These changes have an impact on the way we produce and look fashion. Impulsive Buying such a problem that has an impact on consumers and business health. It was found that Store Atmosphere, Promotion, Hedonic Shopping, and Positive Emotion were the driving factors for the problem. The study aims to determine the effect of Store Atmosphere, Sales Promotion, Hedonic Shopping Motivation on Impulsive Buying in XYZ store as a leather shoe store mediated by Positive Emotional Response. This study is descriptive-causal with quantitative approach. The population in the study is Indonesian people who have shopped at XYZ store. The research sample was 414 with non-probability sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, analyzed quantitatively with SEM using of Smart-PLS. The results of the study stated that Hedonic Shopping has a positive and significant effect on Positive Emotional and Impulsive Buying same as Positive Emotional did. Positive Emotion successfully mediates the influence of Hedonic Shopping on Impulsive Buying. Store Atmosphere, and Sales Promotion had no influence on Impulsive Buying and Positive Emotion. This study uses a qualitative method by describing the form of principal management in improving teachers' pedagogic competence. The data collection technique used is using data collection techniques by means of interviews, observations and documentation. The result of this study is that the principal in an effort to improve teacher competence which includes 1) an early year meeting to analyze teacher needs and form a program to be carried out and a year-end meeting as evaluation material. 2) Providing direction to teachers through motivation, building a comfortable atmosphere, deliberation and good communication. 3) Carry out previously agreed plans, including implementing technology guidance, making teacher training, teachers are required to teach in accordance with their fields, delegating to Teacher Working Groups (KKG), conducting classroom action research, developing a curriculum by actively involving students. The research method used is field research using a multi-site design where the subjects studied have similar backgrounds and institutions with interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The result of this study is that the implementation of supervision is carried out through three stages, namely supervision planning, supervision implementation and supervision evaluation. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were muzakki who fulfilled their obligations in paying zakat to the Langkat Regency National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS). The sample in this study used a saturated sample, making all members of the population the sample so that the number of respondents was 99 people. Data collection techniques in this research used documentation studies and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using Auter Model Analysis, Inner Model Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this research uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. Blockchain is known for its ability to increase transparency, security and efficiency in recording transactions, which is in accordance with sharia financial principles. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method to examine relevant literature from various academic and practical sources. The research results show that blockchain technology has great potential to increase transparency, efficiency and sharia compliance in financial transactions. Blockchain also offers potential applications in the management of waqf and zakat, as well as in the development of peer-to-peer (P2P) lending and sharia crowdfunding platforms. However, the implementation of this technology faces several challenges, including sharia regulation and compliance, technology adoption and acceptance, and security and scalability issues. This research provides recommendations for overcoming these challenges, including collaboration between regulators, sharia scholars, and technology developers, as well as increasing education and training about blockchain among sharia finance practitioners.
