The purpose of providing corporate entrepreneurship lecture is to facilitate students who want to be professionals at a company. In order to be a professional, therefore the purpose of every corporate entrepreneurship learning is to instill professional values or  is called a Bintang Intrapreneur. Learning that is undertaken by students during the fourth semester covers ikigai, gallup and undergo  hack a ton program. Learning during the fifth semester leads more to strategy formulation after graduating from university where will work, that is, by arranging  career pyramid and  company dream. The purpose of this research is to find out whether professional value inculcation by corporate entrepreneurship during lecture  actually is needed for corporate entrepreneurship students when  having internship and be feasible that is called the Intrapreneur Bintang at a company. This research is done quantitatively with method by distributing questionnaires to corporate entrepreneurship students. The researcher uses non-probability purposive sampling as a method to ensure the accuracy of the factors that support the research variables. The result of this research is pro-active, opportunity recognition and networking variables that are able to be reflected by the students who have finished taking corporate wirausahawanship lecture to be an intrapreneur. Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Corporate entrepreneurship merupakan matakuliah yang disediakan oleh Universitas Ciputra. Tujuan disediakan matakuliah corporate entrepreneurship untuk memfasilitasi  mahasiswa yang ingin menjadi seorang profesional disebuah perusahaan. Agar bisa menjadi tenaga profesional maka disetiap pembelajaran corporate entrepreneurship bertujuan menanamkan nilai – nilai profesionalitas atau disebut Intrapreneur Bintang. Pembelajaran yang dijalani oleh mahasiswa selama semester empat meliputi ikigai, gallup dan menjalani program hack a ton .  Pembelajaran selama semester lima lebih mengarah pada penyusunan strategi setelah lulus kuliah akan bekerja dimana yaitu dengan menyusun piramida karir dan dream company . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penanaman nilai profesionalitas oleh corporate entrepreneurship selama di perkuliahan, secara nyata dibutuhkan bagi mahasiswa corporate entrepreneurship ketika magang dan menjadi layak disebut Intrapreneur Bintang disebuah perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode membagi kuisioner kepada para mahasiswa corporate entrepreneurship . Peneliti menggunakan  ­non-probability purposive sampling sebagai metode untuk memastikan ketepatan faktor – faktor yang mendukung variabel penelitian. Unfortunately, Indonesia still has low number of entrepreneurs. Since entrepreneurship can be learned, then universities are seen as one of the potential sources of supply to create entrepreneurs through entrepreneurial education. Although Indonesian government and ministry of higher education give a strong support to stimulate entrepreneurship in higher education, in the reality, most of university graduates still hesitate to become entrepreneur. This study aims to see the effect of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial self-efficacy on student’s entrepreneurial intentions from four private universities located in Tangerang. The research was carried out using quantitative methods using non-probability sampling with judgmental sampling. The data were collected through online questionnaires using google forms with a sample target of 134 samples. The data analysis in this study using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) technique assisted by the SmartPLS 3.0 software. This study shows that entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions. And, Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy positively affect entrepreneurial intention.  The study also found that entrepreneurial self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurship education with Student's Entrepreneural IntentionAbstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Kewirausahaan memegang peran strategis bagi pembangunan ekonomi nasional dengan menciptakan lapangan kerja. Sayangnya, jumlah wirausahawan di Indonesia masih rendah. Oleh karena kewirausahaan merupakan hal yang dapat dipelajari maka perguruan tinggi dipandang sebagai salah satu sumber pasokan potensial untuk menciptakan wirausahawan melalui pendidikan kewirausahaan. Meskipun pemerintah Indonesia dan kementerian pendidikan tinggi memberikan dukungan yang kuat untuk mendorong kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi, pada kenyataannya, sebagian besar lulusan universitas masih ragu-ragu untuk menjadi pengusaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa dari empat perguruan tinggi swasta yang berada di Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan judgemental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner online menggunakan google form dengan target sampel sebanyak 134 sampel. In 2019 the food and beverage industry in Indonesia increased by 6.77%, and contributed to the national GDP of 7.35% so that this industrial sector can be relied upon. The home industry is one of the business segments that does not require large capital and can absorb a lot of labors. In the city of Bekasi, the market snack industry is one of the industries that is in great demand so that it is growing. This research was conducted in one of the home industries in Harapan Indah, Bekasi. In Harapan Indah, traditional snack industry has tight market competition. Mayona is home industry of traditional snack that has been established since 2002, currently Mayona has the goal of maximizing revenue in order to remain competitive in the current market industry. This research is using qualitative method. the respondents in this study were selected using purposive sampling. Respondent of this research are Mayona owner, Mayona employees, Mayona reseller,owner of retail traditional snack, consumer of enduser Mayona, and consumers of retail traditional snack. This study aims to 1) find out the strengths and weaknesses that Mayona currently has using SWOT analysis, 2) find out what are the external challenges and opportunities of Mayona by using SWOT analysis and Porter's Five Force analysis in the Mayona environment, 3) Propose appropriate strategies to Mayonna is differentiation by creating a competitive advantage.Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Salah satu industri yang saat ini dapat bertahan dan menjanjikan adalah industri makanan. Di tahun 2019 industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia mengalami kenaikan 6,77%, dan memberi kontribusi terhadap PDB nasional sebesar 7,35% sehingga sector industry ini dapat diandalkan. Home industry merupakan salah satu segmen usaha yang tidak membutuhkan modal besar dan dapat menyerap banyak tenaga kerja. Di kota Bekasi industri jajanan pasar termasuk industri yang banyak diminati sehingga mengalami pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu home industry yang ada di Perumahan Harapan Indah kota Bekasi. Di perumahan Harapan Indah industri jajanan pasar memiliki persaingan yang ketat. Mayona merupakan salah satu home industry jajanan pasar yang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2002, saat ini Mayona memiliki tujuan yaitu memaksimalkan pendapatan agar dapat tetap bersaing didalam industri jajanan pasar saat ini. However, the sustainability of MSMEs is often hampered by the limitation the possess and their survival ability of MSME entrepreneurs is increasingly being tested when a crisis occurs. Asset utilization is one of the strategies needed by MSME entrepreneurs to maintain the sustainability of their livelihoods. This paper uses a qualitative approach to elaborate the survival strategy of garment MSME entrepreneurs in Tingkir Lor Salatiga City to face of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of our study shows that the garment MSME entrepreneurs in Tingkir Lor being studied were able to survive by innovating products and marketing and operating the business as usual. Although the garment business conditions tend to be safe given the characteristics of the pandemic which is difficult to predict its end the livelihoods of garment MSME entrepreneurs in Tingkir Lor remain in a vulnerable situation. Long-term Innovations are still needed by MSME entrepreneurs to be able to anticipate changes due to the pandemic. UMKM memainkan peranan yang cukup signifikan dalam pembangunan. Namun keberlanjutan UMKM sering terhambat oleh keterbatasan yang dimiliki dan kemampuan bertahan pengusaha UMKM semakin diuji ketika krisis terjadi. Pemanfaatan aset merupakan salah satu strategi yang dibutuhkan oleh pengusaha UMKM untuk mempertahankan keberlanjutan mata pencaharian mereka. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa strategi bertahan yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha konveksi menghadapi krisis di masa pandemi COVID-19. Pada tulisan ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif konstruktifis melalui observasi wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen untuk mengelaborasi strategi bertahan pengusaha konveksi di Tingkir Lor Kota Salatiga dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisa dengan analisa tematik melalui pengelompokan berdasarkan tema-tema yang kemudian dilakukan sintesa. Hasil penelitian kami menunjukkan bahwa pengusaha konveksi di Tingkir Lor yang diteliti mampu bertahan baik yang melakukan inovasi produk dan pemasaran ataupun yang tidak melakukan inovasi. Walaupun kondisi usaha konveksi cenderung aman melihat karakteristik pandemi yang sulit diprediksi kapan berakhirnya keberlanjutan mata pencaharian pengusaha konveksi di Tingkir Lor tetap dalam situasi rentan. This research studied the different entrepreneurial factors that influence the growth stage of public relations companies in Vietnam. In particular, the research examined how the founder's role shifted during the growth stage, and the motivations behind the founder's decision to retain or release their control in this stage. Using the inductive, grounded theory approach to explore the decision of a founder in Vietnam’s public relations industry during a company’s growth stage, this study found that public relations founders in Vietnam are generally driven by the accomplishments and challenges picked up from their entrepreneurial journey. Their journey mainly revolves around managerial experience, as the managerial tasks would be more complicated and require better managerial skills to address the challenges. They are also open to delegating their role to a professional manager, who already possesses the required management skills, to support the business.Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kewirausahaan di berbagai sektor dan motivasi, peran, dan tantangannya menawarkan peluang baru bagi pengusaha untuk memulai bisnis mereka dan berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional dan global. Penelitian ini mempelajari faktor-faktor kewirausahaan yang mempengaruhi tahap pertumbuhan perusahaan Public Relation di Vietnam. Secara khusus, penelitian ini meneliti bagaimana bergesernya peran pendiri dalam beberapa tahap pertumbuhan, dan motivasi di balik keputusan pendiri untuk mempertahankan atau melepaskan pengaruh mereka pada tahap tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan induktif, grounded theory untuk mengeksplorasi keputusan seorang pendiri pada industri Public Relation di Vietnam selama tahap pertumbuhan perusahaan, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pendiri umumnya didorong oleh pencapaian dan tantangan yang diambil dari perjalanan kewirausahaan mereka. The most famous financial technology was digital payment services. Financial technology was expected to support the Indonesian government program to increase financial inclusion. The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of financial literacy and self-efficacy to increase financial inclusion using the Shopee Pay digital payment services in Jabodetabek region as its research object. This is a causal research with quantitative methods and non-probability sampling techniques. This research distributed questionnaires among 191 respondents and furthered analyzed with linear multiple regression using IBM SPSS 26. The findings of the research showed that financial literacy and self-efficacy had a positive effect into financial inclusion. Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia  Perkembangan teknologi digital berpengaruh pada berbagai macam industri termasuk industri keuangan. Salah satu layanan keuangan berbasis teknologi yang paling popular adalah pembayaran digital. Teknologi finansial ini diharapkan dapat mendukung program pemerintah Indonesia dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi dan efikasi diri pada bidang keuangan terhadap tingkat inklusi keuangan dengan objek penelitian layanan pembayaran digital Shopee Pay di wilayah Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling . Penelitian ini menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap 191 responden dan selanjutnya diolah secara statistic dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS 26 dan metode regresi linear berganda. Detection of potential financial distress is carried out on financial ratios, including profitability , liquidity , leverage and operating capacity. Financial distress proxied by using Altman Model Modification or popularly known as the Z-Score. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange in Southeast Asia. Methods purposive sampling used to obtain the sample size of the population used and obtained as many as 140 samples were comprised of 84 companies over three years (2017-2019). Data Analysis used in this study is panel data regression analysis using software Eviews 9. The results showed that the profitability of a positive influence on financial distress and operating capacity negatively affect the potential financial distress . But two other variables namely liquidity and leverage that could be expected to affect the financial distress but not proven effect on the financial distress. Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan mendeteksi terjadinya potensi financial distress pada industri pertambangan di Asia Tenggara. Deteksi potensi financial distress dilakukan terhadap rasio-rasio keuangan, diantaranya adalah profitabilitas , likuiditas , leverage , dan operating  capacity. Financial distress diproksikan dengan menggunakan Model Altman Modifikasi atau yang  populer dikenal dengan Z- Score . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek se Asia Tenggara. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk memperoleh ukuran sampel dari populasi yang digunakan dan diperoleh sebanyak 140 sampel yang terdiri dari 84 perusahaan selama 3 tahun (2017-2019). Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan Software Eviews 9 . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress dan operating capacity berpengaruh negatif terhadap potensi financial distress. The variable that is used is brand experience as independent variable (X), brand loyalty as dependent variable (Y), and brand love as mediator variable (M). This research uses quantitative research method and Partial Least Square (PLS) - Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) data process. The sampling is done by convenience sampling with questionnaire instrument by using Likert scale. The questionnaire is distributed online by using Google form media. The population of this research is iPhone users in Indonesia. The sample of this research is 140 respondents of Z generation who have done purchase iPhone more than once. The results of this research show that brand experience affects significant and positive on brand loyalty, brand experience affects significant and positive on brand love, brand love affects significant and positive on brand loyalty, and there is an effect of brand love in mediating the impact of brand experience on brand loyalty partially. Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh brand experience terhadap brand loyalty, brand experience terhadap brand love, brand love terhadap brand loyalty , dan brand love dalam memediasi pengaruh brand experience terhadap brand loyalty . Variabel yang digunakan adalah brand experience sebagai variabel independen (X), brand loyalty sebagai variabel dependen (Y), serta brand love sebagai variabel mediator (M). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) - Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara convenience sampling dengan instrumen kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert . Kuesioner disebarkan secara online menggunakan media Googleform. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna iPhone di Indonesia. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 140 orang responden generasi Z yang pernah melakukan pembelian ponsel iPhone lebih dari satu kali.
