To avoid the cardiotoxicity of DOX and increase the half-life and targeting of liposomal drugs, redox-sensitive nanoparticle that improve the delivery of therapeutics to target tissue have become an extensive choice of medical treatment. In this work, we synthesised a kind of redox-sensitive product, PEG-redox-DOX micelles which were made of PEG-SS-COOH coupled with DOX by a reduction-sensitive disulfide bond. This micellar system has a mean diameter of 60nm with acceptable distribution (PDI=0.81) and remained unchanged in phate buffered saline (PBS, pH=7.4) for 24 hours. However, the disulfide bond between DOX and hydrophilic PEG broke readily in the presence of 10 mM DTT imitating intracellular condition. The micelle released more than 75% DOX within 48h at 10 mM DTT, whereas only 12% DOX were released from prodrug at 0 mM DTT. These results suggest that PEG-redox-DOX has expectable efficiency of drug-loading and release. In this paper, principal component analysis and mutation series evaluation are mainly used to solve the health problems of Shenzhen residents. First of all, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the health level of residents, determines the corresponding indicators and constructs a three-tier index system, including 21 indicators. As there may be a certain correlation between the indicators in the established index system, and the correlation between the indicators will produce repeated information for the evaluation of residents' health level, so the independent indicators are reduced by principal component analysis. Finally, the catastrophe series method is used to calculate the independent principal components. Then the indicators within the framework are analyzed and screened to determine the index system of population health assessment; finally, the social public health and environment and individual residents are evaluated by entropy method and fuzzy evaluation. The nanoparticles were prepared by synthesis of PEG-CHO and condensation reaction of PEG-CHO and adriamycin. The release behavior of PEG-Schiff-DOX was tested at different pH. The morphology and particle size of these nanoparticles changed obviously after acid treatment(pH=5.0), and some of them had completely disintegrated. The narrowing of particle size distribution indicates that the heterogeneous nanoparticles disintegrate in the acidic environment of tumor cells, releasing the drug and finally achieving the maximum drug release at pH 5.0. The nanodrugs based on polymeric prodrug had advantages of simple preparation, high drug loading, good storage stability and achieve higher local drug concentration and longer drug action time under the condition of weak acid of tumor microenvironment to keep the curative effect and reduce the side effects. The results indicated that Eurotium cristatum CY-1 grown well when cultivated with MLs as substrate. The maximum cell dry weight of 393.32 mg was reached on the 10 d of fermentation. The alkaloids content of ML was increased with the fermentation time, and the maximum value of 8.711 mg/g was obtained at 8 d of fermentation, which was increased by171.96% compared to that extracted from unfermented ML. The α-glucosidase inhibitory efficiency was also improved along with the fermentation time. The IC50 values of alkaloid extracted from 8d-fermented mulberry leaves was 3.94 μg/mL, but 6.82 μg/mL of the alkaloid extracted from the unfermented ML. Therefore, the fermentation of Eurotium cristatum could benefit for enhancing the alkaloid content and α-glucosidase inhibitory efficiency of ML. Selection of candidate miRNAs and subsequent validation were performed by qRT-PCR on 20 premenopausal EC, 30 premenopausal normal endometrial and 40 postmenopausal EC samples. The relationship between DEMs and clinical characteristics was analyzed. Moreover, bioinformatic software programs and databases were applied to predict miRNA target genes, molecular functions, and signaling pathways.\u0000Results\u0000\u0000136 upregulated and 131 downregulated DEMs were identified. The expression of miR-1251-5p was highly upregulated in premenopausal EC samples compared with premenopausal normal endometrial samples and significantly downregulated compared with postmenopausal EC samples. The expression of miR-6892-5p was highly upregulated in premenopausal EC samples compared with premenopausal normal endometrial samples and postmenopausal EC samples. They have been developed to address the limitations of natural enzymes and conventional artificial enzymes. Compared with traditional mimic enzymes, nanoenzymes have the advantages of higher catalytic efficiency, low costs, high stability against stringent reaction conditions. The catalytic reaction of nanoenzymes is the same as natural enzymes, which depends on pH, temperature and substrate concentration. Taking advantage of the high catalytic properties of bimetallic alloy nanoparticles, we prepare Au@Pt nanoparticles with high catalytic activity and use it to detect ascorbic acid. They originate from the sheath of nerve roots, and most of them are located in the extramedullary subdural space. Most of them originate from the posterior root of the spinal nerve, and the affected nerve is fusiform and usually solitary. Clinically, once diagnosed, surgery should be performed. The posterior approach laminectomy is the most common surgical method. In this paper, a case of spinal schwannoma underwent surgical treatment. It was found that the preoperative MRI examination was inconsistent with the actual location of the tumor during the operation.
