The research method used is field research using a multi-site design where the subjects studied have similar backgrounds and institutions with interview, observation, and documentation techniques. This research was carried out at State Elementary School 7 Simpang Keuramat and SD Negeri 11 Kutamakmur. The result of this study is that the implementation of supervision is carried out through three stages, namely supervision planning, supervision implementation and supervision evaluation. The supervision approach used is direct and indirect. 摘要
本研究旨在:(1)分析基于地方智慧的校长督导对提高小学教师绩效规划的作用;(2)了解基于地方智慧的校长督导对提高小学教师绩效的作用;(3)分析基于地方智慧的校长督导对提高小学教师绩效的支持和抑制因素。本研究采用的研究方法是实地研究,采用多站点设计,研究对象具有相似的背景和机构,采用访谈、观察和记录技术。本研究在第七国立小学(Simpang Keuramat)和第十一国立小学(SD Negeri 11 Kutamakmur)进行。研究结果表明,督导的实施分为三个阶段,即督导计划、督导实施和督导评估。采用的监督方法有直接和间接两种。使用的技术有两种,即个人技术,包括探班、课堂观察、个人会议和自我评估;小组技术,包括教师会议、讨论、研讨会、工作坊和岗位组织;没有实施教师之间的交流、经验岗位图书馆、小组讨论和座谈会。
