The psychological contracts identify that employees work effectively if there is a balance between what the organization gives to employees and what employees give to the organization in increasing organizational citizenship behavior as employee voluntary behavior in carrying out the task with work attitude which is the response of employees as mediators. The target of this research is BUMN employees based in Jambi Province with a sample of 267 permanent employees using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using Partial Least Square / PLS which shows the results of the study that psychological contracts can enhance the organizational citizenship behavior both individually and organizationally with tendencies to respond to employee attitudes work through employee satisfaction in work and employee commitment towards the organization as mediators. Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menyelidiki kontrak psikologis dalam meningkatkan perilaku warga organisasi dengan sikap kerja sebagai mediator. Kontrak psikologis mengidentifikasikan bahwa karyawan bekerja secara efektif jika adanya keseimbangan antara apa yang diterima karyawan dan sebaliknya apa yang karyawan berikan pada organisasi didalam meningkatkan perilaku warga organisasi sebagai perilaku sukarela karyawan didalam melaksanakan tugas dengan sikap kerja yang merupakan respon karyawan sebagai mediator. Target penelitian ini adalah karyawan BUMN yang berkantor di Provinsi Jambi dengan sampel sebanyak 267 karyawan tetap dengan menggunakan tekhnik sampel acak sederhana. The research populations were taking from the nonfinancial reports of companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2008 until period 2016. Using the purposive sampling method, the samples which meet the requirements for this research are 248 firms or 1240 observations data. This research uses panel regression method to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The observation data are then being analyzed and processed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and E views 7 th version .The result indicates that management ability, independent directors and the total number of directors is significant to earning quality that is measured by earning restatement, earning persistence and accrual quality in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Dengan metode puporsive sampling method, sampel perusahaan yang sesuai dengan persyaratan pada penelitian ini adalah 248 perusahaan atau 1.240 data observasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode panel regression untuk melakukan analisa pada efek daripada variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Data observasi di proses dan dilakukan analisa dengan menggunakan alat Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) dan E views 7 th version . The aim of this paper is to investigate what factors affect the technology acceptance of e-commerce in </em><em>Bandung</em><em>, which intended to identify what improvement can be made for the future. The data for this research were collected from </em><em>13</em><em>3 respondents </em><em>MSMEs that never use e-commerce for their business process.</em><em> The research model is based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Results showed that </em><em>awareness</em><em> </em><em>has positive indirect influence to</em><em> </em><em>i</em><em>nten</em><em>tion</em><em> </em><em>u</em><em>se but, </em><em>p</em><em>erceived </em><em>usefulness</em><em> has insignificant affect towards </em><em>i</em><em>nten</em><em>tion to</em><em> </em><em>u</em><em>se. In conclusion, from the percentage of influence toward behavioral intention, perceived usefulness has higher total effect value compared to perceived ease of use, that is 56%. Based on previous analyzes also known that can directly affect the perceived usefulness of behavioral intention, in contrast to the perceived ease of use that must pass variables perceived usefulness beforehand. </em><em>T</em><em>herefore, the most important for MSMEs is the increasing number of benefits when they use e-commerce</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><p><strong>Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia</strong> : Electronic-commerce (E-Commerce) telah menjadi saluran penting untuk melakukan bisnis. Para peneliti serta para eksekutif pasar berusaha mencari perilaku konsumen e-commerce, khususnya Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi penerimaan teknologi e-commerce di Bandung, yang dimaksudkan untuk mengidentifikasi perbaikan apa yang dapat dilakukan untuk masa depan. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 133 responden UMKM yang belum pernah menggunakan e-commerce untuk proses bisnis mereka. Model penelitian didasarkan pada Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kesadaran (awareness) memiliki pengaruh positif tidak langsung terhadap niat menggunakan (intention to use) e-commerce tetapi, kegunaan yang dirasakan (perceived usefulness) memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan (intention to use). Kesimpulannya, dari persentase pengaruh terhadap niat menggunakan (intention to use), kegunaan yang dirasakan (perceived usefulness) memiliki nilai total efek yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (perceived ease of use), yaitu 56%. As we know, that supplier plays an important role in the success of a company in the smooth process of business. It is influenced by the performance of both parties between suppliers and companies. The purpose of research is to test and analyze the factors that affect the information sharing to relationship satisfaction that can impact on business performance. The object of research is the head of Indomaret store in 31 districts in Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative research method. Respondents' data is processed and analyzed using data analysis method that is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) based on variance which can simultaneously perform testing of measurement model as well as testing of structural model that is PLS (Partial Least Square). The result of this research shows that (1) information sharing significantly affect relationship satisfaction (2) information sharing does not significantly affect business performance (3) relationship satisfaction significantly affect business performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of the deposit or third party fund to MSME financing and also to analyze the implication of MSME financing to MSME financing and its impact on the profitability of Sharia banks. Sharia banks are expected to be even more active in collecting funds from third parties with various strategies that can be used. As has been discovered from the above research, the amount of fund raising to the allocation of MSME financing is also getting bigger. This study uses a Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) to see the long term effect and response to shocks that occur in the studied variables. The result shows that in the short run and the long run CAR has negative and significant effect on MSME financing. TPF, NPF, BOPO and FDR have positive significant to MSME financing in the long term. TPF, CAR, NPF have positive significance to Sharia banks profitability in the long term. BOPO and NPF have positive significance in the short run. Shock to CAR is negatively responsed by MSME financing. Shock to MSME financing is negatively responsed by Sharia banks profitability (ROA) and is stable in the long term.Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia : Perkembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia meningkat setiap tahun, tetapi ini tidak diikuti oleh pembiayaan UKM di perbankan syariah, yang proporsinya relatif menurun dalam beberapa tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Deposito atau dana pihak ketiga terhadap pembiayaan UMKM dan juga menganalisis implikasi dari Pembiayaan UMKM terhadap profitabilitas bank syariah. Bank-bank syariah diharapkan untuk lebih giat lagi dalam menghimpun dana dari pihak ketiga dengan berbagai strategi yang dapat digunakan. Seperti telah diketahui dari penelitian diatas yaitu jika jumlah penghimpunan dana semakin besar maka alokasi pembiayaan UMKM juga semakin besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) untuk melihat efek jangka panjang dan respon terhadap shock yang terjadi pada variabel yang diteliti. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang CAR memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Pembiayaan UMKM. TPF, NPF, BOPO dan FDR memiliki signifikan positif terhadap pembiayaan UMKM dalam jangka panjang. TPF, CAR, NPF memiliki signifikan positif terhadap profitabilitas bank sharia dalam jangka panjang. BOPO dan NPF memiliki signifikan positif dalam jangka pendek. Guncangan terhadap CAR direspon negatif oleh pembiayaan UMKM. The purpose of this research is to find factors that encourage Ciputra University alumni to become a hybrid entrepreneur. The researcher used the qualitative approach with interviews as a method with seven informants. Based on the interviews, there are four factors that encourage Ciputra University alumni to become a hybrid entrepreneur. The first factor is the desire to seek as much experience as possible. The second factor is saving for business preparation. The third factor is the encouragement of parents. The fourth factor is to minimize risk. This research contribution is to the science of management especially entrepreneurship. Fenomena ini disebut sebagai hybrid entrepreneur . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencari faktor-faktor yang mendorong keputusan untuk menjadi seorang hybrid entrepreneur pada alumni Universitas Ciputra. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan secara kualitatif dengan metode wawancara. Berdasarkan wawancara yang telah dilakukan, ada empat faktor yang mendorong keputusan untuk menjadi seorang hybrid entrepreneur pada alumni Universitas Ciputra. Faktor pertama adalah keinginan untuk mencari pengalaman sebanyak mungkin. Faktor kedua adalah menabung untuk persiapan bisnis. Faktor ketiga adalah dorongan dari orangtua. Faktor keempat adalah menghindari risiko. This research aims to: (1) analyze the influence of competence, leadership, and work discipline on employees' performance at SAMSAT Polewali Mandar; (2) analyze the dominant variable which affects employees' performance at SAMSAT Polewali Mandar. Data collection technique in this research used questionnaires. The total of respondents is 70 people using data analysis, validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing processed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results showed that: (1) competence, leadership, and work discipline variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) competence, leadership, and work discipline variables each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) competence has a dominant influence to employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada SAMSAT Polewali Mandar; (2) menganalisis variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada SAMSAT Polewali Mandar. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah responden sebanyak 70 orang dengan menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS ( Statistical Package for Social Science ). This paper utilizes multivariate analysis to examine the relationship between the price to book ratio and dividend policy. Using 11 years’ annual data from 2006-2016, this paper delivers new confirmation demonstrating that timely payment of dividend has a positive impact on the reputation of the company in the market. Dividend payment boosts up investors’ confidence to invest in the company. This study helps the corporate superintendents and stock financial experts to focus on the relationship of the dividend. No past review has handled the issue of the contingent relationship between the price to book ratio and payout proportion in Pakistani Industry and specifically on cement, food and oil and gas sectors.Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia : Tulisan ini bermaksud untuk meneliti regresi antara Price to Book Ratio sebagai proksi untuk manajemen penghasilan dan proporsi pembayaran sebagai proksi untuk kebijakan dividen.Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis multivariat untuk menguji hubungan antara Price to Book Ratio dan kebijakan dividen. Dengan menggunakan data tahunan selama 11 tahun dari 2006-2016, artikel ini memunculkan suatu konfirmasi yang menunjukkan bahwa pembayaran dividen tepat waktu memiliki dampak positif pada reputasi perusahaan di pasar. Pembayaran dividen meningkatkan kepercayaan investor untuk berinvestasi di perusahaan. Studi ini membantu pengawas perusahaan dan ahli keuangan saham untuk fokus pada hubungan dividen. Generation Y itself is described as a generation that pays attention to appearance and style. Therefore, Generation Y are potential consumers. For Generation Y, shopping activity is no longer viewed as a simple act but seems to be more entertainment oriented. Therefore, marketers need to use different approaches to market to Generation Y consumers. To be able to determine which approaches work best with the Generation Y consumers market, marketers have to know what type of decision-making style is used by the consumers. By using descriptive statistics, this research wants to know what decision-making style is used in store by the male Generation Y on fashion casual products. This study uses Purposive sampling and Snowball sampling techniques with 180 males in Satya Wacana Christian University Salatiga as respondents. Overall, the results shows that male consumers of Generation Y used the Perfectionistic decision-making style. It is estimated that respondents demonstrate sports-oriented characteristics rather than socially-driven ones. Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak : Kegiatan berbelanja identik dengan konsumen yang lahir pada tahun 1977-1994 atau disebut Generasi Y. Generasi Y sendiri digambarkan sebagai Generasi yang memperhatikan penampilan dan gaya berpakaian, sehingga Generasi Y merupakan konsumen potensial. Bagi Generasi Y, kegiatan berbelanja tidak lagi dianggap sebagai tindakan sederhana, melainkan tindakan yang berorientasi untuk hiburan. Untuk itu, pemasar pada kelompok ini membutuhkan pendekatan yang berbeda dalam menggarap pasar konsumen Generasi Y. Untuk dapat menentukan pendekatan dalam menggarap pasar konsumen Generasi Y, pemasar perlu mengetahui gaya keputusan pembelian seperti apa yang dilakukan oleh konsumen Generasi Y. Dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana gaya pengambilan keputusan pada konsumen pria Generasi Y untuk produk fashion casual yang dibeli di toko. Dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling dan Snowball sampling, 180 pria di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan konsumen pria Generasi Y menggunakan Gaya Perfeksionis dalam melakukan keputusan pembelian terhadap produk fashion casual.
