Nilai musyawarah adalah nilai-nilai Pancasila yang terdapat pada sila keempat, sebagai pedoman pengambilan keputusan sesuai nilai-nilai Pancasila. Metode Diskusi adalah salah satu metode yang dapat dipergunakan dosen untuk membiasakan Mahasiswa dalam belajar mengeluarkan pendapat dibangku perkuliahan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai musyawarah yang terdapat pada Pancasila khususnya sila ke empat, yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam metode diskusi perkuliahan. Selain itu tujuan lain dari Penelitian ini ialah, mengetahui cara pengimplementasian nilai-nilai musyawarah yang terdapat pada Pancasila khususnya sila ke empat, serta untuk mengetahui hambatan dari pengimplementasian nilai-nilai musyawarah yang terdapat pada Pancasila khususnya sila ke empat. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam Penelitian ini ialah teknik wawancara, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi (kegiatan diskusi). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan data reduction, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun teknik keabsahan data digunakan teknik triangulasi (teknik, sumber, dan waktu). Hasil yang dapat dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini ialah nilai-nilai musyawarah yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam praktik diskusi perkulihan yaitu: semangat kekeluargaan, berlandaskan rasa tanggungjawab, mendahulukan kepentingan umum, tidak memaksakan kehendak, memperhatikan peraturan, dipertanggungjawabkan kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Adapun langkah-langkah pengimplementasian yaitu, membagi tugas pelaksana, tanggapan sumber masalah, pemilihan sumber masalah, Mahasiswa menanggapi, menyimpulkan. Hambatan dalam pengimplementasian adalah mahasiswa pasif, mahasiswa memaksakan kehendak, mahasiswa menonjol, mahasiswa mementingkan kepentingan pribadi. This study applies audio-visual media in learning the art of giring dance material from Kalimantan and is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely, planning, action, observation, and reflection and evaluation.The results showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes of the giring-giring dance material from Kalimantan in grade VIII C SMP Negeri 1 Cibadak. The improvement in the quality of the results can be seen from the increase in the score and mean score at the time of the action. In the first cycle the average value was 163, and in the second cycle it increased to 186.7. Based on the results of this study, the problem solving ability of students in the low category is that students have not been able to understand problems, plan solutions, do calculations, and are still very little attention in checking / reinterpreting. The problem solving ability of students in the medium category is that students are quite capable of understanding problems, compiling resolution plans, doing calculations, but the ability to interpret / check back is still lacking. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan Research & Development (R & D) dari Borg and Gall antara lain: (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) evaluasi ahli (evaluasi produk awal); (3) ujioba terbatas (ujicoba kelompok kecil); (4) ujicoba utama (field testing), (5) Uji efektifitas model. Dari tes awal yang dilakukan diperoleh rata-rata keterampilan tendangan pencak silat siswa sebesar 42,23, kemudian setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa model keterampilan tendangan pencak silat diperoleh rata-rata kemampuan keterampilan pencak silat siswa sebesar 85,80. Berdasarkan hasil pengembangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan model pembelajaran keterampilan tendangan pencak silat untuk siswa SMA dapat dikembangkan dan diterapkan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah. \u0000 Kata Kunci: pengembagan, model, pencak silat \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000The purpose of this research and development is to produce pencak silat learning models for high school age. This study uses Research & Development (R & D) development research methods from Borg and Gall, among others: (1) needs analysis, (2) expert evaluation (initial product evaluation); (3) limited testing (small group trials); (4) main testing (field testing), (5) Test the effectiveness of the model. From the preliminary tests conducted, it was found that the average students' pencak silat kick skills were 42.23, then after being given treatment in the form of a pencak silat kick skills model, the average skills of pencak silat students were obtained at 85.80. Adapun lokasi penelitiannya di kabupaten Subang yang tersebar di 20 kecamatan. Hasil penelitian memberikan informasi bahwa gaya kepemimpinan seseorang di sekolah swasta pada umumnya berbeda dengan di sekolah negeri. Hal ini disebabkan adanya rasa memiliki (sense of belonging) yang timbul dari seorang pemimpin. This research is a development research. The subject is Club Orcanala Aquatic Mojokerto. The methods used were questionnaires and tests. The instruments used were the learning model validation questionnaire, response questionnaire, and performance test.
