Director Pei Ruixia Zong Zhu Danxi's \"six depression\" theory, in terms of etiology, the depression of qi, blood, phlegm, fire, dampness, and food can all cause disease, among which the depression of qi is the first, and each depression is related to each other. In terms of treatment, while soothing the liver, regulating qi, and relieving depression, it is supplemented by the methods of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, clearing heat and purging fire, strengthening the spleen, removing phlegm, dryness, and dampness, and eliminating digestion and accumulation. {"title":"An analysis of international students' strategies for coping with stress and anxiety in the context of COVID-19","authors":"Yilan Wu","doi":"10.25236/ajmhs.2023.040807","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25236/ajmhs.2023.040807","url":null,"abstract":": To investigate and analyze the mental health status of international students under the background of the normalization of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic, and to provide reference for the formulation of psychological intervention measures, from September 1 to September 15, 2022, 149 overseas students aged 18 to 40 in Hebei Province were selected by questionnaire star method, and their mental health status was evaluated by filling in general information online and PQEEPH scale. Scores for fear, depression, neurasthenia, compulsive anxiety, and hypochondria were analyzed. Measurement data are expressed as mean ± standard deviation (x±s). The scores from high to low were fear (2.06±0.99), depression (1.97±1.06), neurasthenia (1.90±0.93), compulsive anxiety (1.53±0.67) and hypochondria (1.20±0.21). With the extension of study time in China, the scores of international students' psychological indicators show an increasing trend. There was no significant correlation between online and offline teaching methods and index scores (P> 0.05.05). The score of humanities and social sciences was the highest, and the score of art was the lowest (P<0.05). All the indexes of female subjects were higher than those of male subjects (P<0.05)5. In the context of the normalization of the epidemic, psychological problems are common among international students. The pathophysiological mechanism of NASH is complex, and there is no rapid and effective method to establish Nash model. In this study, NASH mice were modeled by feeding different proportions of high-fat and high-sugar diets, and blood glucose and body weight were measured. During aging, a lot of proteins and pathways are dramatically changed, which may serve as potential aging biomarkers and targets for anti-aging drug development. In this review, we summarize the current progress in aging-related biomarkers and pathways that have been identified by proteomics. We find that many proteins in metabolism pathways are involved in aging process, which have a positive- or a negative-correlation.
