Las competencias en materia de paisaje en el caso espanol, estan transferidas a las comunidades autonomas. Teniendo, estas,  la obligacion de cumplir, hacer cumplir y desarrollar en sus respectivos ambitos administrativos el CEP2000. La Region de Murcia no es ajena a esta situacion por lo que la administracion regional ha generado diversos documentos (administrativo-juridicos) relacionados con el CEP2000. Estos son: Estrategia del Paisaje, Atlas de los Paisajes, Estudios Comarcales de Paisaje y Ley de Ordenacion Territorial y Urbanistica. En este trabajo se revisa y analiza la documentacion institucional, administrativa y legislativa que pueda constituir un marco teorico-referencial para la  proteccion, gestion y ordenacion del paisaje de la Region de Murcia. Teniendo en cuenta para ello textos internacionales, nacionales y autonomicos. Se ha constatado la existencia de suficiente  documentacion para el establecimiento de un minimo marco-referencial que permita un   tratamiento adecuado del paisaje. Se  aprecia la evolucion desde una concepcion sectorial del paisaje a una actual mas holistica. Es destacable la puesta al dia de la Region de Murcia, mediante la reciente aprobacion (2015) de una ley donde se recogen las cuestiones sobre el paisaje. Abstract Since 2008 the European Landscape Convention 2000 (CEP2000) is in force in Spain, which commits to its fulfillment. The landscape competences in the Spanish case are transferred to the autonomous communities. Having, these, the obligation to fulfill, enforce and develop in their respective administrative areas the CEP2000. The Region of Murcia is not foreign to this situation so the regional administration has generated various documents (administrative-legal) related to the CEP2000. These are: Landscape Strategy, Landscape Atlas, Landscape Regional Studies and Land and Urban Planning Law. This paper reviews and analyzes the institutional, administrative and legislative documentation that can constitute a theoretical-referential framework for the protection, management and landscape management of the Region of Murcia. Taking into account international, national and regional texts. It has been verified the existence of sufficient documentation for the establishment of a minimum frame-reference that allows an appropriate treatment of the landscape. We can see the evolution from a sectoral conception of the landscape to a more holistic one. These irregularities have been the result of several situations such as the existence in the Hispanic Monarchy of a great number of kingdoms, principalities, dominions..., with different legal regimes. Thus, at the beginning of the nineteenth century, attempts were made to correct all this confusing network of provinces and kingdoms inherited from the Middle Ages, trying to give territorial coherence and trying to eliminate in some cases, or minimize in others, the number of territories separated from their province. The analysis and updating of these geographical anomalies, specifically those produced by the separation of a municipality (or part of it), with respect to its province, will be the object of the present study. These territories have reached to our days through different historical events. En sus tres anos de andadura ha evidenciado la potencialidad del empleo de la nube para el aprendizaje en todos los niveles educativos con la finalidad de llamar la atencion a los agentes responsables de la educacion en Europa sobre ello. Diversas actividades y resultados de investigacion han permitido llegar a esa conclusion, para cuya consecucion se proponen algunas medidas concretas, como por ejemplo, una estrategia europea para la educacion en la nube. School on the Cloud is a European Erasmus+ project Key Action 3 of the EU Lifelong Learning program. The experience of three years has proven the potential use of the cloud for learning at all educational levels. We aim to draw stakeholders’ attention to the subject of education in Europe. A number of activities and research results have made it possible to reach this conclusion. En este trabajo se analiza la geomorfologia, geoecologia y los vestigios arqueologicos dejados por los primeros colonizadores antarticos en una de estas areas, Punta Elefante (isla Livingston). Esta area libre de hielo de 1,16 km2 cuenta con un 17% de superficie deglaciada entre 1956-2010. Mediante un enfoque geoecologico se constata una clara imbricacion entre las unidades geomorfologicas y la distribucion de su fauna y flora. Ademas, se identificaron 5 sitios arqueologicos que corresponden a los cazadores de focas que explotaron los recursos naturales de la Peninsula Antartica durante los siglos XVIII-XIX. Debido a la riqueza de su patrimonio natural y la singularidad de su registro arqueologico, se propone la designacion de Punta Elefante como Area Antartica de Especial Proteccion con el objetivo de preservar estos valores para las generaciones futuras. Abstract Ice-free areas in the Maritime Antarctica are environments showing a high degree of biodiversity and a wide range of geomorphological processes and landforms. In this paper we analyze the geomorphology, geoecology as well as the archaeological evidences left by the first Antarctic settlers in Elephant Point (Livingston Island). This ice-free area extends over 1.16 km2, with 17% of its surface deglaciated between 1956 and 2010. Using a geocological approach a clear linkage has been inferred between the geomorphological units and the distribution of the fauna and flora. Besides, five archaeological sites have been found in this peninsula corresponding to the first sealers who exploited the natural resources of the Antarctic Peninsula during the XVIII-XIX.
