We start from deducing the SDE for the aggregate TCP flow. Using this SDE model, we calculate the exact stable range of the TCP connection number and the variance of the queue length in router under a configured RED algorithm. Our deductive results are explicit formulas which are shown to be consistent with our simulations. The design variables, objective functions and constraint condition of coupling system were determined. The optimized program was worked out based on genetic algorithm in VC 6.0 environment and the optimum PID control parameters satisfying static and dynamic machining precision of the magnetic suspension spindle were obtained. The unit sinusoidal response, dynamic flexibility and static flexibility of the coupling system were analyzed. The analysis results show that the dynamic and static characters of the coupling system after optimization have been raised obviously than that before optimization. The problem is how to design the local control law of the new subsystem based on not changing the decentralized control laws of original power system, so that both the subsystem and the resultant expanded power system are connective stable. The sufficient condition of the robust decentralized connective stabilization for the expanding construction of the interconnected power systems is obtained by taking Lyapunov theory and LMI approach. The design Method of the robust decentralized connective stabilization controller of the new subsystem is given. The control method was applied to solve the coupling problem between rolling and luffing for the crane lifting of the vessel. The executive motors of crane vessel work stably under the control. The space position of heavy load can be controlled stably in lifting process because of good control stability of motor. The control is also well effect for vessel stability. The control aim is used for safety and reliability of crane vessel operation. The control system consists of a linear PID controller based on ship fin stabilizer three parameters, an inverse model wavelet neural network (IMWNN) controller and a wavelet neural network identification (WNNI). The linear PID controller is adopted to carry out feedback control. The WNNI is used to learn the dynamics characteristics of the nonlinear system, and obtain a fast dynamics internal model. The IMWNN controller is employed to implement intelligent supervision control, and obtain the inverse dynamics model of the process. In simulation, the roll mode input-output signals to train the wavelet neural network off-line are obtained by introducing PRBS sequence. The simulation results illustrate the efficiency of the proposed method, and prove that the intelligent supervision control can make sure the stability and robustness of control system and effectively improve the system adaptive ability. This paper presents a refined Q-law method integrated with fuzzy logic control for the satellite orbit transfers between arbitrary orbits around a central body. Q-law is adopted to decide thrust angles and determine whether to thrust or to coast. Furthermore, in order to eliminate vibrations, a fuzzy controller is constructed to change the magnitude of the thrust. The proposed scheme is applied to study a transfer from low Earth orbit to geostationary orbit. A comparison with the existing Q-law scheme is implemented on a satellite via numerical simulation. First of all, a PCH system model of PMSM is established. Then, using the interconnection and damping assignment method, the PCH controller of the PMSM system is designed when the load torque is known. According to the maximum torque per ampere (MTPA) control rule, the desired equilibrium of the system is obtained. The L2 gain load torque disturbance attenuation technology is applied to the PCH control of PMSM system. Finally, in order to track the changes of the load torque better and eliminate speed steady error, the load torque observer is given. In order to save energy, all the subsystems should work coordinately in different working points to meet the people's comfortable requirement. In HVAC control systems, system optimal control inputs or optimal operating points, which can be acquired through supervisory and optimal control, can ensure minimum energy cost and satisfy indoor comfort and air quality, taking into account the ever-changing indoor and outdoor conditions as well as the characteristics of HVAC systems. A variable air volume (VAV) variable water volume (VWV) air-conditioning system is wholly analyzed with large-scale system theory based on “decomposition and coordination” strategy. Iterative learning control (ILC) strategy is introduced first into a large-scale HVAC system, and the effectiveness of the ILC strategy is demonstrated through a case study. Results show that as the number of iteration increases, the system tracking error over the entire operation will decrease and eventually vanish.
