The administration of herbal remedies such as celery is a more natural and safe treatment healing alternative. The study aims to determine the effect of celery extract in repairing the damage to the kidney cells of aspirin-induced white mice. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 5 groups with 3 replications: K- (aspirin 12.6 mg/kg BW), K+ (feed normal), P1 (celery extract 200 mg/kg BW + aspirin 12.6 mg/kg BW), P2 (celery extract 100mg/kg BW + aspirin 12.6 mg/kg BW) and P3 (celery extract 50 mg/kg BW) + aspirin 12.6 mg/kg BW). From the results of observations on kidney histology of rats after giving aspirin, it is known that there is damage to the nucleus of cells undergoing pyknosis and swelling of the glomerulus, which is characterized by narrowing of the Bowman's space. This suggests that the celery extract at a stratified dose may affect the histopathological kidney of aspirin-induced mice. Curriculum 2013 in Indonesia been applying for 5 years. However, an evaluation of how does the teacher deliver learning subjects (pedagogy knowledge), and the implementation of subject mastery (content knowledge) and technology mastery (technology knowledge) is strongly suggested. In this research also used a qualitative descriptive method by providing a google form questionnaire to 10 junior high school teachers in the city of Medan as samples drawn with simple random sampling. The data was obtained based on the answers to questions from 10 junior high school science teachers, where 7 teachers were public school educators and the other 3 teachers were educators in private schools from different schools. The process of collecting data through a questionnaire containing questions that must be filled in by the teacher about their agreement or disagreement with the questions given in the questionnaire (Likert scale). The questions made are invincible with TPACK aspect. Based on the instruments that have been developed, researchers have obtained that the teachers already know and apply TPACK in distance learning well through the understanding and abilities possessed by the junior high school science teachers in carrying out the learning process in the classroom, especially on the topic of temperature and heat.","PeriodicalId":31449,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika dan IPA","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47513915","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, to keep it, the community must be introduced to the wealth of plants around it so that it fosters an attitude of caring, belonging, and nurturing. Meanwhile, the government makes rules so that the richness of plant biodiversity is not destroyed, destroyed, or transferred to other countries. One effective way to introduce the richness of plant biodiversity is through formal education, in this case, lessons at school. Schools are expected to convey the message of the importance of plant biodiversity, its types, and how to maintain it in learning materials. All notes can be inserted at any level of education, from kindergarten, elementary, junior high, high school to university. For materials in high school, some biology materials can be used to foster an attitude of maintaining biodiversity, one of which is plants' material world. For this reason, it is necessary to include plant material in learning so that students' love for plants becomes stronger around them, ultimately resulting in an attitude of caring for biodiversity.","PeriodicalId":31449,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika dan IPA","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46146335","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
