The government has done many empowerment programs with expectation to improve the quality of society especially woman, but data shows that there is still asymmetry between man and woman in many activities, access, and control into resources and development benefit. This research intends to analyze public-empowerment activity within Etawah Crossbreed Cocoa-Goat Integration Program in Gender Perspective. The research information consists of man and woman constituting couple (husband-wife) and gets involved as empowerment program. This research used qualitative method through observation technique, in-depth interview with documentation and literature. The results of research show that there is still gender asymmetry in development program implementation especially woman. The expectation of empowerment program implementation can decide job decision received by man and woman and doing knowledge transfer activity in domestic development. This study aims to determine the efforts of women heads of families in dealing with social stigma. The research approach used in this research is qualitative with an exploratory case study. The technique of determining the informants in this study used purposive sampling. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The unit of analysis used in this study is the individual, namely the female head of the family in the face of social stigma, analyzed using Froma Walsh's thinking. Female heads of household face social stigma in the form of, The assessment or perception of their environment, which considers them to be inferior if they are decorated, is considered a temptress to attract buyers' attention, is considered to be a grab for someone's husband for those who have polygamous status, and is often talked about the ugliness of their household. Efforts made by female heads of household in dealing with social stigma. This literature review aims to compare the characteristics of Male Heads of Households (MHH) and Female Heads of Households (FHH) working in the informal sector based on data from August 2017-2019. Based on the results of the study, it is known that from the total workers in the informal sector, characteristics are obtained that can distinguish between MHH and FHH. In MHH, it is dominated by workers with marital status, working in agricultural business fields, sufficient working hours (> = 35 hours), having low income, education after elementary school, being in a fairly young age group of 30-49 years. Meanwhile, FHH is dominated by workers with dead divorced marriage status, working in trading businesses, lacking working hours (<35 hours), having low incomes, education not graduating from elementary school, and being in the old age group of 50-64 years. Based on these characteristics, the government can provide guidance and provide facilities and capital assistance to informal sector workers, especially in MHH and FHH who are productive, work in the agricultural and trade sectors, have a low level of education, and those who work with high working hours in order to improve the standard of living of both mhh and fhh and their families. They use the victim’s perspective in reporting domestic violence amidst mainstream media’s tendencies to objectify victims and use sensationalism as a news frame. The study will be examined with a framing analysis method that explores four dimensions, namely problem definition, causal interpretation, moral evaluation and treatment recommendation, by using the theory concept of gender sensitive journalism and alternative media. This research is expected to help us identify and evaluate the role of alternative, gender sensitive media in reporting gender issues at critical times. The results showed that Magdalene.co is on the side of the victim by implementing the role of advocacy journalism, providing solutions, reviewing the root causes of domestic violence and explaining how pandemic situations hampered domestic violence services institutions to work in handling cases and made it difficult for victims to access help. The Online Based-Gender Violance (KGBO) case that continuous to increase shows that a solustion is needed in dealing with these problems. By involving several parties ranging from teachers, the Education Office and the Integrated Service Center for the Empowerment of Women and Children (P2TP2A), students and parent of students, it can produce good collaboration to implement the proposed education policy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by using secondary data (library research) from the media, journals, news or books that are relevant and able to answer the problem formulation. Based on the type of qualitative research, there are four stages in analyzing data starting from the process of collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclucions. Through these stages it will produce a factual study and findings of the theme raised. Aside from this, the COVID-19 pandemic has brought to light an equally concerning form of GBV, online GBV. While both have their complexities, there seems to be a jarring gap in how current policy handles offline and online. The objectives of this research are two-fold: (1) to examine online GBV within the context of Indonesia; (2) to explore the nexus between theory and practice regarding online GBV. We found that although both types of GBV are shrouded in hegemonic masculinity, the added layer of the online space makes online GBV more complex, making it a Wicked Problem. The concept of a Wicked Problem is often used to descibe issues with high complexity making it difficult to solve Though at the time of write UU TPKS had not been legalized, the 10 year strugle behind it shows the wickedness behind this issue. Cyberbullying is violent behavior that is carried out intentionally by a strong individual or group to continuously oppress or hurt weak individuals or groups by means of information technology communication, such as social media. This study was used to determine the impact of the cyberbullying phenomenon, especially on adolescents and to determine the role of the family in responding to this phenomenon. This research is a library research using a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique is in the form of documentation from secondary data sourced from research studies journals, news, survey institute data and government regulations. The results showed that cyberbullying can have a very serious impact on victims, both psychologically, physically, and socially. More severe cyberbullying tends to increase suicidal ideation. In addition to having an impact on victims, cyberbullying can also have an impact on perpetrators.
