The relevance of the stated topic is caused by: (1) the need to prepare convergent specialists for the judicial system, capable of competently addressing professional tasks in the context of information and communication society development; (2) the necessity to find the best ways of professional training for the judicial system in the context of the formation of new social subjectivity, contributing both to changes in the existing socialization institutions and the generation of its new forms, in particular the information-network socialization.\nThe purpose of the study is to determine the current understanding of information-network socialization and justify the relevance of its formation and sustainable development at the stage of professional training of specialists for the judicial system in the context of the modern development of society.\nMaterials and methods. The set purpose necessitated the use of the principles of dialectical logic and systematic approach to the study. Abstract

The problem of professional training of specialists for the judicial system is topical in the context of transition to the information-network stage of society development. The relevance of the stated topic is caused by: (1) the need to prepare convergent specialists for the judicial system, capable of competently addressing professional tasks in the context of information and communication society development; (2) the necessity to find the best ways of professional training for the judicial system in the context of the formation of new social subjectivity, contributing both to changes in the existing socialization institutions and the generation of its new forms, in particular the information-network socialization.
