One of them is time and the other is cost. In order to save time and cost, planning of production subcomponents involves a series of critical activities. Making more effective plans in the field of production has become possible with industry 4.0. Industry 4.0 includes the digitalization of production. One of the most popular topics in this process is the Digital Twin [DT]. The DT philosophy has enabled businesses to better understand the sub-processes of production. In this way, they can optimize them. With the development of this philosophy, more detailed models have been created. Enterprises keep their data under control in order to control, manage and optimize processes. These data are then utilized in the model building process. The aim of this study is to estimate the time from the moment a product enters the process to the moment it leaves the process by using the data obtained through time study etc. studies. Automated machine learning (AutoML) method is used to build the best model. Machine learning (ML) algorithms, which are popularly used in the literature, may not always give the best result. In order to prevent this, starting from the data preprocessing step, including hyperparameter optimization, the aim is to find the algorithm and parameters that give the best performance. It will contribute to DT studies by estimating the operation time. The study used a 115-row dataset from CNC machines. The dataset consists of velocity, motion and actual time. The actual time is tried to be estimated using motion/speed. It is aimed to achieve the best results with AutoML. lazy predict and tpot library were used in the study. Thus, more significant risks should be identified to take effective measures for risk management without experiencing high costs. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to define critical risks in hydroelectricity energy investment projects by making a priority analysis. Within this scope, a new decision-making model is created. In the first stage, five different risks are examined by considering Spherical fuzzy Entropy. Moreover, the second stage consists of ranking emerging seven countries with the help of Spherical fuzzy multi-attribute ideal-real comparative assessment (MAIRCA). The main contribution of this study is that more important risks of hydroelectricity energy investments can be identified by the help of the priority analysis. This situation provides an opportunity to implement effective strategies to increase these investments without having high costs. Additionally, considering Spherical fuzzy sets has a positive impact on the appropriateness of the results. Since these numbers use a wider data range, the effectiveness of the analysis results can increase. It is determined that the most important risk is environmental risk with the highest weight value of 0.2478. Financial risks and personnel risks are other significant factors that affect the performance of the hydroelectricity energy investments. Furthermore, as a result of ranking the alternatives, it is seen that China is the most suitable country for hydroelectric energy investments. India and Mexico are other successful countries in this respect. This advantage is especially achieved through business intelligence, since smart decisions, leveraging meaningful data and analytics, and continuous process improvement help the company maintain this advantage and experience sustainable growth. The aim of this study is to rank the factors influencing sustainable competitive advantage from a business intelligence standpoint. The research methodology consists of two stages: qualitative and quantitative. In the first step, content analysis was performed to extract indicators from previous studies. In the second step, indicators were ranked using the F-TOPSIS method. Factors affecting sustainable competitive advantage from the business intelligence viewpoint were categorized into 5 criteria, including 27 sub-criteria. The 5 main criteria are customer relationship management, smart marketing, soft and hard organizational factors, and the mental image of the product, respectively. In the second step, the sub-criteria in each criterion were ranked. In customer relationship management, the most important sub-criterion is effective interaction with customers. In smart marketing, the most important sub-criterion is feedback and continuous improvement. Among the soft and hard organizational factors, the most important sub-criteria are support from senior management and technology and infrastructure. When making investment decisions, solutions obtained with models based on expert opinions and analytical techniques are required. At this point, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy (IVIF) methods are a good alternative to eliminate uncertainty, especially in order to evaluate all preference information provided by decision makers. In this study, multi-criteria decision making in the IVIF environment in the defense industry is extended with the VIKOR method. For the application, the literature was examined and 8 different criteria were determined. 4 different alternative projects were evaluated based on these criteria by 3 different decision makers. The results show that the analyzes performed with the VIKOR method in the IVIF environment are similar to the literature. The Personnel Shuttle Routing Problem (PSRP) is a specialized variation of the VRP which focuses on optimizing shuttle or transportation services for individuals or small groups in specific contexts like universities, institutions or corporate campuses. The PSRP is of interest mostly in developed countries as it can lead to improved transportation efficiency, reduced environmental impact, and enhanced passenger satisfaction. This article details an optimization study conducted to address the PSRP within Yildiz Technical University’s Yildiz campus in 2021. The primary objective is to identify routes that minimize travel distances while ensuring balanced service coverage, all while adhering to specific constraints. The optimization approach leverages Integer Linear Programming to formulate a mathematical decision model. Data and information pertinent to the problem were acquired through consultations with the Yildiz Technical University General Secretary Support Unit managers. The resulting decision model was implemented using the GAMS 34.3.0 software package as a decision analytic programme, and the problem was solved by splitting it into two parts, addressing the Anatolian and European sides of the campus separately. The situation in which the content of the pandemic occurred was also the reason for the education preferences of the users. The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the pandemic, which includes the number of registered users of one of the online education platforms operating in Turkey thanks to machine learning, on distance education sales, and to create strategies by making sales forecasts for the future. Seven independent and one dependent variable were used to make sales forecasts using the data of the education structure. For accurate modelling, machine learning methods were first applied for decision analytics in a univariate manner and then multivariate applied and the applied methods were tested for error. By testing the success of the prediction models created with machine learning used in the study; 91.43% for support vector machine (SVM), 92.02% for multi-layer perceptron (MLP), and 96% for Long / Short Term Memory (LSTM). The National Basketball Association (NBA) offers various individual awards, with the MVP award holding paramount importance. Selecting the MVP necessitates a comprehensive approach considering both statistical performance and team success throughout the season. This study presents a fuzzy decision-making approach to compare the performance of players and identify the MVP of the League. A case study for the 2022-2023 NBA season is presented in this study, wherein 535 players' regular season statistics are analyzed. Correlation analysis is employed to eliminate the criteria which are dependent on each other. Therefore, the number of criteria has been decreased from twenty to seven which are defined as key metrics: (i) matches won, (ii) points scored per game, (iii) shooting percentage, (iv) rebounds per game, (v) assists per game, (vi) steals per game, and (vii) blocks per game. After correlation analysis, Full Consistency Method (FUCOM) is employed to determine the importance weights of the criteria. We have employed a specific normalization procedure and employed information axiomatic design (IAD) to rank players based on their total information contents. The case study proves the feasibility and applicability of the proposed methodology for multiple criteria ranking problem. Numerous concerns have been expressed by Commentators from various scientific domains. Therefore, this study is an attempt to review the existing research pertaining to OpenAI's ChatGPT using bibliometric analysis. The study reviewed 210 research collected from Web of Sciences covering all disciplines. The analysis was based on (i) co-occurrence (keywords), (ii) citations and (iii) co-authorship. We found, keywords such as “ChatGPT, artificial intelligence, OpenAI, AI, education, chatbots, natural language processing, medicine, and management” are the most frequently used in OpenAI ChatGPT. Moreover, we identified that areas including cryptocurrencies, healthcare, future nursing, information value, non-human authors, algorithmic bias, clinical otolaryngology, clinical decision-making, large language models, generative pre-trained transfer are not covered deeply investigated using OpenAI ChatGPT.
