The theory used in this paper is the promotion mix model which includes: sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing, advertising, and public relations. This study uses qualitative analysis methods. This paper uses certain data collection techniques such as an interview with respondents and documentation supporting the research.The results showed that the strategy BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Banda Aceh Branch used in socializing the Non-Wage Recipient Program or BPU program was by advertising or promoting the benefits of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan program for informal workers in various media. The second strategy is personal selling. The third strategy is public relations. The fourth strategy is direct marketing through the Market. The last strategy is sales promotion through socialization in informal worker forums. The general purpose of this survey is to find out the effect of satisfied patients through the dental satisfaction tools approach on the interest in recommending to others at the Unsoed Dental and Oral Education Hospital. This research is an analytic observational study with a cross sectional approach. With a total sample of 106 respondents, where the respondents were RSGMP patients. The research data collection method was carried out by collecting data directly in the field, namely through the questionnaire or questionnaire method where the questionnaire was a Dental Satisfaction Questionnaire, patient satisfaction variables and word of mouth variables. The results of the overall analysis concluded that dental patient satisfaction had a positive effect on RSGMP patient satisfaction and word of mouth had an effect on RSGMP patient satisfaction. Future research is expected to use interview or observation methods other than questionnaires as research instruments so that patient data can be obtained that are outside the sample criteria. This is due to the enactment of PP Number21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) in Indonesia. This condition makes the level of fear of tourists entering the tourist area very high. One of them is the Tourist Area of Malioboro. The very limited location of the PKL is the cause of the emergence of tourist crowds in the Malioboro area. To overcome this, the DIY Provincial Government then made a policy of relocating the Malioboro PKL. With the new location, it is hoped that PKL will further restore the store atmosphere as it was felt by tourists before the Covid-19 pandemic era. Tourists will again feel safe and comfortable visiting the Malioboro PKL. This condition is expected to increase the number of tourists at the Malioboro PKL again so that it can increase the DIY Provincial Pad which had experienced a decline during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a survey method with the sample being DIY travelers. The data in this study were processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study show that the store atmosphere variable does not affect the buying interest of tourists. Meanwhile, location variables and experiential marketing positively affect tourists' buying interest. This proves that the increase in PAD, of which occurred due to an increase in the number of tourists visiting DIY after the PPKM policy was relaxed. This study used quantitative methods using questionnaires. The population in this study was 161 permanent employees of PDAM Tirta Kamuning, Kuningan Regency. The sampling technique with proportional stratified random sampling and the number of samples determined based on the Slovin formula obtained by 62 respondents. Data analysis uses classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test). The results showed that: (1) training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the calculated tstatistic > ttable, namely 2.107 > 1.671 and the sig value of 0.039 < 0.05, (2) career development had a negative and significant effect on employee performance indicated by the calculated tstatistic < ttable namely -2,070 < 1,671 and sig value 0.043 < 0.05, and (3) competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance indicated by a calculated tstatistic > ttable which is 3.087 > 1.671 and a sig value of 0.003 < 0.05. The beauty product industry and trade in Indonesia is projected to increase by USD 7.5 billion with a growth of 6.5% annually for the next five years. The huge potential in the cosmetic retail business is considered to trigger competition, especially in the supply chain system which has implications for product affordability to consumers. So that this becomes an interesting condition for research as well as efforts to provide certain improvement treatments so that there is an improvement in the supply system flow in the object company. In this study, 3 layers of the research process will be carried out, namely observing and describing the existing supply chain system in the research object company, supply chain system improvement and treatment using the lean six sigma model with the stages define, measure, analyze, improve, control (DMAIC), and make observations as well as measurement of improvement results using 4 (four) balanced score card performance indicators. Excavation of data using the method of observation, interviews, scoring key performance indicators in each perspective, and study of the company's operational administration data. Based on the results of the research, the supply system based on 4 balanced-scored card indicators still has shortcomings, namely the debt to equity ratio, customer quantity and quality, internal business organization and personnel accountability. I. Yogyakarta. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pemilihan narasumber (responden) melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap sebelas narasumber (responden) rumah makan Padang di wilayah Kabupaten Sleman. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan naratif deskriptif dengan metode Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menerangkan bahwa terdapat ketidaksesuaian penerapan gaya kepemimpinan situasional Hersey-Blanchard dengan tingkat kesiapan pengikut. Pimpinan rumah makan Padang se-Kabupaten Sleman kategori menengah cenderung bergaya kepemimpinan selling/coaching (S2) dan delegating (S4). Sedangkan rumah makan Padang kategori besar cenderung menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan partisipasi/supporting (S3). This research was conducted at Mercu Buana University. The respondents of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, with a total sample of 250 student respondents. This study uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique used the snowball technique. Data processing uses a statistical model of Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SMART PLS software. The study found that Entrepreneurship education has a significant influence on Attitude Toward Behavior, Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioral Control and entrepreneurial intentions. Attitude Toward Behavior has a a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Subjective Norms and Perceived Behavioral Control has no significant effect on entrepreneurial intention.
