The author of this article, as a research method, develops the general theoretical foundations of the cultural-philosophical model of a literary and artistic work, which can be used in the study of the creative heritage of various writers. The structural elements of the cultural-philosophical model of a literary and artistic work, along with the biography of the writer, include: the sum of humanitarian studies of a literary and artistic work, its concept sphere, main idea and genre. The description of the writer's biography as an element of the cultural-philosophical model of a literary and artistic work is the purpose of this article. The basis of the research is formed by general scientific methods and interdisciplinary methods of scientific knowledge. While working on the article, the author turned to cultural-philosophical analysis, content analysis of scientific literature, as well as to the biographical method. Based on the results of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that the biography of the writer, presented as an element of the model under consideration, has a significant cognitive potential, since it allows not only to present the creative and life path of the writer, but also to represent the features of his creative laboratory. The results of the study can be used not only in philosophical and cultural studies, but also in works of a wide humanitarian profile, as well as in the educational process.","PeriodicalId":313745,"journal":{"name":"“Educational bulletin “Consciousness”","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133367349","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem of emotional perception of screen culture by a person through the prism of \"emotional triggers\" is considered, some of their types are analyzed and examples of embedding in screen culture are given. A certain vision of the role of emotional triggers is also formulated and the prospects for further development of screen culture in which they will play a key role are described. Emotional triggers contribute to maintaining the process of endless consumption of mass culture products. The maintenance of this process occurs due to the formation of a sense of emotional closeness and deep, in the opinion of the viewer, emotional contact with the products and phenomena of modern mass culture. Triggers become a form of representation of reality in the consciousness of the subject, creating instead of real reality a new form of its representation filled with visualized images and phantoms, which brings a certain emotional load into the viewer's consciousness. In this sense, screen culture can be considered as a global tool that exerts an artificial influence on both the individual viewer and the public consciousness as a whole. Emotional triggers, influencing the thoughts and behavior of the viewer, form secondary ways of describing the world for him, set the coordinates of orientation in the world of screen culture, simulating the immediacy of personal experiences and feelings, creating the illusion of belonging, integrity to a certain informational whole, thus building their own identity. The role, or rather the power of the impact of emotional triggers in modern screen culture is due to the fact that they are always visualized, and emotions most vividly affect it through visual images.","PeriodicalId":313745,"journal":{"name":"“Educational bulletin “Consciousness”","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131773950","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article uses the experience of forensic expert practice carried out on the basis of the Decisions of the investigation or court.\u0000Modern research in the field of complex forensic psychological and linguistic expertise in cases of extremist orientation is faced with the problem of determining the motives of subjects who carry out actions that fall under the signs of articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation of extremist orientation related to calls for extremist actions, propaganda of extremist and terrorist ideas, justifications of terrorism, as well as public actions, aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintain international peace and security, or exercise their powers by state bodies of the Russian Federation for these purposes and other acts. Difficulties are primarily related to materials in which the place of commission of the offense is the social networks VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, etc. In these cases, we often deal with such a specific communicative act as a repost. In the case of a repost, as a social action in social networks, the judicial investigation does not deal with the author of the text material, but with the subject who transferred this material to other persons, i.e., the subsequent placement of the material from the author on his electronic page on the social network. In addition, work is actively underway to develop a system of civil and patriotic education in pedagogical universities of the country.\u0000At the socio-pedagogical level, this problem comes to the fore for several reasons: the process of democratization contributes to the formation of a multiparty system in which the younger generation should be guided; a huge amount of information requires a selective attitude and understanding of the conjuncture; the political situation in the country and the world places high demands on young people for knowledge of their history, respect for traditions and civil position. That is why the reform of modern education requires the creation of a well-functioning system for the formation of civil-patriotic qualities of the individual, taking into account the principles of a humanistic nature.\u0000The Federal Law “On Education in the Russian Federation\" establishes the principles of \"the humanistic nature of education, the upbringing of mutual respect, diligence, citizenship, patriotism, responsibility, legal culture, respect for nature and the environment, protection and development of ethno-cultural characteristics and traditions of the peoples of the Russian Federation in the conditions of multinational state” [1].\u0000During the preparation of students for professional activities, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of their personal qualities: diligence, courage, creativity in decision-making, respect for the history of the country and people who left their mark on history.\u0000A generalizing analysis of psychological and pedagogical studies of the problem shows that starting from the first level of education - preschool childhood, ending with the highest level - training of personnel, it is required to solve the tasks of developing a civic-patriotic position.\u0000This article presents a study that reveals the potential of the created system of civil and patriotic education of students on the example of a particular university, Shadrinsk State Pedagogical University.","PeriodicalId":313745,"journal":{"name":"“Educational bulletin “Consciousness”","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127253506","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At the same time, their number increases by 3-5% annually. In this regard, the issues of excessive spending time on global networks are seriously discussed, up to the emergence of an Internet-dependent state and the problems resulting from this. Solving this problem has become noticeably more complicated in recent years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, when forced regime restrictive measures were introduced everywhere, which sharply reduced direct communication relationships between people with the transfer of such to remote. The aim is to study the impact of the COVID–19 pandemic on the presence of predisposition and formation of Internet addiction among students to develop measures for their prevention. A survey was conducted among students studying at a medical university on the topic \"Assessment of Internet addiction\". The questions related to the time interval: during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. Results and discussion: in the pre-pandemic COVID-19 period, the absolute majority of Internet users had a moderate need for it. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of people who feel a great need to be on Internet networks has increased dramatically, up to pathological dependence, the need for almost constant online presence, communication with it, viewing all kinds of information, etc. The results obtained are compared with similar studies by other authors. Some similar points were identified, but, while there were certain differences. The conclusion is made about the additivity of excessive uncontrolled enthusiasm for using the Internet, reinforced by restrictive measures from the COVID-19 pandemic. A number of proposals have been made to prevent the occurrence of such dependent states or to reduce their influence.","PeriodicalId":313745,"journal":{"name":"“Educational bulletin “Consciousness”","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117008289","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Institutions are also one of the most important elements of the social environment and are regulators and coordinators of behavior. Economic institutions regulate the behavior of economic subjects. Traditional economic theory considers economic behavior as rational. The classical concept of rationality represents the limitations of the objective function and resource components and explains real economic behavior. The decision-making process consists of a combination of resource and target aspects, respectively, rationality restrictions are imposed in the field of access to resources, goal setting and mechanisms of their combination, i.e., justification of behavioral action. Internal limitations on the choice of alternative actions have an impact on the decision-making process of economic actors. Among them are cognitive abilities, competence, value system, needs, innate personality traits and emotions. Imperfection of cognitive abilities can cause distortion of conclusions about economic realities, which leads to mistakes in actions. The specificity of the individual's cognitive capabilities, along with the uneven distribution of information, leads to the fact that economic entities are constantly exposed to uncertainty. Competence, which is an expression of the individual's experience, skills and accumulated knowledge, allows to reduce the level of uncertainty and increase the rationality of the subject's behavior. At the same time, the presence of a value system allows you to rank a person's interests and needs according to their importance to him, and thereby prioritize their satisfaction. At the same time, human needs, in contrast to the value system, are more situational in nature.","PeriodicalId":313745,"journal":{"name":"“Educational bulletin “Consciousness”","volume":"254 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134255575","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In Europe, it appeared a little later and French courtyards, mostly became a source of exquisite stylization and baroque beauty of this kind of art. It is noted that such rulers of Italian city-states as L. Medici, M. Sforza, the Este and Gonzaga dynasties began to pay more and more attention to magnificent spectacles. Using approaches and methods of system analysis, the article analyzes the main features of the development of dance from the Renaissance to the Baroque of the XVII century.then to the XVIII century and ballet Romanticism of the XIX century. The problems of transformation of dance vocabulary into the plot fantastic structure of performances and choreographic compositions are considered. As a result, having brought the existing transformations of the fantastic plot in the ballet into a single whole, it is indicated that in this transformation of the plots the connection of the times from ancient mythology to the fantastic refraction of the romantic narrative is revealed. Special attention is paid to the main types of theatrical dances at the court, which contributed to the development of stage choreography. The article also analyzes the main issues of the development of ballet in the period, mainly from the late Renaissance to the XIX century, in particular, the history of the opening of the First Ballet School in Paris, which influenced the composition of the technique of classical dance and the aesthetics of the formation of movements. It is noted that the increase in the level of classical dance technique enriched the artistic potential of ballet and largely expanded its thematic and genre range. As a result of the work, the author draws conclusions about the significant influence of the Renaissance era on the transformation of fantastic plots in the ballet theater of the subsequent time.","PeriodicalId":313745,"journal":{"name":"“Educational bulletin “Consciousness”","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129117916","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With short-term exposure to these factors, homeostasis practically does not change, and with prolonged and repeated effects, stress and corresponding pathology may occur. In marine medicine, the problem of stress is particularly relevant. The adaptation of the seafarers' body should be carried out to a significant number of adverse factors in a relatively short time with sharp changes in the navigation regions. There are many ways to improve or correct a person's condition. Among them, relatively simple and inexpensive ones are of interest. The aim of the study is to evaluate the results of the use of various methods of psychological relaxation for the prevention and reduction of emotional stress among fishermen during a long sea voyage. Materials and methods: seafarers were examined during a long fishing voyage for psychoemotional stress detecting. Seances of psychological and emotional relaxation – music therapy and exercises of the technique of slow manipulative movements were conducted among individuals with identified signs of reactive anxiety. Results of the study: upon completion of all full cycles of emotional and psychological unloading, a positive effect was revealed in most of the subjects. 6 days after the start of the music therapy cycle, the level of reactive anxiety normalized in half of the participants, and after another 4 days, almost all individuals achieved a decrease in anxiety to at least moderate. In an experiment with the technique of slow manipulative movements (counting rosaries), after a week, the normalization of the level of anxiety occurred in 20% of the subjects, and in more than 2/3 of the sailors it decreased to moderate.
