Women are increasingly faced with stress in the workplace, the work is becoming more difficult, the likelihood of wrong decisions is growing, conflict situations are provoked and, as a result, this affects the results of the organization as a whole, so there is a need to more actively study the issue of professional self-realization of women in the period mid life. The purpose of this study was to identify the psychological characteristics of professional self-realization in women who have experienced a mid-life crisis. The study involved 52 women. The age of the respondents is from 35 to 45 years, which corresponds to the period of middle life. The sample was divided into two subgroups of 26 women who experienced a professional crisis and 26 women who experienced other crises. Most women have an average work experience of 10 years, almost half of the respondents combine work with childcare. To study the psychological characteristics of professional self-realization in women who experienced a mid-life crisis, the following methods were used: the Methodology “Development Crises” by Petryavskaya L.G.; the Test of meaningful life orientations (MLO) by James Crumbo and Leonard Maholik, adapted by Leontiev D.A.; S elf-actualization test (SAT), a variant of the Russian-language adaptation of Shostrom's self-actualization test (adapted by Aleshina Yu.E., Gozman L.Ya., Zagika M.V. and Kroz M.V.); a Short form of Jones and Crandall's Personal Orientation Questionnaire; Methodology \"Type and level of professional self-realization\" Gavrilova E.A.). In the static processing of the results, descriptive statistics methods and the U-Mann Whitney non-parametric statistical test were used. Statistical data processing was carried out using the STATISTICA 10 software package. The study found that both groups of women note the presence of a large number of problems associated with the professional sphere, such as loss of meaning in work and adaptation to the profession. The main components diagnosed during the analysis were: a feeling of fatigue from work and dissatisfaction with self-realization in work. The process of overcoming the crisis is difficult, regardless of what caused it. The main chosen ways to overcome the crises were: friends, family, children, travel and work, as well as changing the type of activity. Turning to a specialized specialist to solve problems related to crises turns out to be the least popular. Women who have experienced a professional crisis tend to live in the past, they have dissatisfaction with their lives, lack of interest in what is happening around, lack of pleasure from the work performed, lack of desire to set and achieve new goals. In women who have experienced a professional crisis, the resource component of professional self-realization is expressed, which is designed to ensure its procedural side, and non-reflective (imaginary) professional self-r","PeriodicalId":313745,"journal":{"name":"“Educational bulletin “Consciousness”","volume":"1210 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116001267","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The reasons for raising this issue have been investigated and listed as follows: necessary moving to an online due to the pandemic of recent years; technical, methodological and technological lack of preparedness of teachers to implement the educational process in a new environment; a low level of motivation of teachers and students to work online efficiently, even though having a high level of digital proficiency. The authors consider the autonomy of an online learning environment in terms of the power of digital tools to be used in solving methodological problems and designing a pedagogical scenario in the logic of achieving planned educational results. Teachers’ and students’ autonomy in an online environment is realized in: a wide choice of different ways to present educational information; a variety of technologies to increase educational motivation; the possibility of implementing the ideas of microlearning; gamification of the educational process; monitoring the psychological well-being of a students, a positive attitude; a variety of individual trajectories of learning and a significantly changed role of students; the possibility of synchronous and asynchronous work, the presenting forms of the students’ projects and its evaluation, monitoring of students’ achievements. The limitations of an online environment as the authors conclude are mostly created by the participants of the educational process. This is an automatic rejection of new requirements and conditions and resistance to changes. The teachers’ lack of preparedness to solve the educational tasks in an online environment is doubled with the poor technical conditions of the physical environment. A major role in appearing the limitations online is also played by the methodological illiteracy of the teachers and the thoughtless use of digital solutions with no reference to educational tasks. The redesign of the pedagogical scenario and role changing of all the participants of the educational process could solve the problem of limitation of an online educational environment.","PeriodicalId":313745,"journal":{"name":"“Educational bulletin “Consciousness”","volume":"66 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130360708","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the field of psychology there is also no unified definition of these categories. However, it is the meaning approach to the regulation of life activity that is the most effective in terms of modeling human behavior. Since meaning is broader than sence, it is the meaning interpretation that forms the basis of the psychology of understanding. Meanings express the subjective importance of objectively represented meanings of what happens in the world around us. In existential psychology, it is possible to describe the uniqueness of human existence on the basis of meaning representations. Meanings reflect the uniqueness of personal experience and the depth of a person's feelings experienced during his or her life. At the same time, the meanings and direction of a person's individual behavioral acts should be considered from the context of both the entire lived life and future life meanings. From cultural and historical positions, meaning is a psycholinguistic category, which acquires personal content in relation to meaning. Meanings reflect correlation of motives and goals of life activity. Meanings reflect not only intellectual content, but also show the emotional content of the experienced state. In personal development, meaning reflects the nature of interactions between individual perceptions of life and societal expectations about one's place in this life. Meaning sets the individual to perform activities in a certain way. This sets the stability and purposefulness of personal development. Personal self-determination in choosing the direction of professional development has a value-semantic nature, and also depends on motivation. The system of personal meanings has a complex manifestation and multilevel hierarchical structure. Meaning should be considered as an interdisciplinary construct that reflects the understanding of subjective meaning in psychology, philosophy, and linguistics. Meaning reflects the relationship between the subject and the object. This relation expresses the place of the object in the life of the subject, and this object is highlighted in the image of the subject's world. Thanks to this regulation of behavior of the subject in relation to the given object is carried out.","PeriodicalId":313745,"journal":{"name":"“Educational bulletin “Consciousness”","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115371824","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Analysis of the available scientific literature revealed that information about the pulse values of competitive loads in modern conditions is not available for both elite saber fencers and saber fencers of mass categories. The aim of the study is to identify the indicators of heart rate in saber fencers aged 14-15 in competitive fights to clarify the time of work in fight in various power zones. To solve the problem of identifying saber fencers' heart rate indicators during competitive fights, we used Polar system heart monitors, monitoring was carried out in fights both in the preliminary round up to 5 touches and in the direct elimination round up to 15 touches. In addition, video filming and analysis of all competitive fights of the subjects was carried out. Each fight was presented graphically using a notation, however, in deciphering the fighting, we took into account not only the actual techniques, as in the generally accepted record of the fight, but also the false actions used by young athletes, which allowed us to distribute all the technical and tactical actions during fight, as well as determine the time of work in different power zones. As a result of the data obtained, we determined the average duration of work of young saber fencers in power zones in competitive fights for the entire competitive day, which will allow us to further develop a methodology for improving the special endurance of saber fencers aged 14-15, taking into account the specifics of competitive activity.","PeriodicalId":313745,"journal":{"name":"“Educational bulletin “Consciousness”","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123773278","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The process of education and upbringing in this context leads to the problem of the development of social intelligence in such students. The lack of research in this direction is confirmed by a small number of publications over the past fifteen years. The social intelligence of adolescents with mental retardation is formed in such a way that it does not always allow them to understand the norms and rules of social behavior. The difficulty lies in the insufficient development of this type of intelligence. Many scientists say that when studying social intelligence, it is necessary to analyze and study all the criteria that make up it, namely: cognitive, behavioral and emotional. In this connection, the aim of the study was to study the level of empathy in the structure of social intelligence and its features in adolescents with mental disorders of secondary school. The study was conducted among high school students diagnosed with mild mental retardation. The study involved 59 schoolchildren, of the Regional state educational Institution \"Boarding School No. 3\" in Kursk for people with disabilities. The age of students is from 12 to 17 years When collecting data, standardized methods were used, as well as conversation, observation, and when processing the data obtained, computer methods of statistical processing were used. Empirical research has shown the relationship between the features of social intelligence and the age of students: with age, relationships develop, and the structure of social intelligence develops to older adolescence, helped to identify aspects inherent in younger and older adolescents with intellectual disabilities.","PeriodicalId":313745,"journal":{"name":"“Educational bulletin “Consciousness”","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124348940","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
