A special approach was required to the problem of self-realization and self-determination of a person in professional activities, an adequate choice of career, the scope of application of personal capabilities in accordance with certain abilities and inclinations for the chosen profession.\u0000According to the majority of domestic and foreign scientists, the choice of life and professional path begins not from the moment of studying at a university, but long before that, and, as the researchers note, not even at the stage of schooling, but even in a preschool educational organization. In this regard, one of the most important tasks of modern preschool education is the development of pedagogical conditions that contribute to the successful formation of preschoolers' ideas about the world of professions and understanding the essence of adult work, which in pedagogical science is usually called early career guidance. An analysis of existing practices shows that the work of preschool educational institutions in this direction comes down only to familiarizing children with the work of adults. At the same time, preschoolers often find themselves cut off from the real world of work, cannot imagine the nature of professional activity and “try” themselves in a particular profession. The authors of the article made an attempt to correct the existing gap in the work of kindergartens. The personnel of a marine craft, during the realization of their professional duties, are exposed to a vast variety of harmful factors. Often such work involves working at the limit of the physiological capabilities of the body. The difficulty and prolonged character of the works lead to significant psycho-emotional stress of the seafarers of the fishing fleet. To better understand the significance of psychological factors in the genesis of mental adaptation disorders, tests have been developed and are widely used to understand the structure of personality: emotional, motivational and interpersonal properties of a worker. The aim of the study is to determine the features of the state of the emotional sphere among Russian sailors during a long fishing period and substantiate the need for its correction during the voyage and inter–voyage periods. Materials and methods: 64 seafarers working in the fishing chain aged from 25 to 35 years were examined. In the dynamics of their 5-month voyage, four times (at the beginning of the fishery, after 1, 3 and 5 months of oceanic fishing), the Sax Levy test – \"Uncompleted sentences\" was carried out. The results of the study: during long-term work at sea, the unconditional dominance of caring for their family and loved ones was revealed among the employees of the fishing fleet. As part of his professional activity, it was noted that the higher the educational level, the greater the interest in the work of the person being interviewed shows. In relation to the respondents to society, the immediate environment, a rather restrained, closed position is often manifested. The technique can be used in medical organizations engaged in medical examination of the crew. High-quality fire training of law enforcement officers who perform their duties, often in difficult, extreme conditions, is the main guarantee of their professional success, value and efficiency of service. Excellent results of the work performed, which are related to shooting, and, directly, the training process itself (fire training) depend on many factors. Of particular importance among them, undoubtedly, is the emotional state of the shooter, his psychological mood, as well as the state of health, physical indicators, the degree of endurance. The purpose of the study is to study the psychophysiological characteristics that characterize the readiness and effectiveness of the ability to act in extreme situations, depending on the degree of intensity of combat training (shooting training). Materials and methods: Employees of the special purpose unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation were examined. Depending on the intensity of fire training, 2 groups were identified, among which the study of the directed effects of some exercises on the psychological and psychophysiological properties of the fighter was carried out. The following indices were used for evaluation: functional changes, readiness for emergency action, overall effectiveness, as well as tests \"Spatial extrapolation\", \"Factor personality questionnaire\" and \"Volitional self-control\". The results of the study: psychophysiological indicators characterizing the degree of readiness to respond quickly to changing conditions and, accordingly, the effectiveness of the work of law enforcement officers showed their more \"qualitative\" condition in the group of shooters leading an intensive training process. At the same time, the excessive development of self-control among these individuals is accompanied by high internal tension and the risk of developing an anxiety syndrome. The article is devoted to the problem of professional readiness of students focused and not focused on self-development. The theoretical analysis of the problem showed that professional activity is one of the main areas of self-development and begins to come to the fore from the moment, when a person chooses a future profession and when a person's professional readiness begins to form. Therefore, the study of professional readiness of self-development-focused students seems to be relevant. An empirical study was conducted with the participation of 57 technical students and using the following methods: «Readiness for self-development» (T.A. Ratanova, N.F. Shlyakhta) and «Questionnaire of professional readiness» (L.N. Kabardova). The following statistical methods were used: Mann-Whitney U-test, Fisher's exact test, r-Spearman correlation test. It has been established that the professional readiness of students focused on self-development is generally higher than that of students who are not focused on self-development (both in accordance with the chosen profession, and in those that do not correspond to it) and in its individual components (in particular, in the components \"Skill” and “Attitude”). Such students, thanks to the desire for self-development, receive the necessary experience, which allows them to rate highly their own abilities for professional activity in general. It has also been proven that the components of professional readiness (“Skill”, “Desire”) correlate with areas of self-development (self-knowledge and self-improvement). Due to the significant strategic importance of the marine transport system, the issue of ensuring various types of security (especially medical, psychological) for personnel working in this branch of the national economy seems relevant. The Marine Doctrine of the Russian Federation and the corresponding Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 512 dated July 31, 2022 is the leading document regulating these issues. The article presents various groups of factors that affect the health of seafarers (genetic, medical support, living conditions and lifestyle, the state of the environment). The negative aspects of these factors that impair the health of the crew are listed: disorders of adaptive processes in the body, up to stressful conditions; the occurrence of diseases of the body systems (cardiovascular, endocrine, nervous, sensory, musculoskeletal system); the purchasing of various kinds of dependent states (alcohol and nicotine); decreased physical activity, eating habits, satisfaction from their work, psychological and emotional stress disorders social isolation, fatigue. The problem of the shortage of specialists in the marine medicine, despite the requirements of word standards, is emphasized. In this regard, the problem is raised about the training of specialized medical personnel (including in the field of psychological support) in medical educational organizations for prevention, sanitary, educational and hygienic work with personnel, monitoring the health of seafarers, timely identification of premorbid conditions, quality treatment and rehabilitation. To solve it, first of all, an integrated approach at the state level is needed. A modern graduate of an educational institution must be responsible for the decisions made, be able to overcome internal and external barriers that hinder the achievement of the goal. And also be active and purposeful. Responsibility is one of the main indicators of the social and psychological maturity of a person. It determines the features of the formation of the personality as a whole, acts as the most important regulator of the organization of life, life choices, universal and moral values. Responsibility is that form of control over a person's activities, which he exercises himself, in accordance with the norms and rules of conduct adopted by him. Responsibility is one of the indicators of the psychological health of a person. In our article, we consider the quality of responsibility as an interrelated harmonious and aharmonious components. The article presents the results of a comparative and correlation study of the components of responsibility among students. The analysis of various approaches to the problem of responsibility is carried out. In the course of an empirical study, problem areas have been identified that may cause a low severity of one or another component of responsibility. According to the results obtained, it was found that students with different indicators of responsibility have statistically significant differences in such components of responsibility as motivational, emotional and regulatory. Differences are also found in indicators of intuition and self-responsibility. The results of the study will make it possible to develop foresight technologies taking into account the identified indicators. The development of responsibility components is possible in the course of implementing a practice-oriented approach. It is necessary to take into account the nature of the disciplines taught by students of different areas of training in the first years of study. Subject of study: assessment of the professional development of students of a technical university as a tool for managing the quality of education. The methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach as a way of researching and designing functional systems that ensure the achievement of educational goals. The theoretical basis of the study is the foundations of a competency-based approach to building the content and technologies of vocational education, which aims at modeling professional activity in the learning process. The article dwells upon some peculiar features of the reading process in different times in the history of civilisations. These are manual writing, printing, and e-texts. The article gives a thorough description of these types of writing. Being scarce and unique, pre-printing epoch texts were directed at a small amount of literate readers. Then, printing arose mass distribution of books and literacy, as well as normative language development. Later, e-books became a core source of information in the epoch of electronic devices and the Internet. E-books and hypertexts, being still called books, have their special distinctive features that affect the modern reader. As is noticed, the number of words in the sentences decreases (sentences become shorter), sometimes the language norm is violated. Thus, the significance and peculiarity of the book is to be reconsidered in the sense of importance for the society and being a cultural phenomenon. E-books turn out to be doubtedly effective in comparison with printed books and their literacy impact on readers. In this aspect the authors of the article held a poll in the attempt to gather data about reading habits of the respondents aged 25-55. The poll showed some discrepancies in reading preferences. Claiming that the printed book should be used primarily in education and recreational activities, respondents still increase the usage of electronic resources due to their vast availability and compact character. That raises the question of e-book prevalence in the modern society. The problem of intensification of professional training of specialists for the judiciary is of importance for the country in the context of the new technological reality.\u0000The relevance of the topic of the study is due to: (1) the transformation of the paradigm of legal education, taking into account the priorities due to the knowledge-based economy; (2) changing requirements for the judicial training and the need for their integration into the digital space; (3) the search for ways and means to solve the problem of intensification of professional training in the context of the new technological reality.\u0000The aim of the study was to determine the modern understanding of the intensification of professional training for the judiciary and propose a conceptual model of training for the judicial system, built on the principle of interdisciplinary integration.\u0000Materials and methods. The essence of intensification is studied and its significance as an applied tool of reproduction of personnel for the judicial system is emphasized. Comprehension of the image and naming of the spirit of hunt - known as Baai Barylah Bayanai - has high value nowadays. The spirit has an archetypal nature. Hunting today is losing its main function, gradually turning into a social attribute of a modern man. But hunting still has pedagogical potential. The goal of the research is to find out the attitude of the indigenous peoples of Yakutia to this image–phenomenon. A comparison is made between traditional and modern societies. The methods include theoretical analysis, comparison and logical analysis, interdisciplinary approach, sociological research. The author used a step-by-step transformation of the image of the spirit of hunting, outlining its active existence among modern representatives of northern ethnic communities. There is an obvious need to continue the intergenerational transmission of hunting cultural practices and hunting culture/hunting culture. It is established that this image has passed a full cycle of existence in historical and cultural terms. This cycle took place in the following sequence: anima /animus– totem – fetish. Nowadays, the Bayanai spirit is at the beginning of a new cycle of its existence – with an animistic beginning. The theoretical value of the study is to substantiate the process of formation of spiritual culture in the younger generation.
