Then, use The dispersion and the morphology of nano HMX were characterized by Wet Zetasizer Nano and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Use fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IY) and X-ray powder diffraction X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS) to analyze its main composition, structure and surface element valence state changes. Finally, differential scanning calorimetry-thermogravimetric analysis (TG-DSC) to analyze the nanometer HMX thermal decomposition characteristics. Use the impact sensitivity test instrument to test its impact sensitivity. To effectively respond to the incidents, police officers need to have a highly efficient incident reporting system. However, the telephone-based incident reporting system currently used has some limitations. It cannot cope with current problems and meet all requirements. Since mobile devices, especially smartphones, are prevalent, widely used and can transmit various types of information, they thus become an additional channel to the telephone-based incident reporting system. This paper proposes Mobile Crime Incident Reporting System, which comprises two parts. The incident report part was developed as a mobile application. To make it suitable for reporting crime or emergency incidents, UX dimensions guideline was used in the following order; 1) Identification 2) Emotion 3) Stimulation 4) Social relatedness/Co-experience 5) Visual and aesthetic experience and 6) Meaning and Value. The incident response part was developed as a web application. The system was tested by two groups of police officers; one acted as incident reporters, the other as incident response officers. The test result showed that the officers were satisfied with the application's user interface. They could easily learn how to use the system. This is because the vehicles cannot land in limited area like rotor-wing UAV. Landing with the fixed-wing need to have a runway that is long and has a lot of symbols for demonstrating the landing point or touch down point. On the other hand, markers are difficult to be searched for, owing to having uncontrollable variables: illumination conditions, diverse environment and object occlusion. Moreover, the number of symbols on runway is another challenging issue. The aircraft controlled by autopilot that is at a height of 100 meters, e.g., may not be able to capture the markers properly before landing. Thus, it cannot land suitably. In order to reduce the complexity of the runway, four circular color markers are utilized to be a simple set of markers for the runway. The number can be increased to 6, 8, etc. for runway length expansion. Our proposed procedure is then: After normalized RGB colors of runway images to alleviate illumination error, detecting markers by Hough circular transform can be searched for even with occlusion. This compound is usually added into rocket's solid propellant as a burning rate catalyst. However, this composition always migrates from the propellant system by both diffusion and surface migration mechanism that causes the unpredictability of the burning rate which in turn renders unpredictable rocket performance Therefore, the study of the method to investigate the role of Ferrocene in biological systems is highly significant. This paper proposes the use of molecular simulation to study the properties of Ferrocene molecular systems to get a deeper understanding of the physics of electronic correlation in real materials. This method uses kinect depth data, skeletal data and joint orientation data for end effector movement including roll, pitch and pinch. For the initial data, we extracted skeletal of the person, hand position and hand state. In closed hand state condition, the position of the hand is extracted and the three dimension data is used for inverse kinematics of the joints of the robotic arm. In open hand state, tilting and rolling of hand is used for pitch and roll respectively. In lasso state, pinch of end effector is perceived. The robotic arm used for the experimentation is Scorbot ER III. This paper analyzes basic defensive maneuvers of a fixed wing UAV which could be used for autonomous responses against missiles guided with a proportional navigation (PN) guidance law. The information on positions and velocities of the aircraft and missile are used in the determination of effective evasive maneuver characteristics. In many recent cases, the treats are coming from unprecedented well-funded, increasing sophisticated and highly mass propaganda of radical or criminal organizations. These are challenging tasks for the defense agencies to implement new technologies and methods to ramp up intelligence gathering and visibility in order to pinpoint and deactivate the threats at multiple levels. Some of the main challenges are to develop faster, more sensitive, less expensive portable systems to facilitate the ultra-low detection of the targeted chemical compounds for anti-terror/criminal purposes. This article is to review the progress of surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate of silver nanorod fabricated by magnetron sputtering technique, developed by our group at NECTEC for defense related applications, which have been published in several previous reports, in order to promote the technique as a major tool for rapid identification of such terror/criminal substances at ultra - sensitive levels.
