This research was conducted at the University of Darma Persada, the population is students with formula Monion and Morrion with simple random sampling technique. Data retrieval technique using a questionnaire. The method used in this study are correlational and descriptive and inferential analisys with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS 19. Based on the results of the data analysis and discussion of the results, it can be concluded: (1) There is a positive influence on student attitudes toward the intentions of students choosing Darma Persada University. This means that an increase in student attitudes lead to increased student intentions choose Darma Persada University. (2) There is a positive effect of subjective norm on intention student students choose Darma Persada University. This means that an increase in the subjective norm resulted in increased student intentions Darma Persada University student chose. (3) There is a positive influence perceptions of student behavior control to the intention of the students select Darma Persada University. This means that an increase in perception of control student behavior resulting in increased student intentions choose Darma Persada University. (4) There is a positive influence on student attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control together against the intentions of the students chose the University of Darma Persada. This research was a causal research which used two groups of variables. They were independent variables consisting of product (X1), price (X2), place (X3), promotion (X4), people (X5), process (X6), and customer service (X7). The dependent variables was students perception (Y) toward to service of syariah banking which consisted of expectation, motivation, and learning. To measure relationship among variables, multiple regression statistical analysis was used. Based on the resultsof regression analysis, all mixed marketing variables altogether affected students’ decision making in whether or not saving at syariah banking. The aims are to describe the implementation Adiwiyata, describe a supporting factor, describes inhibiting factors, and provide a description in overcoming obstacles adiwiyata program at NU SD trawl Road No. 1 Medan. The results showed that the policy environment in the school is going well and integrated into each subject's work utilization of waste paper, palastic and aqua bottles to decorate the atmosphere of the school environment. Besides the establishment of cooperation from local government agencies through the socialization of key activities with the approach of the students and educators in order to gain a good knowledge of the environment, so as to create an atmosphere and environmentally friendly school environment cultured. This proved to won your school's national champion. Some of the barriers are still found among others the limited landfill infrastructure, security officers and public participation around the related concepts of environmentally schools, funding issues, and the support of the community and other agencies are still low. This study uses the CIPP evaluation process to assess whether the program is appropriate to proceed or not. From the research, it is seen that in the context of the stage success indicators compulsory education program, it can be concluded that the implementation of the law that underlies the program has not done well. Referring to the input stage of program success indicators compulsory education, it can be concluded that the population of school age enrolled in school at that level has been well absorbed. Referring to the indicators of the success of the process stages of compulsory education program, it can be concluded that the stage of the process is quite successful. This research is a qualitative study and the population are alumnies of the Faculty of Economics who working in government agencies, private and entrepreneur and graduated from the period 2011/2012 to 2012/2013. Sample of the population is set at 10 % of the total population, and using a technique comvenience sampling ( non probability sampling ). The data used in this study is primary data obtained from interviews and use the questionnaire instrument. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics by looking at the frequency distribution and the average of respondents’s answers regarding the competence of graduates of the Faculty of Economics UNJ. 92.8% of alumni of the Faculty of Economics working as employees of the company, 5.8 % be a teacher, others go to college and as entrepreneurs . The average waiting time for alumnies FE UNJ only takes waited less than 6 months to get a job. The level of salary received at the time of the first alumni of work varies with an average of 2-3 million by 49 % and between 3 million and above by 23 % . The research was conducted over two month from Mei to June 2014. The research method used is survey method with the correlation approach. From the result of Ftest, found that Fcount (483,263) > Ftable (3,165). This means that X1 and X2 simultaneously affect the Y. T test produce tcount of X1 is (1,715) ≥ ttable (1,673) and tcount X2 (17,653) ≥ t table (1,673). Because t count ≥ t table ,it can be concluded that there is a influence on the job insecurity and organization commitment towards turnover intention. Then a coefficient of determination of test results obtained 0,946 or 94,6% variable Y determined by X1 and X2. Based on the result of regretion model, regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 0,384 + 2,644X1 + 7,010X2 .
