Oleh karena itu fokus terhadap kepuasan para mahasiswa yang merupakan pelanggan pada perguruan Tinggi Negeri perlu ditingkatkan. agar eksistensinya terjamin, Fakultas Ekonomi UNJ, harus menjalankan penjaminan mutu pendidikan tinggi yang diselenggarakannya. Perlu dikemukakan bahwa, penilaian stakeholders senantiasa berkembang, maka kegiatan penjaminan mutu juga harus selalu disesuaikan pada perkembangan stakeholders agar peningkatan berkelanjutan (continuous improvement) dapat terus tercapai. maka salah satu cara yang dapat dicapai adalah dengan melakukan riset terhadap mahasiswa mengenai tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh fakultas ekonomi UNJ. Tujuan penelitian ini agar Fakultas Ekonomi menjadi lebih memahami harapan stake holder dan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan dan dapat dijadikan skala prioritas bagi Fakultas Ekonomi dalam menyusun sasaran strategik ke depan. Yodya Karya. The research is done during for two months since May until June 2014. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach. The population research was employee in PT. Yodya Karya center board with total 57 employee, and 48 employees for sampling and usedprobability random sampling. Instrument that used to get variable data X (Organization Culture) and variable data Y measured by questionnaire using Likert scale. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ = 45,47 + 0,29X. Analysis rules test that is test normalitas while analysis rules test that is test normalitas regression estimation error Y on X with test Liliefors got Lhitung (0,1202) Ftabel (4,05) that declare regression very mean with regression linearity test that produce Fhitung (0,91) ttabel (1,68). Because thitung > ttabel, from watchfullness result so researcher can conclude that found connection significant between organization culture with organization commitment on employee PT. Yodya Karya. Determination coeficient test produce KD as big as 16,1%. Second, this development aims to produce instructional media in the form of web-based learning with joomla cms. Third, determine the thoroughness of learning outcomes and student response to the learning process with the media joomla website. This development method using silklus research and development (R & D Cycle) from Borg and Gall (1983) were modified. Based on the results of expert assessment, teachers and field trials on the product web-based learning media cms joomla, has obtained results that product development is considered feasible and has been able to facilitate the achievement of learning objectives. The results of field tests of the experimental class in this development means that the student assessment shows that the analysis of the media validator developed a valid entry in the category with a score of validity of 3.45. Criteria practicality of this medium can also be fulfilled for media media joomla website developed can be used with minimal revision. Student Learning Results showed that 31 students have a positive impact as indicated by the increased value of learning outcomes. The research is done during for two months since April until Mai 2014. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach. The population research was all of employees with total 60 employees, and 51 employees for sampling and used simple random sampling. Instrument that used to get variable data X (Climate Organization) measured by questionnaire using Likert Scale. For Variable Y (Job Satisfaction) was also measured by questionnaire using Likert Scale. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ = 35,58 + 0,513X, while analysis rules test that is test normalitas while analysis rules test that is test normalitas regression estimation error Y on X with test liliefors got Lhitung0,090 Ftabel 4,14 that declare regression very mean with regression linearity test that produce Fhitung 0,85 < Ftabel 2,0 that show that regression model that used linear. Correlation coefficient hypothesis test is done with formula product moment produce rxy as big as 0,582. Significancy test with thitung as big as 5,01 dan ttabel 1,68. Because tcount < ttabel, from watchfulness result so researcher can conclude that found connection significant between climate organization with job satisfaction on employee PT Cipta Niaga Semesta. Determination coefficient test produces KD as big as 33,89 %. This research use average score of National Examination on Junior High School educational level per provice in Indonesia, the number of school operational fund of education variable, and The number of teacher certification between provinces in indonesia year 2008-2012. The result is School Operational Fund have significant positive effect on Score of National Examination, Profesional Teacher have significant positive effect on Score of National Examination. The equation is Y = -23.27917+ 1.151364LnX1 + 0.216754LnX2. This equation means if variable School Operational Fund increase 1 percent will influence Score of National Examination increase for 1,151364, and if variable Profesional Teacher increase 1 percent will influence Score of National Examination increase for 0.216754.
