning strategy of the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School (SIKL) in the New Normal era in one class is divided into 2, namely: the first is implemented at home through web / online-based technology. The subject of this study is Akidah Akhlak, teacher of year 1 in MIN 1 Bantul. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data gathered through interviews and analyzed using qualitative analysis. Triangulate technic is used to validate the data and to recheck the result of the interview. This policy needs to be accompanied by a change of leadership in the education unit. The leadership qualities of the head of the madrasah will determine whether the madrasah achieves its expected goals or not. The purpose of this research is to analyze outstanding leadership in the 21st century, which includes the characteristics, style, nature, requirements, quality, and competence that a madrasah head must possess. This research was conducted at SDN 5 Cileungsir, Ranch Subdistrict, Ciamis Regency, in March 2020. This research used a library study approach. The data used in this research is secondary data, as the techniques carried out are collecting various credible sources from books, written documents, and articles taken from quality national and international online journals and have been accredited. All references that the author provides in this article aim to inform the reader of the tips and requirements to be an ideal and competent leader in the 21st century, especially leaders in schools. All descriptions are equipped with explanations and examples of events that are often encountered in the field to be understood easily. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that a leader must display exemplary behavior in the madrasah he leads. The behavior of the head of the madrasah must reflect the high spirit of work and should be an example or role model for all people in madrasahs. The ideal educational leader of the 21st century is an innovative leader, a leader who can innovate, has managerial skills and technical skills, and is highly dedicated to what he leads.  Managerial expertise is needed for leaders to handle the complexities of educational institutions, and educational leadership skills are needed to obtain innovative leaders in leading educational institutions to conform to a 21st-century education. He must have the vision, mission, willingness, and commitment to make changes, progress, understand processes, and create innovations and solutions. Besides, a leader must also have expertise and quality. The subjects were students of class V elementary school 2 Seren, Purworejo, Central Java. The research variables used were student achievement and the integration of the NHT model with the Jigsaw. Meanwhile, the research instrument used teacher observation sheets and evaluation of student achievement. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that in the first cycle there were 60% of students had finished learning. Meanwhile, as many as 40% of students have not finished learning. Therefore, it can be concluded that the average score of students in the first cycle was 64, 1. Then in the second cycle, 80% of the students who had to achieve the passing score were obtained. Meanwhile, as many as 20% of students have not finished studying. Therefore, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in student achievement, namely as much as 80% of students have achieved the success indicator, namely 75%.
