摘要

自2020年5月以来,中国疫情防控进入稳定阶段。总的趋势是,疫情有升有降。随时可能小规模爆发,从国外卷土重来,有季节性发作,对各方面影响深远。本研究以这样一个“后疫情时代”的社区核酸检测产品和服务体系为切入点,通过定性和定量的研究方法,运用问题地图、用户访谈、数据爬虫、情感数据分析等研究工具,对现有的社区集体核酸检测流程、基本用户群体、利益相关者等进行分析和整合。在对现有服务体系和产品有了很好的了解后,进一步优化服务体系的突出问题,重点解决流程可视化问题和特殊人群服务问题,线上产品优化。构建新的利益相关者系统、用户旅程、原型,并进行原型测试获取反馈,为未来应对大规模公共卫生问题提供有参考价值的解决方案。
