Two typical fuzzy control systems with strong application background have been analyzed by applying the method successfully, where the time-varying properties of the object is represented by parameters uncertainty. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the method. The advantage is prominent for fuzzy control systems since the fuzzy rules are difficultly expressed by equations. Through, our method, we could look into the time domain behaviors of nonlinear control systems from their stability margins of self-sustaining oscillation in frequency domain. Further more, it could help us to explain why self-sustaining oscillation occurs in physical equipment and how to avoid it.","PeriodicalId":315420,"journal":{"name":"2010 8th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121747203","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to break the monopoly of foreign technology, and to improve domestic competitiveness of enterprises in beer production, we have developed the amount of beer filling line detection equipment of our own with independent intellectual property rights. Full bottles detection is one of the sub-topics. Firstly, multiple detection methods are compared in this paper, including infrared detection, ultrasonic testing, and high-frequency electric field detection. And finally we choose high-frequency electric field detection scheme. Sensor parameters are chosen. This paper focuses on the design of high-frequency driven circuit and signal conditioning circuit, including high-frequency small-signal resonant amplifier circuit, integrated broadband amplifier circuit, peak detector, and microprocessor signal processing circuit. Microchip ATmega64 is used to process digital signal. Substandard products are achieved to detect, to alarm, to remove. Bubble compensation is carried out in the procedure. The hardware circuit, which is based on ENC28J60 Ethernet controller, is designed to communicate with host computer, accurately, fast and conveniently. On the basis of the actual objects, a lot of experiments have been done. Experimental results show that beer bottle in a fixed orbit is the key to the stability of the detection system.","PeriodicalId":315420,"journal":{"name":"2010 8th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124324876","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is found that the networks can realize synchronization if the dynamics of the nodes is stable. Then a novel concept of capable feedback synchronization (CFS) is presented. Based on this concept, the synchronization problems of the nearest-neighbor coupled networks are investigated. Moreover, the concept of control attenuation rate is proposed to study the capability of pinning control for this kind of networks. Finally, different control strategies are designed and compared. The results are interesting and meaningful.","PeriodicalId":315420,"journal":{"name":"2010 8th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124070682","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However due to the degeneration phenomenon, the property of chaos-based PRNG with finite precision is poor, e.g. short cycle-length, non-ideal distribution, etc. Therefore, a high efficiency dynamic nonlinear transform arithmetic, which is used to improving the properties of chaos-based PRNG, is designed. Using the novel arithmetic, both cycle-length and the distribution property are guaranteed. Using group theory and information theory, it is proved that processed by the DNT arithmetic, the cycle-length of the output sequence is no less than 256!. While implemented on FPGA platform, the processing speed of the dynamic nonlinear transforming arithmetic is no less than 1Gbps.","PeriodicalId":315420,"journal":{"name":"2010 8th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation","volume":"92 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127730260","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Chaotic sequences instead of random sequences are used in QPSO to diversify the QPSO population. Kinematics redundancy is integrated into the presented method as planning variables. Quadrinomial and quintic polynomials are used to describe the segment of the trajectory. QPSO optimizes the trajectory and ensures obstacle avoidance can be achieved. Simulations are carried out for different obstacles to prove the validity of the proposed algorithm. Different test data generated by GA and QPSO are provided with a tabular comparison. The proposed system is mainly composed of two subsystems: one for Active shape model(ASM) motion extraction, and one for the classification of the estimated motion. The system first uses a cascade classifier to locate the potential face regions from video frame. Then, ASM is automatically initialized in the candidate regions. Based on the statistical property of deformable ASM, some facial features are extracted by using real-time pyramid ASM fitting method. The geometrical displacement between the estimated ASM feature node coordinates and mean shape of ASM is fed into the recognition subsystem in which, a Support Vector Machines (SVMs) is proposed to classify the calculated landmarks' relative motion. Experimental results show the potential performance of our facial expressions recognition system.","PeriodicalId":315420,"journal":{"name":"2010 8th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127774816","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
