Bourguignon","doi":"10.5433/1679-4842.2019v22n1p71","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5433/1679-4842.2019v22n1p71","url":null,"abstract":"The article proposes to reflect on the assumptions of social work with the families included in the PAIF (Service of Protection and Integral Assistance to the Family). Such assumptions are punctuated by recognizing the contemporary context of regression and fragmentation of public policies and having on the horizon the need to overcome the family’s responsibility for the social protection of its members. For that, it was based on bibliographical and documentary research. The reflections were organized in three articulated moments: the basic social protection in the ambit of the SUAS (Unified System of Social Welfare) and the contextualization of the PAIF; the philosophy of praxis as mobilizers of professional practices; social work with families. In view of the elements worked on, challenges to professional practice in the PAIF context are highlighted. These challenges point out to the disruption and overcoming of conservative practices, from a perspective of framing and accountability of families, advancing to methodologies that strengthen the protagonism of them, by offering quality services and articulated to other public policies. In order to do so, we made a brief context about the councils in Brazil and presented a case study with the purpose of problematizing the municipal councils of Social Assistance - as a space for formulation, decision, supervision and social control of public policy of Social Assistance, analyzing its functioning, effectiveness and resonances since it is a body for deliberation of new actions of the public power in the municipal scope in which the civil society has significant influence in the decisions taken. What would be the best practices in the care of these children and adolescents, victims of sexual violence, in order to become recommendations of state public policies, with consequent expansion of new centers? In methodological terms, the data were consolidated based on a literature review of recent publications of the ONG Childhood, from 2014 to 2018, empirical studies and theoretical essays published in the scientific literature, emphasizing the peculiarities of the institutional, social, cultural and economic reality of Federal District. In the analysis, the reports and the actions of experiences of the rights subjects (children and adolescents) regarding the complaints received by Dial 100 are considered, in the context of the submission of the victim (child and adolescent) to the re-presentation of narrative of sexual violence and its consequences. for these guys. Good practices are part of the service process and are responsible for the quality of work performed by specialized professionals. Guerra, Giovana Henrich","doi":"10.5433/1679-4842.2019V21N2P443","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5433/1679-4842.2019V21N2P443","url":null,"abstract":"O presente artigo é resultado da produção do Trabalho de Conclusão do Curso de Serviço Social da Universidade de Passo Fundo intitulado De adolescente a “de menor”: as implicações sociais da prática de atos infracionais e da privação de liberdade em uma instituição total para adolescentes em conflito com a lei, construído a partir da experiência do Estágio na área Serviço Social em um Centro de Atendimento Socioeducativo (CASE), onde através de processos de pesquisa analisaram-se quais as implicações do ato infracional e da privação de liberdade para o contexto sócio-familiar dos adolescentes em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa de internação, seguindo quatro eixos norteadores: as vivências dos adolescentes e seu contexto social antes do ingresso ao CASE; as consequências do ato infracional cometido para o adolescente e sua família; a percepção do adolescente a respeito do ato infracional cometido e da medida socioeducativa; e quais as expectativas do adolescente após o cumprimento da medida socioeducativa. Em seu percurso textual discute a organização do movimento dos trabalhadores rurais sem terra e protagonismo (in)visível das mulheres na luta pelo acesso ao direito à terra, permanência e organização produtiva coletiva. Conhecimento resultante de revisão bibliográfica e de pesquisa empírica, cujo objetivo primário foi apontar a participação do MST e da mulher na efetivação da reforma agrária no Brasil. Dentre os resultados aproximativos da discussão, é possível destacar que a questão agrária se faz presente na história política, geográfica, territorial, cultural e da equidade de gênero no país, marcada por contradições, violações e conflitos nas lutas por direitos fundamentais, igualitários e com justiça distributiva.
