However heritage urban planning that focuses on the sense of place actually gets criticized for being stuck in place-making purposes only and ignores the human dimension. The study of the sense of place potential in the urban heritage conservation is indeed still limited even though this potential needs to be studied futher because urban heritage place have cultural significant values which should be conserved by involving human dimensions. This paper is a literature review that intends to explore others sense of place potential related to human dimensions that can be used to successfully urban heritage conservation. In urban heritage conservation, besides being beneficial for place-making, it was found that the sense of place also has the potential as guidance information in the urban heritage spatial planning, factors that influence the participation of local residents to be involved in urban heritage planning and factors related to heritage conserving behavior.","PeriodicalId":31237,"journal":{"name":"Tataloka","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41511867","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This situation has resulted in a mismatch between the priority policies for using the budget set at the local level and the implementation guidelines set by the central government. Questions arise how interactions between actors occurred in a transactive process. This article evaluates the interaction between involved actors in the transactive process, which occurs during a practice of local development planning program activity. Evaluations were carried out on village fund program cases in Indonesia, through qualitative approach analysis. The study aims to provide an understanding of the interactions between transfer agent actors during deliberation at the local level. The results show that the interaction between transfer agents conduct through the practice of dominating ideas, which tend to emphasize the dominance of certain parties in prioritizing budget use policies.","PeriodicalId":31237,"journal":{"name":"Tataloka","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"49654238","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since it was built in 2014, until now not 100% development has been realized, especially in the provision of residential facilities. It is important for an environment to be able to provide services and provide adequate facilities to meet the needs for the survival of the occupants. This study aims to examine the physical environment of housing based on the provision of facilities in KORPRI housing, Praja Mulia, in the perspective of a neighborhood unit as a physical structuring concept of an ideal residential environment. The method used is quantitative by using descriptive analysis techniques. Primary data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation and interpretation of images, secondary data derived from documents and literature studies related to KORPRI housing development. The results showed that based on the concept of neighborhood units, as cheap housing, Praja Mulia Housing with a planned population of 1,380 inhabitants had non-ideal neighborhood unit facilities. The existing facilities are only open spaces in 3 locations (3% of the total housing area) and other public facilities that are still planned. Novelti of this research housing for civil servants do not use environmental unit theory but only pay attention to the house as objects (nouns) used for investment and commodity. This condition creates a burden and becomes a challenge for the city and the surrounding area in providing facilities and services for residents who are not served in their neighborhood units.","PeriodicalId":31237,"journal":{"name":"Tataloka","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44120473","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This high growth, however, also has impact on the environment. This study aimed to review the level of regional development and linkages among economic sectors and calculate Green GRDP for regional development directions. Scalogram method and input output analysis were applied to indicate the level of regional development and identify the key sectors. The value of green GRDP was obtained from the calculation of natural resource depletion and calculation of environmental degradation. The research showed that 65.08% of villages in Depok City were in the form of hinterland. The sector of electricity, gas, and drinking water was the key sector of economic development in Depok City. Furthermore, the Green GRDP value only had a difference of 4.47% or Rp2,610.78 billion, compared to Brown GRDP. However, if the GRDP difference was compared to the original local government revenue, this would consume all of the income. The analysis resulted green GRDP was more relevant to be applied as an economic indicator because better description the level of overall welfare.","PeriodicalId":31237,"journal":{"name":"Tataloka","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46682545","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Trans Semarang Bus Rapid Transit as a safe transportation mode is becoming the heart of urban activities that connects various social activities. The ideal condition could be achieved when there is an application of the human scale at the bus stop, without external interference in the process of mobility. As grounded evidence, there are 4 crimes cases that reported on Trans Semarang, not including unreported cases. Indicators in this research cover: the time using BRT, the waiting time at the bus stop, and the changing of human behaviour. Hence, a great human scale characteristic will determine the capability of urban transportation society services. Otherwise, bad human scale characteristics might increase the crime rate. The research will focus on identification of the impact on the human scale variables to the crime rate in Trans Semarang bus stop. It will take place in Semarang Central Business District: Pandanaran, Pemuda and Gajahmada as the center of urban activities served by Trans Semarang.
