This study aims to analyze correlation between poverty alleviation budget programs by the Government and Local Government of Pagar Alam City with the percentage of poverty levels and determine poverty alleviation priority programs can be pursued by the Local Government of Pagar Alam City related to the achievement of SDGs mainstreaming target on 2030. The analytical method in this study uses the Pearson Correlation and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results showed that the poverty allevation program budget had a signifiant corelation to the poverty percentage reduction in collaborative and synergistic budgeting through the APBD of Pagar Alam with APBN. Based on the assessment in the AHP model, the Social Welfare Services and Rehabilitation Program is first ranked or the first choice in the framework of poverty alleviation by SDGs mainstreaming.","PeriodicalId":31237,"journal":{"name":"Tataloka","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42262195","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Lack of health insurance can be a poverty trap. This is the fundamental reason why health insurance receives the most attention in the SDG’s. Based on SAKERNAS data in 2017 the percentage of informal sector workers in Indonesia is still quite high, reaching 57.03 percent and of that number only 57.3 percent of informal sector workers have health insurance which means that almost half of the informal sector workers work without health insurance protection . This study aims to determine the factors that influence the ownership of health insurance for informal sector workers in Indonesia. The analysis was conducted inferentially using chi-square and binary logistic regression using SUSENAS data in March 2018. Based on the results of the analysis using chi-square obtained the results that all independent variables have a meaningful relationship with health insurance ownership so the analysis is continued with logistic regression. From the results of logistic regression it is found that the factors that influence the health insurance ownership of informal sector workers in Indonesia are the area of residence, marital status, status in the household, gender, age, NIK ownership, education level, business field, health complaints, status economics, and self-medication.","PeriodicalId":31237,"journal":{"name":"Tataloka","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43202736","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Indonesia has a strategic program in the form of infrastructure improvement. However, due to the condition of Indonesia which is an archipelago, infrastructure development has only concentrated on Java, especially in Jakarta City. This resulted in a gap in infrastructure development outside of Java. This study identifies the relationship between infrastructure and the regional economy in Indonesia. Indonesia is an archipelagic country so that long-distance transportation, such as using airports, is an absolute necessity to support equitable economic activities and support sustainable development. The relationship between traffic on airports and regional economies is still debating and growing. Therefore, by looking at the characteristics of the archipelagic country, it is interesting to see the relationship between infrastructure and the regional economy in Indonesia. This research aims to provide an understanding of the effect of economic growth in airports and be able to be a stakeholder consideration to making policies about air transportation and regional economic growth evenly on island geography conditions such as Indonesia. The relationship between the two in this study is shown by looking at traffic in airports and 17 economic sectors of GRDP in six different regencies with similar characteristics. The model show the relationship in this study. This model built using a regression approach. The results of this model show the relationship between traffic in airports with regional economic sectors, especially outside the island of Java. Because of that, the existence of street vendors needs a special attention. This special attention is needed because streer vendors mostly occupy city's public spaces. Street vendor management in Indonesia's cities is based on the regulations that was made by each regional government which is pointing to Indonesia's higher level of regulation. Each regional regulation has their own unique characteristics. Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya are big cities that have street vendor problems that also have street vendor management regulations. From those three cities, the advantages and disadvantages of their regulation's contents will be revealed, enriched by information digging and research results. From the regulation side, those three cities showed their concern about regulations regarding street vendors. The forms of restructuring that has been done are relocation and stabilization. Those three cities are also supported by private sector regarding street vendor management. Street vendor management has a vital contribution towards regional economical growth and street vendor's income growth. These positive impacts increases the efficiency of city space management, so the city itself will look tidy, beautiful, and not congested, but street vendors are still poppimg out in restricted areas and old spaces, if the new managed locations are far from the crowds, the impact will decrease street vendor's income","PeriodicalId":31237,"journal":{"name":"Tataloka","volume":"23 1","pages":"201-211"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41965535","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This virus outbreak has become a pandemic because of its lightning-fast spread and greater number of death rate. Ambon as one of the cities in Eastern Indonesia is also affected by Corona Virus.The higher the positive cases in Ambon, the higher the hazardous and toxic waste production (B3). Now, the government of Maluku province is preparing B3 waste management facilities, so that this research aims to investigate the appropriate location for this waste management. This research was a qualitative descriptive by applying a SIG method, that was analysing the area function with the parameter of slope, soil type, and rainfall. The area function could be used to consider the development plans of an area. Then, the data of buildings was used as a basic to determine the ideal area with the service range of 500 meter in accordance with the standard distance of B3 waste management facilities from surrounding buildings. The research findings show four alternative areas of B3 waste management facilities in Ambon. These four areas are safe to be built hazardous and toxic waste (B3) management facilities since these are located far away from the settlements. The aim of this research was to identify the level of sustainability of the utilization of a multifunction public space in the slum area. This research used a quantitative approach and a questionnaires survey method. Respondents were slum dwellers using the park. The total respondents was 96 by using the Lemeshow formula. The results showed that there were differences in the level of sustainability among three parks. The highest level of sustainable utilization is Pendongkelan, the medium level is Melati Indah, and the lowest level is Taman Anggrek. There were four aspects of sustainability which were measured. Diversity and harmony were two aspects determining sustainability.
