In terms of community welfare, three pillars must be optimized, one of which is the empowerment of zakat potential. To optimize zakat management, the government must perform a practical regulatory and supervisory function, which BAZNAS does at all levels. The potential of ZIS funds contributes to the expansion of MSMEs as a driver of economic growth. MSMEs require not only capital but also business advice. In Indonesia, zakat management institutions have funds that can be used for business capital or productive Zakat. However, numerous cases in Indonesia involve the mismanagement of productive zakat funds, one of which is the philanthropic organization Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT), which has recently come under scrutiny for cases of misappropriation of people's funds. The purpose of this research is to determine how the monitoring system for the UMKM empowerment program at the Infaq Management Institute (LMI) in Bangkalan Regency complies with Law No. 23 of 2011 on Zakat Management. As a result, it is necessary to investigate how the monitoring system for the MSME empowerment program is implemented at the LMI Bangkalan Branch. This study used a qualitative data collection approach, employing interviews, observation, and documentation studies. According to the findings of this study, the supervision of LMI Bangkalan takes the form of an annual report on the performance of LAZNAS LMI activities in the form of a Financial Audit. Supervision is carried out internally at the Bangkalan Branch LMI by holding weekly and monthly evaluation meetings in each field and external supervision from the East Java Central LMI and the Central BAZNAS.","PeriodicalId":315914,"journal":{"name":"Invest Journal of Sharia & Economic Law","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123846594","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As an alternative, technology can be a facilitator in overcoming the problem of limited social mobility. This research discusses technology and the internet of things as facilitators in developing the Buldak Chicken Resto business unit as an innovation strategy. In January 2020, when people carried out social restrictions due to Covid-19, they implemented an innovation strategy using the internet of things. Resto Ayam Buldak is included in the category of Micro Enterprises based on the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 20 of 2008. The qualitative method uses substructure interview techniques to extract data and information. Based on the research results, it is known that technology supported the development of Buldak Chicken Restaurant during the Covid-19 pandemic. Various product information can be found through digital media, including websites, google business, grab food, food, and superfood. The collaboration of various digital technologies encourages the development of the company's image in the eyes of consumers and the expansion of the product marketing coverage area. In its business processes, restaurants also use the cashier application as an Enterprise architecture that helps make it easier for owners to control financial transactions in their business units. The potential application of the Internet of Things IoT in controlling the Buldak Chicken Resto production house can be made through the concept of smart production. The utilization of the Internet of Things (IoT) at the Ayam Buldak Resto has not been maximized because it requires a large investment capital.","PeriodicalId":315914,"journal":{"name":"Invest Journal of Sharia & Economic Law","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121816481","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Maksum","doi":"10.21154/invest.v2i1.3922","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21154/invest.v2i1.3922","url":null,"abstract":": The contracts in Fiqh Muamalah have all been implemented in Sharia Financial Institutions. One of the implemented contract products is kafālah . Kafālah is a binding contract between a kāfîl (guarantor) to a guaranteed party (makfūl lah) for the receivables given for the implementation of a project/work. In Islamic Financial Institutions, the kafālah contract is applied as a Bank Guarantee, Letter Of Credit and Sharia Credit Card (Syariah Card). Contract products that use the kafālah system all have a fee . However, the problem is that many people are confused about the law on the existence of the kafālah fee . This paper describes the law, basis and reasons for Ulam related to kafālah fee s implemented in Islamic Financial Institutions. This research uses a type of literature research or library research, namely by collecting data that is the main source from various books, books, articles, scientific journals, and other writings related to the kafālah . The approach taken by the researcher is using a qualitative approach, where the data collected is not in the form of numbers, but the data is obtained from the study and review of literature on bibliographic sources. The results of the analysis of researchers related to the law of kafalah fee s in Islamic Financial Institutions from the perspective of fiqh are different in the opinion of scholars (ikhtilaf). A kafālah contract is a tabarru contract (charity program), not a tijari contract entitled to a fee . This principle makes some Fiqh scholars not allow a kāfîl to take a fee for insurance services given to the makfūl 'anhu. However, some scholars allow fee s on kafālah contracts because of the condition of a general-purpose, so that if there is no fee , it will not realize the benefit and carry out good deeds.","PeriodicalId":315914,"journal":{"name":"Invest Journal of Sharia & Economic Law","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131400303","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The characteristic of this transaction is that the middleman buys agricultural commodities at a higher price than the current market price but the payment is made at a later date. This transaction was motivated by several farmers who found that their harvests were not good due to a lack of personnel in maintaining agricultural products, in addition to unstable price fluctuations due to the COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia. Over time, this futures transaction has an impact on the community, namely the harmony of the community is reduced. This research is a field research using descriptive qualitative method. While the purpose of this study is to discuss the validity of the contract and the social impacts that occur from the futures transaction from an Islamic perspective. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that futures transactions are valid by contract because in Islam it is also known as Nasi'ah buying and selling. Whereas in the aspect of social impact, in principle, this transaction is worth maslahah because the majority of people feel helped.
