Based on job demands- resources theory, the present study introduces a new job resource that attenuates the negative effects of abusive supervision on job and life satisfaction: spirituality. In so doing, this study distinguishes personal spirituality— or an individual orientation to value, experience, or express an inner life, sense of community, and meaningfulness in life— from organizational spirituality— or an organizational feature that encourages its members to value and experience inner life, develop a connection within and outside the organization, and seek meaning and purpose at work. Using a multi-wave survey of 197 employees, we found that the negative relationship between abusive supervision and work engagement was weaker at a high rather than low level of organizational spirituality. However, the moderating effect of spirituality was not significant for personal spirituality. In addition, work engagement was found to mediate the interaction effect between abusive supervision and organizational spirituality on both job satisfaction and life satisfaction.

However, through the recent generational change, members of the organization have become clearer in their individualistic tendencies, place a high value on work-life balance, and their perspective on work has also changed from 'live to work' to 'work to live'. \u0000Paradoxically, under the same situation in which the amount of work to be performed in a limited time and the level of performance are the same, the work expected to be performed by the members is transferred to the middle manager, who has to perform both member’s job and managerial roles at the same time. As a result, they are complaining of job burnout, depression, and helplessness. In other words, today's middle managers are faced with a situation in which they have to fulfill their duties and achieve their goals while recognizing the breach of the psychological contract in which the promises and obligations that members consider to be provided to the organization are not kept. \u0000Therefore, if existing studies have mainly focused on the effect on members when an organization breaches its psychological contract, In this study, approached from the perspective of when employees did not fulfill their psychological contractual obligations, the effect of psychological contract breach by subordinates on job burnout (emotional burnout) of middle managers and the serial multiple mediating effect of role overload and job stress in the process were verified. To test the hypothesis, an online survey was conducted targeting middle managers working in domestic companies, and the response data of 371 people were used for analysis. As a result of the analysis, first, psychological contract breach by subordinates was found to have a positive (+) relationship with emotional exhaustion of middle managers. Second, there was no mediating effect of role overload between psychological contract breach by subordinates and emotional exhaustion. Third, the mediating effect of job stress between psychological contract breach by subordinates and emotional exhaustion was found to have a positive (+) significant effect. Fourth, between psychological contract breach by subordinates and emotional exhaustion, role overload and job stress showed a positive serial multiple mediating effect. \u0000This study identified that the psychological contract breach by subordinates was an antecedent factor affecting emotional burnout of middle managers, and verified the mechanisms of role overload and job stress between independent and dependent variables. Based on the results of this study, theoretical and practical implications were presented, and the limitations of the study and future research directions were discussed.

In order to achieve this research purpose, we analyzed and explored the characteristics and principles of innovative education, teacher leadership in innovative schools, and teacher leadership in innovative schools applying complexity principles. As a result of the study, teacher leadership in innovative schools is different from traditional and authoritative teacher leadership, and when teacher leadership in line with the characteristics of innovative schools is applied to the principle of complexity, the characteristics of democracy, subjectivity, spontaneity, interaction, change orientation, sharing, and re-creation. In addition, the exercise of leadership as a teacher in the learning field where various situations exist could be applied in line with the characteristics of complex principles such as positive feedback of confusion and unstable situations, shared growth and development through self-organization and co-evolution of teachers and students. Through these results, this study presents complexity theory as a principle to explore the process of leadership to accommodate various environmental changes and successfully demonstrate teacher leadership by applying the principle of complexity.

Furthermore, this study investigates the conditions that limit effectiveness of two leadership styles positing power distance orientation and time-with-leader as moderating variables. In particular, although the time-with-leader is not widely known as a critical variable in leadership research, it needs to be discussed in leadership studies considering the reality of less face-to-face contact with leaders due to the telecommuting (eg. working at home). Based on the responses of 224 office workers in China, this study revealed that authoritarian and transformational leadership are positively related to in-role performance. Also, both power distance orientation and time-with-leader have significant positive moderating effects on the relationship between authoritarian leadership and in-role performance. On the contrary, in the case of transformational leadership, both moderating effects have been rejected. This study has a significance in that there are few studies comparing authoritarian and transformational leadership despite advances in leadership research. In addition, it also has a significance in introducing a variable, time-with-leader, which has not been considered as a major variable in leadership research.

A survey was conducted of members with a working tenure of 6 months or longer in general business organization, and 292 responses were analyzed. Prior to hypothesis testing, descriptive statistics, correlation, and reliability were verified through SPSS 21.0, and the fitness of the research model was confirmed with AMOS 21.0. Lastly, to verify the hypothesis, analysis was performed through structural equation modeling and bootstrapping. The results of the study were as follows. First, it was confirmed that interactional justice had a positive effect on psychological ownership. Second, psychological ownership had a positive effect on work engagement. Third, work engagement was not significantly related to counterfeit, withdrawal, verbally hostile behavior, but had a negative effect on production deviance. Finally, psychological ownership and work engagement partially mediated the relationship between interactional justice and deviant behavior. \u0000Specifically, psychological ownership and work engagement only mediated the relationship between interactional justice and production deviance. This situation has brought about major changes in the operation of organizations, and the need and importance of new leadership is emerging, but there is a lack of research on new forms of leadership in academia as well as companies. This study aims to identify academic developments, along with analysis of research trends in the field through meta-analysis of E-leadership-related studies required for non-contact work environments, and to identify the direction and practical use of research in this field in the future. In particular, comprehensive meta-analysis among meta-analysis is a research method, that seeks to estimate with statistical power and precision, as much as possible by systematically synthesizing the results of many studies conducted in a specific field and drawing objective conclusions. In order to examine the trends of E-leadership from 2000, when E-leadership was first studied, to the present, this study focuses on 55 E-leadership studies published in academic journals, and identifies and summarizes the researcher (year), research topic, variables used, analysis types and characteristics, research methodology, limitations, published journals, and the importance and use of E-leadership research. The analysis shows that research on E-leadership has been in full swing since 2013, and since 2019, when COVID-19 was at its peak. Over the past 22 years, E-leadership has been published in a total of 46 journals, of which 4 journals have published duplicates and 42 journals have published one paper, confirming that E-leadership research is a field of interest in various academic fields, but it is not yet intensively studied in a specific field. As for research methodologies, 18 quantitative studies (32.7%) and 37 qualitative studies (67.3%) were conducted as qualitative studies, and two-thirds of the total 55 studies were qualitative studies. Through these studies, E-leadership has evolved over the past two decades in the realm of theory, research, and practice as a social impact process carried out through information technology to promote changes in organizational thinking, behavior, attitudes, and performance.

Accordingly, there is an increasing needs for leadership that promotes the implementation of desired performance and behavior among members by encouraging a sense of belonging to the organization while accommodating the individuality of members and diversity. Based on the social information processing theory, this study empirically tested the mechanism of inclusive leadership on the organizational citizenship behavior of members through psychological safety. In addition, the moderating effect of tenure on the relationship between inclusive leadership and psychological safety was examined. As a result of analyzing the questionnaire data obtained through online targeting military officers, it was confirmed that there is a positive relationship between inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, the mediating effect of psychological safety in the relationship between inclusive leadership and organizational citizenship behavior was significant. On the other hand, the moderating effect of tenure in the relationship between inclusive leadership and psychological safety was significant. In other words, the effect of inclusive leadership on psychological safety was stronger for the shorter tenure than the longer tenure. This study partially covered the gap in related research by examining the mechanism which inclusive leadership influences organizational citizenship behavior through psychological safety. In addition, by expanding the scope of insufficient research on the boundary conditions (tenure) that inclusive leadership affects psychological safety, we hope that it not only contributes to the expansion of inclusive leadership theory, but also it will be able to help leader's choice of targets for inclusiveness in practice.

Firms should effectively pursue two different ways of innovation, which are indispensable to create sustainable competitive advantages, by exploration of new business opportunities and exploitation of existing business. Organizations need to take this ambidextrous innovation strategy and adopt SHRM(strategic human resource management) which is aligned to the aforementioned exploratory and exploitative innovation. Previous studies have focused on examining the impact of innovation on organizational performance, rather than on finding the sources of innovation or understanding the process to acquire it. The aim of this study is to offer better understandings of organizational innovation by integrating the literature of high performance work systems (HPWS) with the literature of organizational trust. We suggested that HPWS is a proper system for innovation strategy and tested 1) the mediating role of organizational trust between HPWS and innovation and 2) the moderating role of frontline manager’s involvement on the relationship between HPWS and organizational trust Our tests with Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) data(2013-2017) showed that HPWS enhanced exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation through organizational trust. Moreover, frontline manager’s involvement strengthened the relationship between HPWS and organizational trust Theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

Five hotels in China were targeted, and to prevent common method bias, the questionnaire was conducted three times with a time lag, and a total of 512 valid data were obtained. To verify the hypothesis, analysis was performed through the SPSS Process Macro. The study results indicate that a safety climate positively affects the safety compliance and safety participation of hotel workers. In addition, safety motivation mediated the relationship between safety climate and safety behavior, and the moderating effect of safety leadership on safety compliance was also supported. However, there was no moderating effect of safety leadership on safety participation, which is inferred to be due to the characteristics of the hotel industry. As a result of this study, it was found that safety leadership, a topic that was rarely addressed in previous safety-related studies, moderates the relationship between safety motivation and safety behavior of hotel workers. In addition, in the hotel industry, safety-related areas are being expanded through self-determination theory to understand the safety behavior of hotel workers and customers. Based on these research results, it can be suggested that hotels should develop strategic plans to establish a positive safety climate and actively come up with measures to motivate hotel workers to take safety behavior. However, the lack of coherence in terms because existing safety-related studies were mainly dealt with in psychology and engineering fields, makes it clear that the establishment of terminology should be preceded in the future. In addition, the limitation of this study is that the analysis of safety-related variables was carried out without distinction at the group level or the individual level.

As for the research methodology, 492 copies of effective samples were used for the research methodology, and the general characteristics, reliability, and validity of samples were verified using SPSS 23.0 for analysis, and Baron & Kenny (1986)'s three-step mediating effect verification method and Sobel. As a result of the study, first, among the sub-factors of organizational culture, rational culture, development culture, and consensus culture were recognized for statistical positive (+) significance in organizational commitment, and hierarchical culture had a negative (-) effect on organizational commitment. Second, as a result of conducting a regression analysis to analyze the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction, it was verified that development culture and consensus culture among the sub-factors of organizational culture had a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. In addition, as a result of regression analysis of organizational culture as an independent variable and self-leadership as a dependent variable, it was verified that it had a significant positive (+) effect in the order of rational culture, development culture, and consensus culture. However, it was analyzed that the hierarchical culture did not have a significant positive (+) effect on self-leadership. Fourth, it was verified that the bail result of self-leadership on the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction has a high effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
