The mix of methodologies employed in this study was based on the sequential transformative strategy paradigm. Participants in this study were 7 teachers and 80 students from three Madrasah Ibtidaiyah located in Cirebon City, West Java, Indonesia. The data for this study were gathered using both qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, observations, triangulation, documentation, and questionnaires. Then, both qualitative and quantitative techniques were used to analyze the data. The findings revealed that the teachers had utilized blended learning stages according to the six existing criteria. However, not all schools had implemented the same blended learning concept. According to the quantitative data, 74.1% of students said their teachers had successfully used blended learning on average. Additionally, a simple linear regression calculation with a significant value of 0.000<0.05 was used to support the hypothesis that the utilization of blended learning affected the students' digital literacy skills. Abstra k Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana blended learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital siswa. Perpaduan metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada paradigma strategi transformatif sekuensial. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 7 guru dan 80 siswa dari 3 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah yang ada di Kota Cirebon, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif, meliputi wawancara, observasi, triangulasi, dokumentasi, dan angket. Kemudian, teknik kualitatif dan kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Kota Cirebon, Jawa Barat telah memanfaatkan tahapan blended learning sesuai dengan 6 (enam) kriteria yang ada. Namun demikian, tidak semua sekolah menerapkan konsep blended learning yang sama. Menurut data kuantitatif, 74,1% siswa mengatakan bahwa guru mereka telah berhasil menggunakan blended learning. Selain itu, perhitungan regresi linier sederhana dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 digunakan untuk mendukung hipotesis bahwa pemanfaatan blended learning berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan literasi digital siswa. This is field research using the descriptive analysis method. Data was obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data was processed and analyzed through the IE, IFE, and EFE matrices. The results of this study indicate that the internal factors of three Madrasah Ibtidaiyah are powerful and can overcome their weaknesses in improving the quality of digital-based madrasa performance. In addition, the three Madrasah Ibtidaiyah have relatively high opportunities to overcome challenges and is very responsive in improving the quality of digital-based madrasa performance. Furthermore, alternative strategies are formulated through SWOT analysis to improve the performance quality of digital-based madrasah by implementing intensive strategies through market penetration and product development. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah can penetrate the market more proactively using the IDN Network PortDi (Digital Portal) in carrying out digital-based madrasa performance. The research also suggests that the product development (madrasa’s administration and finance) can increase the professionalism of education staff in digital-based madrasah performance. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan mutu kinerja Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Kabupaten Probolinggo, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Data diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul diolah dan dianalisis melalui matriks IE, IFE, dan EFE. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan faktor internal dari ketiga Madrasah Ibtidaiyah sangat kuat dan dapat mengatasi kelemahannya dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja madrasah berbasis digital. Selain itu, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah tersebut memiliki peluang yang cukup tinggi untuk mengatasi tantangan dan sangat tanggap dalam mengatasi tantangan dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja madrasah berbasis digital. Selanjutnya, alternatif strategi dirumuskan melalui analisis SWOT untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja madrasah berbasis digital dengan menerapkan strategi intensif melalui penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah tersebut dapat melakukan penetrasi pasar dengan lebih proaktif menggunakan PorDi (Portal Digital) Jaringan IDN dalam melaksanakan kinerja madrasah ibtidaiyah berbasis digital. Pengembangan produk (administrasi madrasah, keuangan madrasah) dapat meningkatkan profesionalitas tenaga kependidikan dalam kinerja madrasah berbasis digital. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of classroom management on student’s learning achievement. The research method was conducted using a quantitative approach to 30 students at Elementary School in Rambang Niru, South Sumatera, Indonesia through determinant coefficient data analysis techniques to determine the effectiveness. The results show that seating arrangements contributed by 0.64%, volume and intonation by 1.46%, speech by 0.63%, feedback by 0.85%, material adjustment by 0.63%, rulemaking by 0.19%, respect student opinions by 0.62%, neat and polite appearance by 0.023%, time adjustment by 0.05% and syllabus delivery by 1.92%. Class management data of totaling 30 students, shows that the highest percentage is in the range of 86-95 scores of 50% with a high level category. This shows that class management has been carried out very well. However, classroom management only contributes 7.39% to student’s learning achievement. 92.61% of student’s learning achievement is influenced by other factors, both internal and external factors. This study aimed to investigate the existing drug prevention education programs in primary schools in high-risk areas of Perak, Malaysia and to identify the challenges faced by primary school teachers to implement these programs. The methods used in this study was a qualitative case study design by using interviews for data collection. Seven participants, including primary school teachers, a Ministry of Education Malaysia officer, a National Anti-Drug Agency (NADA) Perak officer, and a State of Education Department officer, were involved as study samples. The results of the study showed that teachers still face problems delivering drug messages in the teaching-learning process because they do not have enough learning materials or knowledge. Teachers’ challenges arise not only from the school or educational policy but also from parents` involvement. It can be concluded that the primary school teachers in Malaysia still face challenges related to their skills, community supports, and government policies in drug prevention education programs. This study focused on two aspects, namely (1) the interest of fourth-grade students in learning mathematics; and (2) the need of RME-based audiobook media by fourth-grade teachers. The participants of this study were 135 students and 12 teachers of grade IV at four elementary schools in the Merauke area, Indonesia. Using a qualitative methodology, the data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that the interest of fourth-grade students in learning mathematics was still lacking. The teacher's way of teaching was considered unattractive and the mathematics learning materials delivered by the teacher were difficult to understand. Meanwhile, the need of RME-based audiobook media by the fourth-grade students and teachers was quite urgent. It was because 79% of the teachers had never used audiobook media when teaching mathematics.
