Scientific and technological progress has led to the increase in the volume of scientific and technical information. A translator cannot cope with this flow of information. The use of machine translation is effective because of the high standardization of translation. Statistical machine translation is generated on the basis of statistical models. The task of the statistical machine translation is not to translate the text but to decode it. In this work, we propose to use Fourier transformation technique in statistical machine translation based on the methods of summation of Fourier series given by the set of functions of natural argument as opposed to existing ones. The computer network is constantly exposed to the destructive effects of the environment in which it operates. Therefore, there is an urgent problem of increasing survivable telecommunication (computer) networks for counteract of such influences, and maintaining the efficiency of such systems.Destructive effects on the network are usually random, but the assessment of such random events, based on classical probability theory, encounters serious difficulties because such events are not systematic and are not massive, which are necessary to assess the frequency of events that determine their classical probabilities.The paper proposes a model for the synthesis of a survivable hierarchical telecommunication (computer) networks. This model is formulated as the problem of nonlinear Boolean programming. The model uses subjective probabilities of efficiency of connection of various devices of a network in the conditions of destructive influences. The network is formed according to the criterion of maximum survivability (subjective probability of network operation under destructive influences).The proposed approach is studied on hierarchical telecommunication (computer) networks. The article investigates the peculiarities of using low - pass filters with quadratic and linear dependence of the response on the input signal. It is shown that the principle of operation of filters is that the summation process is performed. In this case, the useful signal is summed coherently, and the interference signal is incoherent, ie the useful signal increases and the interference signal decreases.When influencing the input of linear and square filters, a rectangular pulse that mimics the signal of modern digital radio signals, the necessary parameters for further use of input and output signals are determined: mathematical expectation, correlation coefficient, variance, standard deviation.It is proved that the use of narrow-band low-pass filters in the process of signal processing allows to increase the noise immunity of the system for detection, recognition and localization of radio signals by 11%.Modeling of the process of filtering radio signals at different correlation coefficients is carried out. According to the lack of the unified structure of a text and the necessity to estimate the semantic meaning of its parts, different machine learning methods, namely, deep learning techniques should be used to evaluate the coherence of a text. In this paper, different baseline and state-of-the-art methods of the coherence evaluation based on deep learning paradigms have been analyzed in detail. According to the disability of analyzed methods to take into account both word ordering and long-distant relations within a text, a new Transformer-based neural network model has been proposed. The principle of work and advantages of a self-attention mechanism has been considered. The training of the proposed model has been performed on the corpus of Ukrainian news. In order to estimate the accuracy of the model and to take into account the imbalance of classes, corresponding metrics have been calculated with further detection of an appropriate threshold value of an output. The effectiveness of the model has been examined on the document discrimination and insertion tasks. The proposed mathematical model belongs to the class of flow solutions and is a development of the classic Traffic Engineering model. The novelty of proposed model is the modification of the load balancing conditions in the software-defined network, which in addition to bandwidth (service quality indicator) also takes into account the probability of compromising it (network security indicator). Within the proposed model, the obtained routing solutions are aimed at reducing the load on communication links, which have a high probability of compromise, by redirecting traffic to more reliable ones. The directions of application of fuzzy logic, as well as tools for modeling a fuzzy intelligent system for making decisions about the current state of an object are analyzed. The fuzzy logic is investigated and the corresponding fuzzy inference algorithm is chosen. All possible states of an intelligent system are determined, membership functions are constructed. Based on expert decisions, the system’s rule base was formed. For the practical implementation of an intelligent decision-making system, an air pollution analysis system was developed.
